The Legend of Damron

*Time to start another story quest following Mika's past and more.*

*It was a new day like usual, and The Traveler woke up by the sound of his phone.*

Traveler: "Hmm...? What is this..."

*checks*

*"Meet me at the Northern gates. Keep it a secret ;) -Mika-"**

Traveler: "Northern gates..? What happened... And why is she winking... Uhh guess i gotta go after all.." *gets out of bed and changes.*

*Leaves room.*

Athena: "Hey Traveler! Where are you going?"

Traveler: "Outside... I'll be back before night i guess."

Athena: "A-alright. Just be careful out there and do not hesitate to call or text me if anything goes wrong!"

Traveler: "Will do." *Leaves*

Traveler: "Now let's see what Mika is on."

*After a big walk*

Mika: "You're here. I'm glad you made it."

Traveler: "Sure am. What do you need from me?"

Mika: "Let's just chill for the time being. I am awaiting someone else rather than you too."

Traveler: "Alright then."

*9 minutes pass*

?: "Hey hey! Long time no see Mika!"

Mika: "Yuki! I am so happy to see you again. Traveler, meet Yuki. She is my Championship partner and best friend."

*Yuki was a she in this case so yall don't confuse.*

Yuki: "Hello Traveler! Nice to meet you!"

Traveler: "Nice to meet you too. So, where are we heading?"

Mika: "Before we head out i want to tell you something. Tomorrow the Championship is coming back and i want you to be there and support us. And well we get a voucher for as many friends as we would bring."

Traveler: "Interesting. Tho i never realized you'd invite only me for a voucher..."

*Mika's cheeks become red*

Mika: "I- uh... Well! Never mind..."

Yuki: "Don't sweat it Mika! Its okay! Its better than last year atleast..."

Mika: "Yeah... You're right..."

Traveler: "Anything bad happened last year?"

Yuki: "Shortly we got no one to invite last year."

Traveler: "Oh.. i get it now... Anyways where does this Championship take place? Here in Duran city?"

Yuki: "No silly! We're going to Iceland!"

Traveler: "I- huh? Oh Iceland! I heard about it on the news before."

Mika: "Yup yup! And we are going to win the Gold trophy for this year too!"

Yuki: "Come on! 275D is leaving!"

Mika: "Coming! Let's go Traveler.. the bus is leaving soon."

Traveler: *runs along with Mika* "Surprised we aren't driving there."

**After a 40 minute bus drive**

Speakers: "Next stop! Iceland Boulevard 13!"

Yuki: "That's our stop! Let's get ready to leave."

*After they left*

Mika: "We're here. Wow! Look at the stadium! It definitely looks better since last year!"

Yuki: "Well Miss Izumi has been working hard in managing everything around Iceland. And the stadium was a big priority."

Traveler: "Miss Izumi?? May i ask who that person is?"

Mika: "Miss Izumi runs Iceland. She is the Vice President of the Tea Party Headquarters, the building who manages everything around Iceland. And well adding from a more personal matter she is Athena and Ken's mother."

Traveler: "Oh really? Impressive not gonna lie!"

Yuki: "Let's head inside and check ourselves for the match."

*After a while*

Manager: "Welcome esteemed guest and current Champions! I guess you two want to sign in once again?"

Mika: "Yes. We would like to compete once again in this Championship."

Manager: "Understood. Just both of you sign this paper and then i'll do the rest."

*They sign*

Manager: "Great! Then i will go and do the rest and inform you two shortly after. How does it sound?"

Yuki: "Perfect! We will be waiting in the meantime."

**After 25 minutes**

Manager: "Alright you two are succesfully in the Championship now. The first match starts in 1 hour so make sure to eat and then prepare."

*They do as instructed*

Traveler: "Where do i find a seat tho?"

Mika: "Let us take care of this."

*Eventually they found The Traveler a VIP seat.*

Yuki: "Good news! We found you a VIP seat!"

Traveler: "Oh nice! Where is it?"

Mika: "Follow us."

*At the spot*

Yuki: "Alrighty! We will be going now. Make sure to cheer for us!"

Traveler: "Sure! Bring it on! And Good luck!"

**After 15 minutes when the match was about to start**

?: "Welcome esteemed citizens of Iceland! Today we witness the yearly Championship for the title of Champion of your own Nation and the Gold trophy! The challenges are as following!: The first match is a combat match. Each team will have to compete against a big amount of enemies. Failure to do in this challenge will eliminate the team and the others moving forward to the next round! Ready everyone? And... Begin!"

