Tower Of Eden

Adam's eyes open to an unfamiliar ceiling. He lifts himself up with his arms and places them his left hand on his face

"Where... am I?" He says with his face in his palm

"It's the infirmary." Someone says

Adam turns around and looks at the seated on the bed next to him, Noah, who's reading a book. He looks at the room and notices that every boy who fought against the Djinn was there and everyone was bandaged up because of their injuries. The worst were Adam, Noah and Neant. Adam was wearing a cast on his left arm and had multiple bandages. Noah also had a cast but his was on his right leg. He also had several bandages all over his body. Lastly, Neant whole body was covered in bandages like a mummy and both of his arms were in casts

"You finally woke up." Seleph says with a smile

"Who brought us here?" Adam asks

"We don't know." Arlo answers. "We all passed out when we teleported here. I was the first to wake up and we were already here when I did."

Adam winces in pain then lays back down

"How much time has passed since we were brought here." Adam asks

-About a few weeks. Byron answers

Somewhere else, still within the Academy. The headmaster's office is a simple but large space. There was the headmaster's desk, three couches in front of it, and on the walls, bookshelfs.

*Knock* *Knock*

The headmaster who is sitting at his desk reading a document raises his head and looks at the door

"Enter." He says

The door opens and three teachers come in. The short brown-haired man, the orange haired woman and the violet haired woman. They all line up and stops in front of his desk

"We finally managed to recover the footage from the entrance exam." The short brown-haired man says

The brown-haired man puts down a drive on the headmaster's desk, he takes the drive and plugs it into his desktop and a large screen appears in front of them. A video starts playing on the screen which is the battle against the Djinn

"Impressive." The headmaster says while watching the footage. "Those children are on another level, especially those two."

"Adam and Noah Leoneo." The violet haired woman says. "Adam is the child who awakened the black arcane energy and Noah awakened the red color."

"They were both able to learn how to use Roboro simply by watching someone else use it." The headmaster says with interest. "Looks like we have two geniuses in our hands."

"What should we do, headmaster?" The violet haired woman asks. "At their level, they would be able to be accepted in one of the Leo Knight Order."

The headmaster shakes his head

"Unfortunately, that's not the case. Noah might be accepted since he possesses red arcane energy, but Adam wouldn't be accepted because too much is unknown about his arcane energy color." The headmaster explains. "Furthermore, even If Noah gets accepted, he will most likely die early because he wouldn't have any experience. Red arcane energy is rare but is a tricky one to handle."

The three teachers nod in agreement.

"What should we do about the classes?" The orange haired woman asks. "Classes have already started which means that the kids are already late when it comes to academics."

"From the look of it, the children should be completely healed up in within the week". The headmaster says. "Of course, Neant will take a little longer, but the rest should be able to join class soon. All you will need to do is give them a little recap to put them up to speed."

Back in the infirmary, Adam had already ripped off his cast and revealed his healed arm. The door of the infirmary opens and the brown short-haired teacher steps into the room. In the room, only Adam, Noah and Neant were left. The other had already completely healed up but stayed in the infirmary for their final checkup and once that was done, they left

"If you have nothing to pack up then follow me." The brown short haired teacher says

Noah takes his crutches and the two then follow the teacher, who guides them to a huge building

"This is the boys dormitory." The teacher explains. "This is where every boy in the academy has now started living in. You can ask the dorm master if you're curious about anything when it comes to the dormitory. Tomorow, you will start class, so I suggest going to sleep early."

He turns around leaving Adam and Noah standing in front of the dorm's door. Both place their hands on the door at the same time. They then look at each other and frown with anger. The two open the door with all their strength breaking the door open. They put their heads against each other and glare at one another.

*STEPS* *STEPS* *STEPS*

Loud steps resonate throughout the dorm. The boy's dorm was, for a lack of better words, big. It had exactly 4 floors excluding the ground floor. In the middle of the ground floor was a large circular elevator connecting all floors together, just like the tower. On the upper floors, they were bridges which connects the corridors to the elevator.

"I knew they would mess up as soon as they got here." Byron says while watching the scene from the second floor

"These two are actually idiots." Arlo says after exhaling

"What the hell do you think you are doing?" Someone with a deep voice asks

"HUUHHH!?" Adam and Noah make turning around with anger to look at the person

In front of them, nothing more than someone's legs. The two slowly raise their heads and look at the 12-foot giant in front of them. He looks at the door with anger

"What the hell do you think you are doing!?" The giant asks once more with growing anger while looking at the broken doors

Adam and Noah look at the giant with a nervous frown. Adam clenches his fist

"No way... don't tell me these two are gonna..." Seleph says with a smile of unbelief

Adam and Noah run toward the giant

"These idiots." Arlo says with his right hand on his face

Both raise their fist and throw a punch, but both easily get blocked by the giant. He lifts them up in the air and throws them out of the dormitory

"You two are sleeping outside tonight." The giant says while looking at them in front of the door. "And you're not allowed in the dorms until you fix the door!"

