The Alpha Soulbound Mate [BL]

Chapter 33: Chapter 34: Meeting his mate

Seer Namarie's close her eyes, her face tilted upwards as if seeking guidance from the spirits. "Aiden's life is in grave danger, she whispered quietly, "The threads of fate are tangled, and I see many paths leading to his demise."

Alpha Thane's face darkened, "What can I do to protect him?"

Seer Namarie's eyes snapped open, her pupil dilating. "You must take him to a faraway place, where nobody knows him. You must be secretive about his move, telling only those who absolutely need to know."

Alpha Thane's brow furrowed. "Is that the only solution?"

"If you want Aiden to live, it is the only solution. The forces arrayed against him are too powerful, too relentless. He must be hidden away, protected from those who seek to harm him."

Alpha Thane's leaned into his chair and sigh wearily, He knew that he would do whatever it took to keep Aiden safe. "I will do it, I will take him to a faraway place, and I will keep him safe."

Seer Namarie's eyes seemed to bore into his soul, as if searching for any hint of doubt or hesitation. Then, she nodded, a small smile playing on her lips. "I see that you are determined to protect him, Alpha Thane. I will guide you on this journey, and together, we will keep Aiden safe."

Alpha Thane bowed his head in gratitude as he thanked Seer Namarie for her guidance. "Thank you, Seer Namarie, Your wisdom is invaluable to me and my pack."

Seer Namarie smiled, her eyes twinkling with warmth. "You are welcome, Alpha Thane, May the spirits guide and protect you and your pack."

With that, Seer Namarie left Alpha thane 's office and made her way back to her quarters.

After seer Namarie left the office Beta Michael looked at Alpha thane. "Alpha?" he asked, his voice questioning.

Alpha Thane sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I don't know how to tell Luna Lila about moving Aiden," he said, his voice laced with concern. "She's going to be upset, and I don't blame her."

Michael expression turned sympathetic. "You have to tell her, Alpha , and I think she'll understand if you explain it to her. You have to make her see that it's the only way to save Aiden from death."

Alpha Thane nodded, feeling a sense of relief wash over him. His Beta was right, as always.

Beta Michael stood up, "If you'll excuse me, Alpha, I'm going to go check on the rogue wolf in the dungeon. Maybe I can get him to talk."

Alpha Thane nodded, "you Go, I'll be here, trying to figure out how to break the news to Lila."

Beta Michael sighed and left the office, leaving Alpha Thane alone with his thoughts.

Alpha thane sighed and ran his hand through his hair as he tried to gather his courage to tell his mate the news.

After leaving Alpha thane's office, Beta Michael made his way to the dungeon to check on Ryker and see if he had been able to make the Rogue talks .

As he approached the entrance, he heard a piercing scream coming from inside. A satisfied smile spread across his face as he realized that Ryker must have been dealing with the rogue wolf well before he arrived.

Reaching the gate of the dungeon, he was hit with a lovely smell that made his wolf jump up and down with excitement. "Mate! Mate! Mate!" his wolf shouted, as if he had finally found what he had been searching for.

Beta Michael's eyes widened in surprise as he realized that the scent was coming from inside the dungeon. He knew the scent of every person in the pack, and this was not one of them. The only person the scent could belong to would be the rogue wolf that Alpha Thane had captured.

Beta Michael's shook his head as he tried to process the impossible. The rogue wolf, his mate? It couldn't be. He must be mistaken. His mate can't be a rogue and certainly not a criminal, But his wolf was adamant, and the scent was unmistakable.

He pushed open the gate and stepped inside, his heart pounding with dread and excitement. He needed to confirm whether his nose was playing a trick on him or if he had really found his destined mate.

As he walked down the corridor, the scent grew stronger, and his wolf became more agitated. Beta Michael's hands started shaking as he approached the cell where the rogue wolf was being held.

He took a deep breath, steeling himself for what he might find. Was it really possible that his mate was a rogue wolf, an enemy of his pack?, but he shook his head once more because he knew that the moon goodness wasn't that cruel.

He pushed open the door and stepped inside, his eyes scanning the cell for the source of the scent, and then he saw him.

The rogue wolf was bound to a chair in the corner of the cell, his eyes fixed on Beta Michael. For a moment, they just stared at each other, the air around them thicken with tension.

The rogue wolf's eyes were fixed on Beta Michael, his gaze unwavering as if he was mesmerized by the beta's presence. Beta Michael knew that he can feel the connection between them and he couldn't help but think that the rogue wolf was the most handsome human being he had ever laid eyes on. There was something about the wolf's rugged features, his piercing eyes, and his chiseled jawline that made Beta Michael's heart skip a beat.

Beta Michael's wolf was shouting at him to claim his mate, but his human side was hesitant. This was a rogue wolf,An enemy of his pack.

Just as Beta Michael was about to take a step closer to the rogue wolf, Ryker's fist connected with the wolf's stomach, sending him crashing to the ground. Beta Michael felt as if he had been stabbed in the heart, his chest aching with pain .

The rogue wolf's eyes welled up with tears, but despite the obvious pain he was in, he didn't cry out or utter a word. Instead, he just looked at Beta Michael, his eyes locked on the his face as if searching for something.

Ryker raised his fist, ready to strike the rogue wolf again, but Beta Michael moved forward like a lightning to intercept him. He grasped Ryker's wrist, holding it in a firm grip.

"Leave him alone," he commanded.

Ryker looked at Beta Michael in surprise, but he bowed his head in submission. "Yes, Beta," he said, backing away from the rogue wolf.

Beta Michael turned to face Ryker, "I want to be alone with him."

Ryker nodded, his eyes filled curious, but he decided to say nothing. Instead, he turned and left the cell, leaving Beta Michael alone with the rogue wolf.

The rogue wolf looked up at Beta Michael, his eyes still shining with unshed tears. Beta Michael felt his heart ache and he took a step closer to the wolf.

Looking into the wolf's eyes, he saw something there that gave him pause. Something that made him wonder if maybe, his mate was not the enemy he thought he was.
