The luxurious and ancient Spirit City, steeped in history, was blanketed by a thick layer of snow.

At the heart of Spirit City stood the Pope's Palace. Within a resplendent chamber adorned with gold and jade, heart-wrenching screams echoed continuously.

On a soft, luxurious bed lay a stunningly beautiful woman with a prominent belly, writhing in agony. Her exquisite face was drenched in sweat, and her anguished cries filled the room.

Any adult with basic knowledge would understand the situation—she was giving birth, heralding the arrival of new life and the elevation of familial status.

In a typical scenario, a woman about to become a mother, no matter how much pain she endured, would display traces of happiness on her face. Yet, this woman was different. Her bloodshot eyes radiated hatred and an overwhelming desire for destruction. She pounded her abdomen with clenched fists, as if determined to kill the unborn child inside her. However, the midwife by her side restrained her with all her strength.

After what felt like an eternity, the cries of two newborns pierced the air, reverberating through the room.

A soul master specializing in childbirth pushed open the door and addressed the two anxious figures waiting outside—a handsome young man with golden hair and an equally distinguished middle-aged man with the same golden locks. "Grand Worshipper, Your Holiness, the Holy Maiden has given birth. It's twins—a boy and a girl!"

Hearing this, Qian Xunji and Qian Daoliu could no longer contain the joy on their faces. Qian Xunji said, "Well done. Go and claim your reward."

"Thank you, Your Holiness!" The midwife knelt on one knee, her face glowing with excitement.

Qian Xunji quickly entered the room. Before him was Bibi Dong, drenched in sweat, pale as a sheet, her face streaked with tears, her hair disheveled, and her hairpins scattered. His heart ached at the sight, and he said softly, "Dong'er, you've worked so hard."

At the sound of his voice, the emptiness in Bibi Dong's eyes was replaced by a fiery surge of murderous intent. She screamed, "Beast! Monster! Scum! I'll kill you! I'll kill those two bastards!"

With that, Bibi Dong somehow summoned the strength to sit up. She reached toward the nearby cradle where the two newborns lay, her hands aiming for their necks.

Qian Xunji's expression changed drastically. He quickly stepped between the babies and Bibi Dong, grabbing her hands in anguish. "Dong'er, are you mad? They're your children! Even a tiger doesn't harm its cubs! I'm the one at fault. How can you take it out on them?"

Hesitation flashed across Bibi Dong's eyes for a brief moment, but it was quickly replaced by a furious roar: "They're not my children! They're abominations! I'll kill you all!"

Seeing her crazed state, a trace of helplessness flickered in Qian Xunji's eyes. He raised his hand and struck the back of Bibi Dong's neck, rendering her unconscious.

"Take the two children to the Worship Hall," Qian Xunji ordered a trembling maid nearby. He couldn't risk leaving the babies with Bibi Dong, not in her current condition. If she truly did something unthinkable, the consequences would be irreparable.

The maid carried the babies away, and Qian Xunji, his expression complex, stepped out of the room to face Qian Daoliu's cold gaze. Unconsciously, he lowered his head and murmured, "Father."

The atmosphere grew heavy with silence. Qian Daoliu said nothing, and Qian Xunji didn't dare to lift his head.

After a moment of silence, Qian Daoliu sighed deeply and said, "I don't wish to speak any further about you and Bibi Dong. In the end, it's our Qian family who owes her a great debt."

Qian Xunji replied earnestly, "Father, please rest assured. I will do my best to make it up to Dong'er. Now that we have two children, I believe we can truly become a family."

"I hope so."

Qian Daoliu nodded briefly, then hurried toward the Worship Hall. It was his first time becoming a grandfather, and he could no longer suppress the excitement in his heart. Qian Xunji quickly followed behind him.

Meanwhile, in the Worship Hall, six elderly men stood around a cradle. They were dressed in long robes of varying colors, their shoulder armor removed and set aside.

The six elders formed a circle around the cradle, gazing lovingly at the two newborns inside—too young to even open their eyes. Their faces were filled with affection, and they communicated telepathically, careful not to disturb the infants' rest.

"Brothers, step aside."

For the first time in his life, Qian Daoliu abandoned the calm and composed demeanor expected of a leader. He impatiently squeezed his way toward the cradle, eager to see his grandchildren.

"Greetings, uncles," Qian Xunji said respectfully to the six elders before moving to join his father by the cradle.

Golden Crocodile Douluo smiled warmly and asked, "Big Brother, Your Holiness, what are the names of the two young masters?"

Hearing this, both Qian Daoliu and Qian Xunji froze in place, their expressions stiffening. Naming the children should have been done as soon as they were born—a joyous occasion that marked their entry into the family lineage. However, with all the turmoil and chaos surrounding Bibi Dong and the matters that followed, it had completely slipped their minds, leaving this important task neglected.

Qian Xunji shuddered slightly under the weight of Qian Daoliu's faintly displeased yet penetrating gaze. Turning his eyes to the snow-covered Spirit City outside the grand hall, he said after a moment's contemplation, "Father, they belong to the Ren generation, and since they were born on a snowy night, how about naming the girl Qian Renxue and the boy Qian Renhan?"

"Qian Renhan, Qian Renxue—excellent names! Truly wonderful names!"

The six elders seated nearby nodded in approval, their faces lighting up with satisfaction. Even Qian Daoliu's stern expression softened as he nodded, feeling satisfied with Qian Xunji's suggestion.
