THE ELECTRIC SLAYER

The next day, Ethan went to school, and as he entered the class, he saw all the girls grouping and he decided to ignore it and sit at his desk, but unfortunately he noticed that the girls are right next to his desk, so he thought it would be weird to sit there so he went to his friend.

Ethan's friend: "Yo, you shy?"

Ethan: "Yo, nah, it's just too crowded next to my desk."

Ethan's friend: "Haha, yeah, I got you."

Ethan: "Well… I feel like an anime protagonist."

Ethan's friend: "No… just no…. You shouldn't, it's cringe."

Ethan: "Haha, I know, but I mean… the girls grouping at that desk specifically? Next to mine? Yeah, that isn't a coincidence."

Ethan's friend: "I guess it does feel like that, but just remember that real life is real, and anime is anime."

Ethan: "I know, dude, I'm not an idiot." As Ethan and his friend were laughing and talking, the teacher walked in and said that everyone should sit in their seats, and so all the girls went to sit at their desks.

Ethan went to his desk, but then noticed a beautiful girl who looked like she was from Japan sitting at the desk where the girls were gathering. And Ethan understood that she was a new student.

The teacher: "Everyone! We have a new student! Will you please introduce yourself?"

The new student: "Hello… my name is Minami and I am from Japan, I know, I know, I'm beautiful."

Ethan noticed that her tone was cocky and confident; he liked the confident part but hated the cocky part.

So he decided to just mind his own business, and so he looked around and saw that everyone was staring at her, from boys to girls, the girls were staring in awe and envy, the boys were staring in admiration and love, and as it turns out that Ethan was the only one that wasn't interested, minami saw that her faced turned into a frown, and she sat down.

Ethan's thoughts: "Bruh, this girl thinks she owns the world… well anyways, about yesterday…. I got powers, huh… Well, that metal rock seemed to shrink, wait… my skin absorbs stuff easily… does that mean… that my skin absorbed the metal? No, it's too unbelievable, but it's a theory…"

After class, Ethan was walking to the cafeteria to get himself a sandwich, but a girl bumped into him. Ethan looked at her and saw that it was Minami.

Minami: "Watch it!… Hey, you're the nerd who ignores me!"

Ethan: "nerd?"

minami: "What? Surprised? You hate that nickname?"

Ethan: "No, I AM a nerd after all."

Minami: "Wow, you must be hopeless if you admit that."

Ethan: "We are in the big '25, yet you still call people nerds, and here I thought I was pathetic."

Minami: "Because you ARE pathetic, you may look manly, but that doesn't hide your weakness."

Ethan: "And that is?"

Minami: "That you are a weirdo, a simp."

Ethan: "And how did you conclude that I am?"

Minami: "You didn't look at me like you liked me."

Ethan: "That's because I don't know you."

Minami's face turned from a confident smirk to a full-on offended frown, and she crossed her arms in anger

Minami: "Excuse me!?"

Ethan: "What? Surprised? Look, I know that you'll just spread false rumors to ruin my reputation, but let me be honest, I couldn't care Less."

Minami's face became a face of pure shock, her eyes widening and her jaw dropping.

Minami: "What?! What do you mean? You SHOULD care, and how do you know?"

Ethan: "It's a common cliche… plus why should I waste my energy on what people say, it's a waste of time and energy."

Minami stared at him with more shock, but then she walked away, her hips swaying dramatically…

Ethan: "I swear… she thinks she's pretty, but she's like an anime villainess, all looks and no personality…"

Ethan continued his day normally, but the next day, everyone was staring at Ethan like he was a criminal, but Ethan ignored it, his face calm and resting.

When he reached the class, he sat at his desk and sat through the classes, and when it was lunchtime, he went to the cafeteria again.

He got his sandwich and sat at a lunch table, and just ate it peacefully, but everyone was staring which made Ethan lose a tiny bit of his composure, but it wasn't noticeable, he looked around and saw a group of jocks walking to him, and when they got close, they punched him, which made Ethan spit his food.

Jock 1: "Oh, look at this guy, you sure you're the one who assaulted Minami?"

Ethan: "Assaulted? I'm sure I was the one that was-"one of the jocks punched him again. Ethan's face was beginning to get bruised.

Jock 2: "This guy is weak."

the jocks laughed as they kept hitting him, Ethan getting hurt more and more, his emotions boiling more more and more, before bursting in rage, he yelled and a big electric discharged from his body, to him everything froze, but Ethan was too blinded by rage to notice so yelled and punched all the jocks, not even noticing their motionless bodies.

Ethan: "SHUT UUUUP!!!"

Ethan punched them more and more, before doing one last kick, before collapsing, as the speed he was in was too much for him, and so Ethan went unconscious and everything went back to normal speed, the jocks flying across the cafeteria. When Ethan woke up, he saw himself in the nurse's office.

he looked around and saw that it was empty, so he got up, his body was still weak, which almost caused him to fall and lose balance, but he was able to stay standing, he looked around his body and found no sign of a bruise, so he walked to the exit but then the door burst open, it was minami, she was furious…

minami: "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!?! WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY BOYFRIEND?!"

Ethan: "Boyfriend? This is still your second day. Anyways, I'm tired, I wanna go home, so just shu-"Minami slapped him, she was angry at him, her eyebrows were furrowed.

