Tower Of Eden

As soon as they arrive in the front yard, Theodore takes his vest off and throws it next to him. He raises the cuffs of his shirt and moves his head to the left, then to the right. He lowers his head and raises it to look at the student

"All of you, attack me at the same time." He says with an angry smile. "If any of you manages to make me move from where I am, I'll give you my approval for graduation."

The students all look at each other with smiles and smirks, then all of them rush at him. At the same time, the headmaster was looking over everything in his office. He sighs while looking at Theo beating the kids without moving from where he is

"What was I expecting when I assigned him to the new students?" The principal says with a tired smile

The principal's eyes widened while watching what was unfolding. While most students had thrown themselves into the "battle", two had stayed behind. Those two were Adam and Noah; however, the two hadn't stayed behind for a strategic reason. No. The two were simply fighting each other. Again

"Why aren't you going to fight?" Noah asks while looking at Adam with a frown

"I am better off alone." Adam says. "You should go and help these idiots"

"Not interested in doing that." Noah says. "I also prefer fighting by myself, so don't get in my way."

Adam looks at Noah

"That's what I would like to say." Adam replies with a little anger. "Get in my way and I'll take care of you before I beat up this crazy bastard."

Noah and Adam bang their head together

"Try me." Noah says with anger

"Remember that you're the one who asked for it when you wake up in the infirmary." Adam says with anger

Noah throws a kick towards Adam's side, but Adam backs away before it hits him. The two stare at each other with anger

"ROBORO!!!" They both yell as they both dash toward one another

Their yell gathers everyone else's attention

"AGAIN!!!" Byron and Seleph yells

"They can't be serious." Arlo says after exhaling

Noah throws a kick covered in his red arcane energy, and Adam does the same, which surprises Noah. Their kicks clash and unleash powerful gusts of wind

"You bastard." Noah says with a face and tone full of anger

Adam smirks, then the two back away from each other

"I suggest you stop copying me." Noah says with fuming anger

Adam shrugs

"Fine. To be honest, after using it... I realized that you'll never be able to beat me." Adam says with a smirk

Noah's face, which was full of anger, changed. Like a volcano that would erupt at any moment, his face went red from anger, and it was almost as if you could see smoke fuming from his head, but he was smiling

"Now, he's really mad." Byron says nervously

"This isn't going to end well." Arlo says while looking at Theo

Theo is walking toward the two with his head lowered. Adam cancels his Roboro

"Roboro." He reactivates, but on his left arm

He and Noah leap toward each other, but in the middle, Theo appears. He grabs Adam's fist and Noah's leg and throws them away in the direction they came from. The two fall on the ground and create an explosion of dust when they land

"He countered both of them!?" Merena thought as she looked at the two boys on the ground, confused. "And he did it with his bare hands while they were using Roboro! Just how strong is this teacher?"

*RIIIIING*

A bell resonates throughout the Academy's grounds. Theo looks at the kids

"Class is over." He says while picking up his vest from the ground. "The next bell will announce the end of your break. I'll see you then."

Theo walks away, leaving his student behind. A few of them had light injuries, while most were unconscious. A little later, Adam, Eve, Seleph, Arlo, Byron, Lias, Merena, and Noah were sitting down at a table in the Academy's backyard.

"What's with that teacher!? He was so scary!!!" Lias says

Merena hits him on the head with her fist

"When will you stop being scared of everything and anything?" She says with anger

"Are you two not going to stop?" Eve asks while looking at Noah and Adam

The two were once more glaring at each other with anger

"If it weren't for you, I would have beat the shit out of that crazy teacher." Adam says with anger

"I was just about to tell you the same thing." Noah replies with anger

"Are these two delusional?" Merena asks with disbelief. "Nobody could have beat that crazy teacher."

"Just ignore them." Arlo says while drinking from a bottle. "These two are so similar, yet they can't stand each other."

Byron nods

"Adam is usually always calm and collected, but he loses it when Noah comes near." Seleph says

"Same thing for Noah." Byron says with a smile

Adam and Noah both turn to look at the others. With frowns full of anger, they both say

"We can hear you." They say at the same time

They then turn to glare at each other

"It's fine as long as they don't start using their fists." Arlo says while shaking his head

Adam and Noah both get up, then place their feet on the table.

