One Piece: Marine Luffy, Garp regrets it

Chapter 224: Chapter 224

Just as Koala was lost in thought, a familiar, masculine scent surrounded her. She froze as Luffy's voice whispered in her ear, "Enjoying the view? Why not join in?"

"Ah!" Koala yelped, jumping nearly three meters into the air. Her surprised shout startled everyone in the room, and they all turned to see what was happening.

With a smirk, Luffy reached out, catching Koala as she fell. "If you want to join, don't be so sneaky about it," he teased, holding her close. "Come on, let me introduce you properly."

Still stunned, Koala rested her head against Luffy's chest, her mind blank. Before she fully processed what was happening, Luffy had carried her into the room and set her down in front of the others.

Luffy cleared his throat, announcing, "From today, we have a new member in our family! Let's leave the past behind and officially welcome Koala!"

A silence fell over the room as everyone exchanged looks. Hina was the first to speak, a teasing smile on her lips. "You're unbelievable, you know that? You make all the mistakes and then think you can just 'write it off.' I've never seen such shamelessness."

The girls nodded in agreement, rolling their eyes.

"Well," Hina continued, crossing her arms with a dramatic sigh, "for Koala's sake, I guess we'll let you off this time."

Everyone nodded… then paused, realizing the turn the conversation had taken.

"Wait a minute," Nami interrupted, looking at Hina in disbelief. "Weren't we supposed to teach him a lesson? You were all set to make him pay!"

Hina chuckled, turning to Nami. "Oh, that's an adult matter, kiddo. Don't worry about it."

Kujaku grinned knowingly, eyeing Luffy with a playful glint. She licked her lips, causing Nami to sigh in exasperation.

The next morning, after a night of revelry with his "wives," Luffy was woken up by an urgent call.

"What? Fleet Admiral Sengoku and the others are coming? When? Alright, I'll be there soon!" he replied, excitement in his voice.

Beside him, Hina stirred, rubbing her eyes as she sat up, letting the blanket slide down to reveal her graceful figure. "Haa~ Who's calling so early? Can't they wait?"

Turning around, Luffy grinned, leaning over to give her a quick kiss on the lips before getting out of bed to search for his clothes. "It was Kibin He just called to let me know that Fleet Admiral Sengoku is coming to the G2 Branch. Seems he's finished dealing with the Wano situation and wants to check on things here."

Hina perked up at the news, lifting the quilt and stepping out of bed barefoot. She walked over to the window, pulling open the curtains and letting the morning sunlight spill into the room. She stretched luxuriously, her skin glowing in the soft light.

Luffy glanced over, unable to resist admiring the sight. His gaze lingered, and he swallowed, muttering, "You're making it hard for me to get ready… maybe put on some clothes?"

Hina turned with a teasing smile, crossing her arms as she stood her ground. "Oh? What are you planning to do if I don't? Careful now, I'm a Marine officer. Don't make me arrest you."

Luffy chuckled, dropping the shirt he was holding as he walked toward her. "In that case, is attacking a Marine a crime? Guess I'd better see how you plan to 'arrest' me."

Hina tilted her head back, letting her long pink hair cascade behind her as she closed the distance between them. She reached up, placing her hands on his shoulders. "Like this," she murmured, playfully pretending to restrain him, locking him in place.

Luffy raised an eyebrow, playing along. "Oh no, I surrender! Ask me anything, and I'll confess."

With a grin, Hina moved in closer, whispering, "Good. Now be a good boy and don't move… the interrogation is about to begin."

"Yes, ma'am!" Luffy responded eagerly.

Outside the bedroom door, Kalifa, Kujaku, and Nami had their ears pressed against the door, listening to the muffled sounds within. The moment they heard Luffy's gasps, their faces turned red as they quickly pulled back, exchanging glances.

Kujaku's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Who would have thought? Hina always acts so serious, but she's quite… thorough!"

Kalifa raised an eyebrow, giving Kujaku a smug look. "Oh, you're one to talk. I've seen the things you get up to. Don't think you're any less intense."
