Chapter 134

A group of rough-looking bigger boys emerged from the shadows, their eyes fixed on hyun min's boys with a blend of curiosity and hostility. One of hyun min boys sneered, "It appears the last time, your group failed to convey the message we intended."

The apparent leader of the other group scar,a tall and lean boy with an air of confidence, stepped forward. "I'm not here to confront you," he said, his voice firm and authoritative. "I'm here for your leader."

Geon,the leader of hyun min's boys stood tall, his eyes flashing with defiance. "You think you can simply demand an audience with my superior?" he said, his voice steady and unwavering. "Well, I'm here. You don't need to look any further."

Scar'sexpression remained stoic, but a flicker of surprise danced in his eyes. "You're the one they refer to as the leader?" he asked, his tone laced with a mix of skepticism and curiosity.

One of the boys beside geon chimed in, "Can you really handle our leader? Do you think you're capable of dealing with him?"

Scar's face darkened, but another boy interjected with a chuckle to geon, "Aren't you embarrassed? You're allowing a high school student to dictate terms to you."

Geon's eyes narrowed, and he laughed and said, "A high school student, you say? Well, he's accomplished a great deal for us, and he's a genuinely kind person. Leadership isn't solely determined by age. He's provided us with substantial assistance and support. He's rescued us from dire situations... Why am I even bothering to explain this to you?"

Scar's gaze shifted, and he looked at him with renewed interest.

"I'll make him pay for what he did," he said. "The last time, he caught me off guard, but this time, I'll be ready. He'll regret ever crossing me."

Just as they were still exchanging words, a sleek white car zoomed into the scene, and the door swung open with a flourish. Hyun-min stepped out, leaning against the open car door with a casual air, his eyes scanning the area with confidence until they locked onto the group. As he emerged, he removed his glasses, revealing a sharp, piercing gaze. "Ah, I'm here now," he said, his voice exuding authority and confidence. "Tell me, what do you want? What do you have for me?"

Scar who had been making bold claims earlier seemed to shrink back, his bravado melting away like ice in the sun. his eyes fixed on Hyun-min with a mix of defiance and curiosity. "I'm here to teach you a lesson," he said, his voice firm and resolute. "The last time, you caught me off guard, but this time, you won't have the upper hand."

Hyun-min chuckled, a low, amused sound that seemed to unsettle the group. Scar ignaled to the bigger boys, and they moved to attack with a fierce determination. However, Hyun-min was lightning-fast, delivering swift and precise punches that sent the boys stumbling back.

As he advanced towards the scar, scar let out a sudden, panicked scream. "Okay, I surrender! I surrender!" he cried, his hands raised in defeat.

But before he could even process the weight of his own words, Hyun-min's fist connected with his jaw, sending him crashing to the ground.

As Hyun-min stood over him, his eyes seemed to bore into the boy's very soul. "You should have thought of that before you decided to waste my time," he said, his voice low and menacing.

Scar's boys, fueled by a mix of adrenaline and loyalty, charged towards Hyun-min with a fierce battle cry,geon and the other boys blocked them,took them down with a series of swift and precise movements that left them reeling.

Hyun-min stood over scar once more, his chest heaving slightly with exertion. "Don't mess with me," he warned, his voice dripping with a quiet intensity. "I used to be a wild card, unpredictable and ruthless. But I've changed. I've learned to control my temper. If it were like old times, you'd be nothing but a distant memory by now."

With a flourish, Hyun-min offered his hand to scar, a mocking glint in his eye. But just as the scar reached out to take it, Hyun-min withdrew it, using it instead to dust off his clothes. "You really thought I'd let you take my hands?" he sneered. "You're not even worthy of that."

"Enough!" - Hyun-min brought the chaos to a sudden halt.

He turned to scar once more, and he spoke with a cold, calculated finality. "Take your crew and get out of here. School's almost over, and our paths will likely never cross again. Consider yourself lucky."

Scar, struggled to stand up, his boys battered and bruised. Despite their valiant efforts, they were no match for their opponents,they manager to stand and scattered in all directions, fleeing in disarray.

"Boss, did you break out from the hospital?" Geon asked, his voice laced with a hint of amusement and curiosity.

Hyun-min replied nonchalantly, "I'll probably head back there soon. I just needed a breather. The hospital was suffocating me." He then inquired about Sarah, his tone infused with genuine concern. "What about Sarah? Did she make it to school without any issues?"

Geon responded promptly, "Yes, boss. Although she declined our offer to escort her, we kept a watchful eye on her until she arrived at school safely."

Hyun-min's gaze lingered on Geon, and geon asked, his voice tinged with a hint of skepticism, "You're not romantically involved with her, are you?"

Hyun min raised an eyebrow, geon's eyes widened slightly, and he hastily clarified, "No, boss. I was merely curious. I didn't mean to overstep any boundaries."

Hyun-min's expression turned stern, and he warned, his voice firm but controlled, "You shouldn't pry into matters that don't concern you."

Geon apologized profusely, and Hyun-min's demeanor softened. "Alright, so exams will be wrapping up soon, and I'll be done with high school," he said, his voice tinged with a mix of relief and nostalgia. "I'll settle your accounts, and we'll part ways. You won't have to deal with me again."

The boys exchanged bewildered glances, their faces a picture of confusion. "What in the world?" one of them muttered under his breath, his tone a mix of incredulity and amusement.