"Here we go again." They all say

"What's happening here?" Nala says while walking toward the others

"Why are you here?" Adam asks

The other students in the backyard all stare at Nala. Along with the stares, whispers, and compliments full of admiration

"Looks like you're popular!" Seleph says with a smile

"Am I?" Nala replies while looking around with confusion

"Why is she acting like she doesn't know?" Adam thought

"What the hell are you doing?" He asks

Nala looks at him with a terrifying glare, which makes Adam flinch

"Did you say something?" She asks with a menacing smile

Adam walks away with his hands in his pockets. Nala sits down at his place

"Where is he going?" She asks

Eve and Seleph shrug

"You know how he is." Seleph says with his eyes closed

"He prefers being alone and dislikes gatherings like this." Eve says. "I am actually surprised that he stayed this long with us."

"He didn't change at all, huh?" Nala says with a smile. "I thought he would've gotten better when I left a year ago."

*RIIIIIING*

The sound of the bell announcing the end of the break resonates throughout the Academy.

"Time to go." She says with a smile as she gets up. "Stay focused in class."

Eve takes a smartphone out of her pocket and looks at her class schedule as she walks away

"I hope that you're ready to listen now." Theo says with a serious face

The kids all nod quickly and quietly

"Now that you know how to graduate, we'll go over the rules of the Academy." Theo says. "First, killing is forbidden. Second, battles between students must be conducted in the arena. Third, be on time for all your classes. Fourth, you'll only be able to return home on weekends. Fifth, always wear your uniform when you're at the Academy. Sixth, you can carry a weapon but cannot use it if it's not in the arena. Lastly, unless in the arena or with permission from the staff, you cannot use arcane energy. Breaking any of those seven rules will bring forth consequences."

The kids stay silent, then Theo nods and turns around to face the smart board behind him. He takes the smart pen and writes the four arcane colors on the board. Blue, Green, Red, and Gold.

"It's time to get deeper into arcane energies." Theo says while writing

Every student, focused as this lesson was, they were waiting for their entire life. Theo turns around and faces the students

"First of all, let me say this. Your arcane color determines your ability and your limits." Theo starts. "However, the rarity of your color isn't equivalent to your strength, but the Art you learn is."

The kids still stay silent

"Each color allows you to do a different thing that another color can't." Theo continues. "Those who wield blue arcane color are called Shifters, and they possess the ability to shift into something. Most Shifters choose to learn a Beast Art, giving them the ability to change into a beast. The Blue arcane color is the most common color of the four, which is why it's also the least valued one."

Byron lowers his head

"The next one is Green." Theo continues to explain as he continues to write. "Arch humans who use the green color are called Conjurers. They possess the ability to conjure things through the usage of their arcane energy. Most of them focus on learning Elemental Conjuring, which is conjuring elements like fire, water, wind, or earth. It all depends on the Art that you learn."

Arlo frowns

"The next color we are going to address is the red arcane color." Theo starts once more. "This arcane color is considered one of the best due to its rarity and ability. Those who wield this arcane color are called Specialists because they are born with a special ability that has its own rules and effects. They are tricky to handle because you need to first figure out how they work, and it's impossible to bring out the full power of the Art unless you call out its name. However, just like the other color, if the Art you end up awakening is useless, then... I don't think I need to finish my sentence."

The kids who awakened the red arcane color are all emanating nervousness.

"When it comes to the red arcane color, things are pretty much a gamble." Noah thought

Seleph smiles nervously while Noah stares at his hand

"I was born with the Art, and I need to discover it, huh?" Seleph thought

"Some awaken offensive-type Arts, while others awaken support types." Theo continues. "Anyways, for those with red arcane energy, the first step is awakening your Art, then learning its name. Lastly, the golden arcane color."

Eve, Merena, Lias, and four others focus

"The golden arcane color is considered the rarest of the four and the strongest of them." Theo continues after writing down the word Specialist next to Red on the board. "However, it is considered trickier to handle than even the red arcane color."

"Trickier?" Eve thought

"Those who wield golden arcane energy are called Summoners." Theo continues to explain. "They are capable of summoning weapons known as Ark's that sleep within them. Ark's are weapons that possess Egos. They hold incredible ability, but you must first manage to make them accept you as their master. As long as they haven't accepted you, their powers cannot be used, which is why out of all the arcane colors, it is considered the trickiest to handle."

"Ego's.... and.... Ark's." Eve thought

"I wonder what my Ark is" Merena says with excitement

A student raises their hand

"Go ahead, Arlo." Theo says

Arlo gets up

"What about the black arcane color?" Arlo asks with curiosity

Theo looks at Adam and sighs

"Nobody knows." Theo answers with seriousness. "That's why something like a new color, which happened for the first time in the tower's history, is something that is not exactly good. The information we have on the abilities of each arcane color is the result of centuries, maybe even millennia, of research and experience. Do you understand what it means to awaken a new color now?"

Adam frowns, clenches his jaw, and his fist

"Damn it!" Adam thought with anger
