Cheng Xiao woke up to the sound of her phone ring, she took the phone and saw that it was CEO Xu Kai and she groaned.

"Good morning, sir."

"Mm! Are you up?" He asked.

"Yes! Is there anything that you wanted?" Cheng Xiao asked and scratched her head.

"Come to my house." 

"Ok!" She said and Xu Kia hanged up the phone.

"Look at the time that he is calling." She said and threw her phone aside and stood up to go and take a shower, knowing him he would be ready waiting for her.

She ran to the bathroom to get ready, knowing she would not even have time to eat breakfast as he will call her in less than 10 minutes to inquire where she is, or how far.

These were the moments that Cheng Xiao dreaded the most. She looked at the time and saw she only had five minutes left, looked at her and sa that it was a mess and decided to do a messy bun.

"I'm done! I'll get going." She shouted.

"Are you even going to have breakfast?" 

"I didn't even have time to my hair."

"Isn't today your coffee date?" Shen Mu asked.

"Yes, and we'll talk later at the office, but for now I have to run." She said and walked out the door.

It took Cheng Xiao about fifteen minutes to reach Xu Kai's house. When she arrived, the security saw her and opened the door, she greeted them as she walked in. The gate closed and she walked the distance to the house.

Xu Kai stood outside looking at the watch. When he saw her approaching, he put his hands in his pocket.

"You're late!" He said immediately.

"I had to take shower didn't I."

"I see that you are getting cheeky these days."

"Who else would be able to handle you?"

"Am I supposed to be indebted to you?" He said and folded his arms while looking.

"What is it that you had to wake me up so early?"

"I have an early meeting." He said and got inside the car and she opened the passenger door and got in. 

The driver when he saw that she had got in, started the car he would occasionally take a glance at the two of the them while they were talking business and felt that Cheng Xiao was most suited for his boss. He had been Xu family driver for years before he was assigned to take of Xu Kai.