*The challenge started perfectly all teams doing just fine against the enemies*

Traveler: "Go girls go!"

*After a while of combat a couple of teams we're getting tired and soonly eliminated whilst Mika and Yuki finishing first.*

?: "Oh! Team Duran Duo has finished the challenge first! And we have 4 teams eliminated!"

*As the challenge went on 2 more teams were eliminated and the other 4 teams qualified.*

?: "We got 5 teams that qualified for the next round!"

?: "Next round will feature an obstacle race! Whoever gets there first qualifies for the last round! May the 2 best teams qualify! Ready!..... Begin!"

*The 5 teams sprinted but knowing the rules they couldnt sabotage.*

Mika: "Grab my hand!"

Yuki: "On it!"

*Mika throws Yuki over the tall wall as she presses the button opening the wall*

Mika: "Go! Advance!"

?: "Ooh it seems that team 4 is falling behind!"

Mika: "We're still in the lead! Lets go!"

*Next part was a horde of enemies luckily for Mika she learnt to strike in whenever way she moves. Then Yuki groups the enemies together as Mika blasts them and the enemies dissappearing.*

?: "Team 1 is in the lead!"

*Last part came where they had to jump over 30 meters over the spiked field to reach the finish. Fail and you're dead here.*

Yuki: "Jump! I'll go after you!"

*As Mika jumped Yuki propelled her forward then Yuki flying with her wind powers after Mika, Mika landing gracefully as finishing her sprint shortly after at the finish line. So did Yuki after 7 more seconds.*

?: "And that is game for Team 1! And oh it seems that Team 3 has also finished! Then that means that we have Team 2,4 and 5 eliminated!"

Mika: "We did it!"

*She hugs Yuki as they cheer and look at the VIP room seeing The Traveler bang on the window happily*

Traveler: "Good job! Keep it up!"

?: "Now for the finaaaall rooouunnnd!!! The Remaining teams will go a 2v2! May the best team win! Ready? Begin!!"

Mika: "Remember last year's tactic right?"

Yuki: "Sure will! Get em!"

*As the teams fought even Team 3 could keep up decently with their skills.*

?#2: "It seems that they are strong. But not for long!" *Shoots an arrow which hits Yuki in the leg.*

Yuki: "Ow! That hurt! What is wrong with you! That is against the rules!"

Mika: "Hey! You can't do that! I call cheating!"

*Presses Yellow button*

?: "Oh! It seems a member from Team 1 pressed the Yellow button! Speak Fighters!"

Mika: "Wasn't shooting others in the leg against the rules! Everyone should fight equally!"

Yuki: "Y-yea ouch! This isnt fair!"

?: "We understand. Team 3 you are officially disqualified for breaking rule 63 in the Championship event book!"

*After a while*

?: "With this matter resolved we declare Team 1 the winner for this year's Championship!"

Mika: "We did it Yuki! We won!!!"

Yuki: "Yay! Duran Duo for the win!!"

?: *comes down* "Girls, cherish this trophy and we will await you 2 for next year too!"

Mika: "Thank you. We owe our gratitude to our friend in the VIP room for cheering for us. And for having a good general that i have trained with."

Yuki: "So do I! And i will always fight until the end!"

*After this everyone left and they met at the exit*

Traveler: "Hey girls! Congrats! Ow- that hurts right?"

Yuki: "It might've infected... But don't worry about it. I'll fix it once i get home."

Mika: "Still thanks for coming with us! We owe you this one."

Traveler: "It was my pleasure to come along. Let's head back to Duran City."

*After another 40 minute bus drive.*

Speakers: "Next stop! Duran City!"

Mika: "One more station to go."

Yuki: "Well i am going at this one. Thanks for coming! See yall later!"

Mika: "Bye Yuki!"

Traveler: "Have a good night!"

*The bus stops and Yuki and 2 other citizens drop off. Bus drives again.*

Speakers: "Next stop! Street No.14!"

Mika: "Come on. Let's go."

*After they left.*

Mika: "Thank you once again for coming. I appreciate that you decided to help me and Yuki. Have a good night!"

Traveler: "Sure! It was on me. Have a good night!"

*Back at Athena's place*

Athena: "You still came a little late... I never thought you'd come with the last bus."

Traveler: "You knew!?"

Athena: "N-no? I just saw the bus recently and then you came here so i thought you came with it."

Traveler: "Oh then you are right. I'll go to sleep now."

Athena: "Alright Good night Traveler!"
