Before Shanks could react, Rikuya instantly reappeared right next to him—

With a thunderous punch, he struck Shanks in the gut, sending him crashing into the railings!

Not far away, Ben Beckman couldn't hold back anymore. He immediately raised his rifle and fired a volley at Rikuya.

But just as the bullets were about to hit, Rikuya once again turned into a flock of black crows, dodging them with ease.

Shanks, getting back on his feet, yelled, "Leave this guy to me! All of you go deal with Douglas Bullet!"

The moment he said that, a dark red aura began to radiate from his body.

The crows flying around him were instantly dispelled the moment they touched this aura, turning back into Rikuya's human form.

His expression turned grim.

His body flicker technique had been disrupted—by Shanks' Conqueror's Haki.

Like Douglas Bullet, Shanks was also a Conqueror's Haki user—capable of releasing it at will.

Seeing that, even Douglas Bullet was taken aback. He hadn't expected Shanks' Haki to rival his own.

Over on the other side, Bullet nearly choked on his own blood after hearing that.

Fending off another wave of attacks, Bullet shouted toward Rikuya, "OI! I haven't even used my Devil Fruit power yet!"

"Not a Devil Fruit user, and still this powerful at such a young age... Looks like the East Blue really does produce monsters," Shanks muttered.

"So tell me—how do I compare to that kid who cost you your arm? Do you really think he's worth betting everything on?" Rikuya asked with a sneer.

Shanks' expression changed drastically.

He knows about Luffy?!

Could it be that this guy had been tracking him all along? Otherwise, how would they have encountered each other in the middle of this vast ocean?

"Alright, game over," Rikuya said, his tone suddenly turning cold. "Let me show you what true fear looks like... Tsukuyomi!"

The pupils in his eyes transformed again—three tomoe connected to form a sharp, blade-like pinwheel: the Mangekyō Sharingan.

Before Shanks could react, everything around him suddenly went black.

When he regained awareness, he found himself tied to a wooden post, thick chains made from Seastone binding him tightly.

He looked around—only to see a vast, blood-red ocean stretching in all directions.

Dozens of crows circled above before descending and morphing into Rikuya once again.

"Where am I?" Shanks asked, trying to stay calm.

"You can think of this as a new world I created. And you… are trapped inside it," Rikuya said coldly.

"Ugh!" Shanks struggled to break free from the chains, but no matter how hard he tried, his strength wouldn't come.

He was completely restrained!

"In my world," Rikuya said, "even someone with godlike power can't escape. So don't bother struggling."

"Hah! Ridiculous. If I'm right, this is just some kind of illusion—a fake space you've created. I may be trapped, but you can't hurt me in here. And once the battle outside is over, my crew will kill you instantly. This illusion will shatter the moment you die!" Shanks sneered.
