Chapter 21: Chapter 20 – “Only You Tonight”
The car was too cramped. Too tight for what they needed.
Meilin's lips brushed Ryu's one last time before she whispered, "Take me somewhere… private."
Ryu didn't speak. He just looked at her, eyes dark and breath shallow, before he started the engine. His hand found hers and didn't let go the whole way.
---
His penthouse was dimly lit when they arrived. The only sound was the soft hum of the city below and the rustle of Meilin's jacket sliding from her shoulders.
She stood in the center of the living room, her gaze locked with his.
"Still sure about this?" he asked, voice low.
She walked to him, slow and confident. Her hands reached up, fingers brushing through his hair, her forehead resting lightly against his.
> "I don't want to think tonight, Ryu. I just want to feel you."
And that was all it took.
Their lips met again—this time deeper, slower, like they were tasting each other for the first time.
Clothes became unnecessary. One by one, they fell away, leaving kisses in their place.
His hands were gentle, reverent, sliding along her waist as if memorizing her curves.
She gasped softly when he lifted her into his arms, carrying her toward the bedroom like she was something precious.
The sheets were cool when her back met them—but his body was warm as he hovered over her.
> "You're beautiful…" he murmured, trailing his fingers over her collarbone, down to the dip of her waist.
Meilin's breath hitched.
> "Then show me," she whispered, pulling him down again.
They didn't rush.
His lips explored her skin—along her neck, her shoulders, the space just above her heart.
She arched beneath him, her hands roaming his back, pulling him closer, deeper.
Every sigh.
Every soft moan.
Every touch was a conversation their mouths didn't speak.
Her legs wrapped around his hips, bringing him closer—until there was nothing between them. Nothing left hidden.
The moment he slid into her, both of them stilled.
Their eyes locked.
And time slowed.
It wasn't just desire now—it was something else.
Something sacred.
Her fingers clutched his shoulders, her lips brushing against his ear.
> "Only you… tonight, only you."
Ryu began to move, slow and deep, as if he was trying to leave pieces of himself inside her.
She met him every time, her breaths soft and trembling, her body molding to his like it had always belonged there.
It wasn't just physical. It was raw. Intimate.
Every thrust. Every whisper. Every look between them said the same thing:
> You're mine.
> You matter.
> Stay.
As they reached that final crescendo—Meilin cried out his name, her body shuddering beneath his. He followed, burying his face in her neck, her scent drowning him in peace and madness.
Afterward, they stayed tangled together—his arm under her head, their legs intertwined beneath the soft covers.
She looked up at him, hair messy, lips swollen, eyes hazy.
> "So… what now?"
Ryu kissed her temple. "Now? You sleep in my arms."
She smirked lazily. "Bossy."
He smiled. "You like it."
She didn't deny it.
Wrapped in his warmth, Meilin finally let her walls fall.
And as her breathing slowed, Ryu held her tighter.
> She was supposed to be his game.
> His weakness.
But somewhere along the way… she became his home.
