Exploiting this weakness could even capture a Spider Knight alive.

But how did this monster know?

This weakness was supposed to be known only to priest insects!

The insects chanted slogans, charging through Ellie's spells.

"Caw, damned insects."

Ulysses spewed a sea of flames, engulfing several insects, but under the Insect God's Blood's power, their carapaces repeatedly burned and regenerated.

In no time, they advanced to Ellie's side.

Ellie swung her staff, blasting a nearby insect with a fireball. The explosion's aftermath scorched half her face.

Close-range high-power spells had consequences.

"Richard! How much longer?"

The next moment, she heard Richard's calm voice.

"Finished."
