At this moment, the baby in the stroller twitched his still-closed eyes slightly. Beneath his eyelids, his pupils seemed full of grievance. From the surrounding conversations and the mention of three key names—Qian Xunji, Bibi Dong, and Qian Renxue—he instantly realized he had been reincarnated. He was now in the world of Douluo Dalu, born into the infamous Spirit Hall's Qian family as a direct relative: the elder brother of Qian Renxue. His new name was Qian Renhan.
His impression of the Qian family was, to say the least, abysmal.
Take Qian Daoliu, for instance. At best, he could be called a righteous gentleman, even a moral compass for the continent. But at worst, he was a cowardly man who hesitated in critical moments and lacked any real backbone. Unless someone crossed his bottom line, he was practically a turtle in a shell.
Then there was Qian Xunji—an absolute fool. He botched his handling of Bibi Dong's situation, and despite being a Level 95 Titled Douluo with two other Titled Douluo aiding him, he still managed to lose against Tang Hao. How could someone be so useless? As a six-winged angel, a hexagonal warrior in theory, he was dumb enough to go head-to-head with Tang Hao—a specialist in extreme power—using brute force. Predictably, he got crushed. It served him right.
And Bibi Dong? Don't even get me started. If I were Qian Renxue, enduring such a cruel childhood, suffering through her 20-year plan for Heaven Dou's palace coup, losing her youth, and facing a ruined life after achieving godhood—I would have destroyed her with a single strike.
As for Qian Renxue, the girl lying next to him now, he wanted to kick her into the air. What an idiot. All that talk about "fair duels"—blocking Douluo Porcupinefish's attack during the coup, getting overconfident, and losing unnecessarily. Even after ascending to godhood, she held back, thinking she could redeem things. For example, she could have gone to Jialing Pass and used her divine powers to capture Tang Hao, A Yin, and all of Tang San's close allies, then used them as leverage. But no—this brainless girl chose "fairness" and ended up getting crushed.
To sum it up, the Qian family of five had three idiots and one lunatic.

One year later.
Morning sunlight slanted through the window of a luxurious palace bedroom, illuminating the room. Aside from the essential furniture, there were two small beds. One of the beds was empty, while the other held a little boy with golden hair, fair skin, and delicate features. The boy's eyes remained shut, clearly not yet awake.
A few minutes later, a little girl with golden hair, large, round eyes, and an unbelievably cute face entered the room. She was wearing a cream-colored, gold-trimmed camisole dress. The girl walked over to the sleeping boy and began nudging him. "Brother, brother, wake up! Grandpa is giving us a lesson today, and we can't be late!"
"Don't bother me. If you want to go, go by yourself," Qian Renhan muttered irritably, turning over. Listening to Qian Daoliu's lessons? What a joke. With that old man's brain, what could he possibly teach? Renhan might as well be the one giving the lecture.
Moments later, he felt the bed shake slightly. It seemed Qian Renxue had climbed onto it. But he couldn't be bothered to pay attention. There was no way this little girl would dare mess with him.
Just then, Qian Renhan's nose suddenly felt itchy. He snapped his eyes open and found Qian Renxue sitting beside him, tickling his nose with her hair.
She quickly pulled her hand back and smiled. "Brother, you're awake! Come on, let's go listen to Grandpa's lesson!"
Taking a deep breath to suppress his anger, Qian Renhan fought the urge to lash out. He absolutely hated being woken up, and if this had been a younger brother, he would have kicked them out of the room by now. But since it was his sister—a dumb one at that—he held back. After all, she was still his sister.
Once dressed, Qian Renhan, with a cold expression, strode toward the grand hall of the Worship Hall. Qian Renxue trailed behind him, struggling to keep up. "Brother, don't walk so fast! Wait for me!"
"Brother, why do you always ignore me? Did I do something wrong?"
"Brother!"
Despite her constant calls, Qian Renhan maintained his pace, unwilling to respond. The family was full of idiots—after giving birth to them, Bibi Dong fled to the Slaughter City, Qian Xunji buried himself in endless work, and Qian Daoliu spent his days standing by the angel statue like a statue himself. The only one who clung to him was Qian Renxue, and he found her absolutely unbearable. He refused to engage with her, even demanding they sleep in separate beds when they had originally shared one.
Helping her change? Ridiculous. Everyone knew she would listen to the adults anyway. Her personality was already set in stone. If he invested any emotions in her, the one suffering in the future would undoubtedly be Qian Renhan himself.
"Brother!" Qian Renxue finally caught up, grabbing onto Qian Renhan's arm with both hands.
"Just walk on your own," Qian Renhan frowned, shaking her hands off with a flick of his wrist before continuing forward.
Moments later, Qian Renhan noticed something unusual—the sound of hurried footsteps behind him had stopped, and Qian Renxue's persistent calls had gone silent. Turning his head, he saw her crouched on the ground, tears streaming down her face as she sobbed softly.
Seeing this, Qian Renhan sighed lightly.
As she knelt there, wiping her tears with trembling hands, Qian Renxue suddenly noticed a small hand stretched out in front of her. She looked up, stunned, to see Qian Renhan's slightly annoyed expression.
"Come on," Qian Renhan said, shaking his hand impatiently. "Didn't you want to go listen to Grandpa's lesson?"
Hearing this, Qian Renxue instantly stood up and threw her arms around Qian Renhan's arm, beaming with joy. "Thank you, Brother! This is the first time you've ever spoken to me willingly. I'm so happy!"
As he looked at the genuine, radiant smile on Qian Renxue's face, a flicker of confusion passed through Qian Renhan's eyes. What was wrong with this girl? He had only stretched out his hand—an insignificant gesture, barely worth calling concern—and yet it was enough to make her so incredibly happy.
On their way to the hall, Qian Renxue clung tightly to Qian Renhan's arm, as if afraid he would stop acknowledging her again.
"Brother, why do you always ignore me?" she asked, her voice filled with grievance as she shook his arm. "Did I do something wrong? Please tell me, and I'll change. Whatever you say, I'll listen. Just don't ignore me, okay?"
After months of dealing with this clingy, pretty little sister, combined with her genuine and heartfelt words, even the coldest of hearts would begin to soften.
Qian Renhan turned to look at Qian Renxue's delicate and adorable face, which was now full of sorrow. With a sigh, he said, "Xiaoxue, you haven't done anything wrong."
"Then why do you keep ignoring me?" Qian Renxue pressed, her voice tinged with frustration.
Qian Renhan sighed again, raising his left hand to gently ruffle her hair. "Let's listen to Grandpa's lesson first, and then we'll talk."
When Qian Renxue looked up again, she realized they had unknowingly arrived at the main hall of the Douluo Temple. Standing beneath the Angel Statue, Qian Daoliu was already waiting for them.
