Star Wars: the purge

Looking out the side door of the gunship Vincent observed as this small scale scermish slowly escalated into a full-blown battle field.

Wearing full body armor and Equipped with enough weapons that it looked as though he was about to fight this battle himself. Around him where the clons of his division all armed and ready for deployment.

Lowering altitude the gunships began to decend towards the edges of the battle field.

Jumping of the gunships the soldiers gathered up together and began marching forward. With guns at the ready prepared for any encounter they may come across.

With a serious and strong voice Shaak Ti addresses the soldiers." Alright gather up and begin our march into the forest. Our objective should be around 2 click north of our position. And one final warning everyone be on the lookout for any possible traps or ambushes, the enemy is expecting us so don't let them catch you unprepared now fall out!."

With her order the clones begin their march tbrough the dark and thick canopy of the forest before them.

Vincent more atuned to his scrounging then usual, with the information of the attempt on master Shaak Ti's life spot the first signs contact." Enemy spotted 3 o'clock ready for contact!"

On his warning the Clone trooper out of instinct and training got into formation ready for the battle that was about the waged.

Coming out of a small section to forest with blaster at the ready was a small platoon of B1 battledriods. Both Sides on first contact begin to open fire in hopes of eliminating one another.

With blaster shots firing in all directions Vincent could be seen running through the battle field eliminating any battledriods that he came across with no more then a few shot from his blaster rifle.

Though the battle didn't last long as the clone heaverly outnumbered the enemy as well as completely out preforming the druids in combat. But with first contact meant that the rest of the druid army now knew their position, and with the involvement of a Jedi the enemy would know send much higher number then last time.

With their objective to slowly thin out our number and exhaust our soldiers, all in the hope of the most successful ambush possible.

Getting closer to their destination with each passing moment Vincent only grew more vigilant, knowing from experience that soon would be the best time for the separatists to anact their ambush.

And as Vincent walked out of the forest into a wide clearing, there in the open was large number of battledriods waiting. With the enemy mostly comprised of super battledriods and a hand full of B1 battledriods.

Knowing the danger that the super battledriods posed Vincent informed his clones." Take out the super battledriods first and then go after the smaller ones, don't let them get the better of you."

With Vincent's orders given the quicken the pace running towars the battledriods. While Vincent take aim at his first target firing his blaster rifle a few tine Destroying the battledriods head.

As the battle grew more fierce as with every battledriod destroyed more would take it's place. Making it seem as there was no end to the endless waves of battledriods.

As the exhaustion finally began to take a hold on the clone just as the battledriod numbers began to dwindle. With the ground being lettered with the fallen metallic shells of the mar machines.

Vincent ripping the head of one of the last B1 battledriods looks over in the direction of Shaak Ti. Just in time to see General Greivous lunging out from hiding place, light sabers drawn in each hand and heading toward his target.

On instinct Vincent puts all his strength into his legs and rushes in her direction, activating his personal shield and moving behind Shaak Ti taking the full brunt of Greivous sneak attack.

General Grievius noticing his surprise attack failing jumps backs and getting into a defensive stance. Looking over at the Vincent who had interrupted his attack." General Vincent your reputation precedes you. I can see way Dooku was wary of you all this time." Greivous coment before Coughing a few time.

Taking of his helmet to face his advercery." As does yours General Greivous, it is my honour to finally meet you after all this time, I have heard much about you."

" I would have liked to figh you myself, but I have a missions to complete. Maybe if you outlast that filthy jedi besides you then I will finish you off myself."

With thay said General Greivous took another step back. And in doing so several more elite druids came forward.

The first to rush toward Vincent was a group of three comando druids. Two weilding a vibroswords and the other a blaster rifle.

Sidestepping the first attack of the sword,Vincent takes out his sidearm before firing a shot into the druid arm allowing Vincent to disarm the battledriod, before using its sword to remove its head from it body in one swift movement.

The other two comado druids using the opening fire a few blaster shot in the direction of Vincent, while other sword weilder approached his flank.

Vincent quickly deflected the blaster shots with his newly acquired sword and then received the incoming attack. The two sword clashed multiple time in quick succession, the opponents gadging each other strength.

Not wasting time Vincent uses his arm to deflect redirect the druids slash downward. Not missing the opening g he created Vincent send a powerfull downward slash toward the comando druid. An action the cleanly cut the druid in two even peices.

As the druid fell apart Vincent grabbed its fallen weapon before launching it at the last remaining comando druid. As the sword cut through the air at incredible speed that left the druid no time to react, as the sward pierced through its chest.

Grabbing the second sword from the druid chest Vincent looks over towards Shaak Ti, finding her still fighting but unharmed he let out a sigh.

Turing around onecd more he faces the ramining clones." Move forward, complete the mission you were given. Let master Shaak Ti and myself deal with General Greivous and his ambush."

Straightening their back and saluting. The Clones once more contine forward to complete the objective of this mission. Having faith that Vincent could protect Shaak Ti from death.