A wall made from earth rises from the ground and blocks the dormitory entrance. Noah and Adam look at each other with anger

"Can you see what you've done?" Noah asks with anger

"Isn't it obvious that it was your fault the door broke!?" Adam says with anger

"You know what, let's fight!" Noah says with anger

"I was wondering when we would finish this." Adam replies with anger. "Let's do it."

The two dash forward but domes of earth appear around them then wall rises from the ground, isolating them and making it impossible for them to fight. The two lay down on the ground to rest for tomorrow

The next day, the dome of earth crumble revealing the two who were banned from the dormitory sleeping on the floor. In front of them, the brown short haired teacher that led them here the day before

"I guess you were kicked out of the dorm yesterday, huh?" He says

Adam's eyes slowly open, he gets up and starts stretching

"Well, I used to sleep on the floor back in the orphanage." Adam says while stretching. "So, why are you here?"

Unlike Adam who was able to sleep despite the discomfort, Noah wasn't able to fall asleep and ended up staying up all night.

"I can see that unlike Adam; you weren't able to get any sleep." The brown-haired teacher says with a smile

Noah stares at the teacher with a rageful frown

"Follow me, I'll guide you to your class." He says while walking away

Noah gets up and with Adam, they follow him. The academy was built with the funds of the royal family and four Noble Lions, its luxuriousness was only normal after all the money that was put into it. It was built on a large field and had a total of four buildings. The main building where the classes were held, the cafeteria and diverse other educational and recreational facilities. The second building was the boy dormitory and on the other side of the Academy was the girls' dormitory. Finally, there was the arena, a place built for the students to duel and more importantly for the Leo Knights appointment ceremony. After walking for a bit more, they enter the main building, then the three stops before a brown door that the teacher pushes it open. Inside the classroom, every accepted student was seated at the long desk which were separated by two sets of stairs in three sections. Byron waves at the boys, next to him, everyone that fought against the Djinn.

"Go and sit." The teacher says while pointing at Byron and the others

The two of them race to their seat and sit down. They glare at each other with anger, but the teacher suddenly claps their hand together

"Enough." He says while looking at Noah and Adam

The two glare at each other in silence. The teacher shakes his head while exhaling

"Now that every student, except one, has joined we'll get to the heart of things." The teacher says seriously. "The meaning and abilities that each arcane color has."

The class goes silent. The teacher had the attention of every student in the class

"However, we'll first go over the rules of the Academy and a few other things." The teacher explains

The children start to boo the teacher except for a few ones. After the teacher glares at them, the children go back to being silent

"First of all, the thing you might find the most important. How to graduate." The teacher seriously starts

Loud gulps resonate in the room. The teacher smiles

"There are only three ways to graduate from the Academy." The teacher starts with a smile. "One, you can get scouted by one of the Knight Order. Of course, it's totally up to you whether you accept the scout offer or not. Second, get your graduation approved by all the teachers and the principal at the end of the year grading. "

"What's the end of the year grading?" A kid asks with his hand raised

The teacher glares at the kid

"Am I done talking?" The teacher says while glaring at the kid with anger

The kid quickly shakes his head. The teacher sighs and starts to explain

"The end of the year grading known as Gradus is exactly what it means." The teacher explains. "Each teacher will grade the students assigned to their class. Depending on the grade you receive, you might be given the choice of graduating."

Eve raises her hand.

"Go ahead." The teacher says

"What are our grades based on?" Eve asks while putting her hand down

"Your growth speed, exams and some other things." The teacher answers. "Anybody else want to ask a question before I continue?"

When he sees that nobody raises their hand, the teacher continues

"Like I said, there are three ways to graduate. The last one is the most difficult out of the two and has only been successful twice since the foundation of the Academy." The teacher continues. "The third method to graduate is to battle and defeat one of the Academy's teachers."

The kids all look at the teacher with surprise

"By the way, my name is Theodore Larme and I have been challenged a total of 24 times." Theodore says with a smile. "And I've never been beaten."

*WHOOOOAAAA*

Most students exclaim, were impressed by their teacher's announcement. Seleph and Byron quickly get up with their hand raised

-" GOT A QUESTION, THEO!!!" They both say with excitement

Theodore looks at them with his eyes wide open with anger

"You better sit down." He says with anger. "And I don't recall introducing myself as Theo. You know what?"

Theodore clenches his fist and raises it. He punches his palm and looks at the kid with a smile holding in a lot of anger

In the teacher's lounge, he violet haired teacher and the orange teacher are sitting in front of the principal

"Are you sure Theo should have been the one appointed to the new students?" The violet haired teacher says. "You know how he can be sometimes."

The orange haired teacher nods

"He loves rules more than anyone else." She says while nodding. "And the kids are still young so..."

The principal raises his head and looks at the ceiling

"It probably won't end well, right?" He asks

The two teacher's nod

Back in the classroom, the entire class had gone silent due to their teacher's face

-Everybody outside. Theodore says with a smile and veins showing on his face due to anger
