"Should I join Chiba's fleet?" Rob Lucci pondered.
Chiba's name was growing infamous, his influence undeniable. Yet the power of the Celestial Dragons and the Five Elders remained formidable, especially with the Knights of God at their disposal.
The Knights of God, an elite force, were said to be nearly unmatched. Their captain in particular wielded strength rivaling that of a Yonko. Combined with Chiba's elixirs and the revolutionary Haki-focused training methods, their power had become utterly terrifying.
Lucci couldn't help but wonder: was the captain of the Knights of God now comparable to Garp? Perhaps slightly weaker, but the gap wasn't vast.
The thought of Garp lingered in his mind. The legend's performance during the Paramount War had left a deep impression—his power was beyond comprehension. Yet the most unsettling truth was Garp's connection to Chiba. If Garp sided with his grandson, the Celestial Dragons might lose their most potent countermeasure.
"The seas are growing more chaotic by the day," Lucci muttered, conflicted and unsure of which path to take.

Meanwhile, the battle for Dressrosa was nearing its climax.
Rebecca hovered in mid-air, her blade aimed squarely at Doflamingo. Her voice was resolute as she declared, "Doflamingo, you've committed heinous crimes. Today, your blood will pay homage to my mother's soul."
Gripping the Four Souls Blade with both hands, Rebecca channeled her Armament Haki into the blade. The energy of the Mera-Mera no Mi's Golden Crow form surged through her, imbuing her sword with blazing power.
With a fierce cry, Rebecca unleashed a single, devastating strike. The blade's energy transformed into a crimson fire phoenix, which roared as it raced toward Doflamingo.
Desperate, Doflamingo drew upon every ounce of his String-String Fruit's power, even overextending his life energy. He wrapped his Conqueror's Haki around a spear of tightly woven threads. Blood-red lightning crackled along the weapon as he prepared to meet Rebecca's attack.
The two attacks collided with explosive force.
The phoenix's flames erupted, consuming Doflamingo's spear in an instant. The shockwave sent him hurtling hundreds of meters backward, crashing into the streets of Dressrosa. His Devil Fruit powers were completely drained, his body battered and unable to muster any strength.
Rebecca landed gracefully before him, her blade's tip pressed to his throat. "Doflamingo, it's over."
Doflamingo's pupils shrank in fear. "You… you can't kill me! I'm a Celestial Dragon! If you kill me, I'll drag all of Dressrosa down with me!"
For a moment, Rebecca hesitated. But her resolve quickly returned. Without a word, she drove the Four Souls Blade toward his throat.
---
Just as the blade neared its mark, a sharp whistling sound tore through the air.
Reacting instantly, Rebecca turned and slashed, cutting the projectile cleanly in half. Upon closer inspection, she realized it was a bullet imbued with Armament Haki.
Her gaze shifted toward the direction of the shot.
Emerging from the shadows was an imposing figure. Towering in stature, the man had a hulking, muscular physique. His hair was tied back into a ponytail with two braids, and his mouth gleamed with metallic jaws. He sported ivory-like ornaments on his shoulders and head, and his fur coat barely covered his massive frame. In his hands, he held two serrated scythe-like weapons.
The newcomer's presence was menacing and unmistakable. It was Jack the Drought, one of the Three Disasters of Kaido's Beasts Pirates.
Jack strode forward, his laugh echoing ominously. "Doflamingo, you're pathetic. Beaten down by a little girl? And you've even lost an arm. You've embarrassed yourself."
Hope flickered in Doflamingo's eyes at the sight of his ally. "Jack! Don't underestimate her. Her fruit powers are immensely strong, and that blade she wields amplifies her strength to unimaginable levels. Don't let your guard down, or you'll regret it!"
Jack grinned arrogantly, exuding a domineering aura. "Don't compare me to you, Doflamingo. You're a disgrace, unable to handle one girl. Honestly, you should step down from your title as the Underground Emperor. Partnering with you is damaging to my reputation."
Pausing, he added, "Still, for the sake of old times, I'll clean up this mess for you. But don't forget—you still owe me. Consider this your last favor."
Relieved, Doflamingo nodded eagerly. "If you take her down, I'll wipe all my debts clean. I'll even throw in a grand gift for you."
"A gift, huh?" Jack mused, his interest piqued. "Fine, but let me deal with this pest first."
---
Rebecca tightened her grip on the Four Souls Blade. She glared at Doflamingo and Jack, her voice cold. "Doflamingo, no one can save you. Not today."
With that, she swung her blade once more, aiming to finish him.
Jack reacted instantly, firing another Haki-coated bullet. Rebecca countered, slicing the projectile in two with ease, but the distraction allowed Doflamingo to activate his String-String powers. Using his remaining strength, he propelled himself away from Rebecca's reach, scrambling toward Jack.
Fueled by sheer desperation, Doflamingo stumbled behind Jack, clutching his wounds. Rebecca's eyes narrowed, but Jack stepped forward, his presence overshadowing her.
"So, you're the one giving Doflamingo such trouble," Jack said, cracking his knuckles. "Let's see if you can handle me."
Rebecca's expression hardened. She raised her sword, the Golden Crow's flames igniting around her. "If you stand in my way, I'll cut you down too."
The tension in the air thickened as the two warriors faced off, Dressrosa's skies ablaze with Rebecca's flames and Jack's overwhelming presence.