Minami: "Why the heck doesn't my powers work on you?! I've tried and tried, but your mind is too strong! I can't overrun your mind with thoughts, I can't CONTROL you!!"

Ethan: "Huh? What?….."

Ethan rubbed his eyes, still confused as Minami stared at him with fury.

Ethan: "You know that…..THAT is NOT something you should just yell out…"

Minami: "And? You have powers too, I saw you destroy those jocks and my boyfriend, but don't you think that's overkill?"

Ethan: "Well, it's not like I can just control my emotions all the time."

minami: "blah blah blah, yeah shut up, no one cares, I bet your parents don't even care about YOU"

Ethan: "Look, I am in no mood to argue…. OK?"

minami: "Not OK, I wanna get revenge. And I'll show you who's superior."

Ethan just watched as everything around him began to float, Minami's eyes glowing blue and her hair flying, and an aura appearing around her.

Ethan was surprised, but he quickly regained his composure. And he got up from the bed and got into a fighting stance, trying to use his powers.

But before he could do anything, minami made a vase fly to his head, the vase broke as soon as it hit his head, which made his anger meter go up, he got angry, and, as minami made more small stuff fly at him, he was able to block and, catch some of them but couldn't block the rest, and minami made a bed fly at him, which knocked him to a wall, defeated, or so minami thought…

The bed flew at Minami, and as soon as it did, Ethan got up, but Minami made it stop, and while she was distracted, Ethan launched himself at her. She tried to make another vase fly at him, canceling his momentum, but it was too late; he dodged the vase and appeared behind her.

Ethan: "I'm here, idiot!"As minami turned around all she saw was Ethan's foot at her face as he kicked her, she flew back, Ethan being the anger-filled guy that he currently is, launched himself at her again but this time launching her through the wall and into the garden of the school, the wall had been destroyed as if it was made of foam, and as minami began to stop herself using her flight powers, Ethan launched himself at her, hoping to hit her, but minami made him float which made him unable to get any closer.

So he lifted his right hand to the sky, the clouds got closer together more and more, and lightning struck him, and as soon as that happened he disappeared, then lightning hit minami, and as the lightning hit her, Ethan appeared and tackled her, Minami's body got hit and fell to the ground, causing the ground to dent and crack.

Minami: "STOP! I GIVE UP, I GIVE UP!"

Ethan landed on the ground in a bad-ass way and he has no sign of any fatigue, meanwhile minami was laying the ground, her face had a desperate look, and as Ethan got closer and closer, minami tried to get away but Ethan was too fast, when Ethan got to her, he extended his hand, and as soon as he did, minami flinched as he held out his hand.

Ethan: "Come on, get up."

minami: "why..."

Ethan: "Either take my hand to get up, or I'll leave you to get up alone."

After a few seconds of hesitation, Minami took his hand, but as soon as she touched his hand, she smirked. She had made a plant pot fly at him, but Ethan caught it with the other hand without even looking at it, and so Ethan didn't let go of her hand, but quite the opposite, he lifted her body by her hand and immediately threw her back into the nurse's office, or at least what's left of it.

Ethan: "What a… seriously, I was about to make this book inappropriate for kids… sorry for the fourth wall break, let's just get back to the action…"

Ethan walked to Minami, who was just lying there, she was still conscious but in great pain, her hair disheveled, her breath was bated, her nose was bleeding, she coughed every few seconds.

Ethan held out his hand, this time not to get her up, but stop her pain, suddenly minami's body pain went away, and Ethan grabbed her by the back of the neck of her shirt and dragged her to a nurse bed, he picked her up and put her on the bed, then took out the first aid kit from the drawer.

Ethan: "Where does it hurt?…"

minami: "Uh..it's uh….. my leg…"

Ethan silently wrapped a bandage around her leg, and put some disinfectant on some of the big wounds, and put a band-aid on them.

As he was doing that, Minami stared at him, her eyes filled with fear and admiration… why was he doing that? Was it guilt? Did he want to take advantage of her? What's going on?

Ethan: "Done… I'm going now…"

Minami: "Wait… weren't you just fighting me? Why did you… Help me?"

Ethan: "Because I hate hurting people, which is why my punches are weak… Especially before my powers… I really…. do…. whoa….. i feel tired…. what's… goi-"

Ethan suddenly fell… He became unconscious… Minami rushed to his side, the pain from her body multiplying, So she collapsed on the ground before she could get to him, so she laid on her back on the ground, and after a minute the nurse arrived and saw that the room is a complete mess, and it was destroyed, all she found was two people, both on the ground… minami and Ethan…

Minami: "Hey…. could you help us?"

The nurse got Minami on the bed and took Ethan to a bed next to her, her head rolled in his direction. She stared and stared at him, admiring him… what's that feeling? Why am I feeling this? why did i fight him?… those were minami's thoughts…

All she thought was about why Ethan suddenly became considerate… and then those thoughts quickly changed to thoughts of Ethan sleeping… he's cute, that sleeping face is so nice and peaceful, I wish I could see that every day… and so those thoughts kept taking over Minami throughout the time she was in the room.

And so Minami was driven to the hospital, and Ethan woke up later by an hour, and walked home… Ethan didn't know how he had used his powers, it was more of a spur of the moment kind of thing, but he knows that he has them, so he went home, and created a name for himself, for when he can control his powers and he becomes a hero, it was his online username which is "THE ELECTRIC SLAYER".
