Chapter 349: Chaos!... 1
Alec stood alone, his teeth gritted in anger, while the Hyena Matriarch was nowhere to be seen.
Clearly, the current situation pertained to her, as a group of Tier 4 Hyena demonic beasts had come to invite her to join the Hyena savannah pack of the middle region , offering a safe haven as she is expected approached the middle region after her breakthrough, because Mid rank life forms are not allowed to stay at the low regions for long after there breakthrough.
Though the Matriarch Hyena initially resisted joining them, but she had no choice.
Facing six Hyenas in the same realm as her without her minions as backup to execute her cunning strategies, she reluctantly bowed and agreed to go with them.
Even with her dual abilities, the Matriarch was still a newly evolved demonic beast and had yet to fully comprehend the extent of her powers.
But still yet , she had made a promise to Alec to search for him in the city once she was free. In a typical situation, Alec would have been relieved that she was finally releasing him.
However, the Hyenas' mockery, labelling him as weak and insisting he shouldn't even consider pursuing the Matriarch, ignited an incomprehensible rage within him.
The Hyenas could sense the Matriarch's connection to Alec through the way she looked at him, They believed she held some entanglement towards him.
In an attempt to impress her, they showcased their dominance in front of Alec, hoping to earn her favour.
They recognized her immense strength as a Tier 4 demonic hyena and knew they would not stand a chance against her in a one-on-one confrontation.
And they desired such female hyenas and driven by their instinct to mate, the male Hyenas desired to prove themselves to the Matriarch in the hopes of being chosen as her mate.
However, the Matriarch silenced their advances, warning them that continued harassment of Alec would prevent her from joining their pack.
Aware that their leader, Scar, would not hesitate to kill them and feed their remains to their cubs if they led such a talented Hyena as the Matriarch astray, they heeded her words.
The fear of facing such a death was something they wished to avoid, which is why they always stayed on Scar's good side.
After settling the matter with the escort Hyenas, the Matriarch assured Alec that she would return for him.
However, at that moment, Alec could only look down in shame, unable to say a word.
Even after the Matriarch had departed, he remained in a daze, haunted by the Hyenas' jests.
"I came here with the goal of becoming stronger, yet even a mere demonic beast thinks they can talk down to me so easily, Perhaps I've been too soft."
He said as he finally realized something he was so obvious all this while and that was the fact that the Beast King low region was the perfect hunting ground for him.
As Mid-Rank beasts seldom ventured into this part of the region, and even if they did, they rarely attacked low-ranking Life forms unless provoked.
This meant he could establish his reign in this region.
Alec gazed at his golems, taking a deep sigh before issuing swift commands.
"Legion and Magnito, go to that area and eliminate any demonic beasts that attack you, Show no mercy. I trust that the two of you can handle a Tier 3 demonic beast if you encounter one."
"Now, a word of caution: if you come across a horde of Tier 3 demonic beasts, don't hesitate; run as fast as you can, Don't attempt to be a hero. If you're killed or damaged, I'll simply create another golem to replace you."
Alec's voice turned chilling as he spoke those words, but the golems, devoid of emotions, seemed indifferent to their master's willingness to discard them after cherishing them for so long.
Once Alec had finished, both Legion and Magnito moved out, ready to eliminate any demonic beasts they encountered, as Alec then turned to the remaining golems.
"Oni and Hive Queen, take that position!"
"Tempest Butcher and Sword Saint, your location is over there!"
Alec deployed all his golems, except for Titan, who stood behind him faithfully as a trusted bodyguard.
"I will never grow stronger if I don't test my limits. I guess it's finally time to go after the big dogs, Titan. Are you ready?"
Alec asked, receiving only a grunt in response from Titan as he began marching towards the middle region of the Beast King Region.
It was the only place where he would come face to face with Tier 4 demonic beasts.
Alec was now even more eager to reach the next stage, especially considering he still had to face Orion.
Another pressing matter that was weighing on his mind as well, and he had yet to reach the Tier 3 realm, let alone step into the realm of the Mid-rank mages.
[Ding! Legion just slew a Tier 3 Black Ape demonic beast.]
[Ding! Magnito just slew three Tier 3 Black Ape demonic beasts.]
[Received 3,000 exp, received 30 System points.]
Seeing these notifications after so long made Alec pause in his step and inhale deeply.
"That was so damn good!" Alec shouted, excitement coursing through him.
He opened his system status to see just how much closer he was to becoming a Tier 3 Mage.

After looking at his stats, Alec realized that he had accumulated enough attribute points to push another of his stat to the hundred-point level.
He decided to stay back and allocate those points before going hunting for Mid-rank demonic beasts.
As this would give him a significant advantage when he faced them, and for now, his golems were doing an excellent job of bringing in massive experience and system points.
Although he only received a portion of their experience points, but with them hunting in a place where the highest ranks were only Tier 3, they were as deadly as tigers with wings.
They slaughtered anything that crossed their path, bringing Alec much closer to becoming a Tier 3 Mage slowly.
"So, which stat do I increase now? Agility or Endurance? Agility would make me faster, improve my reaction time, and allow for quick spell casting, On the other hand, endurance would make me sturdier, like a personal tank, and help me last longer in battle."
"Well, I've made my choice!" Alec declared, turning to Titan.
"You are to guard me through this." He said before stretching out his hand to accept the option he had chosen to upgrade.
