Fū's mood was very bad.

Extremely bad!!!

A few years ago, she had just met a strong, handsome boy whom she liked, and she even followed him to his village, being very persistent. But then, the boy accepted a long-term undercover mission and disappeared, leaving her heartbroken, thinking he was deliberately avoiding her.

Fortunately, later, she learned from Hana that this wasn't the case.

And now, she had just received news that he had returned to Konoha and was preparing to find him, only to be intercepted by these ninja from Taki Village.

It almost made her explode with anger.

Because she was delayed, Hana was definitely going to get to Shishou before her.

Thinking of this, Fū became even more anxious and frustrated, debating whether to use more force to make these idiots from Taki Village give up.

Boom!

Just as Fū made up her mind, a layer of white smoke suddenly erupted around her, enveloping all the Taki Village ninjas attacking her.

"This smoke is a hallucinogen..."

From within the white smoke, she heard the panicked cries and sounds of the Taki Village ninjas collapsing.

Seeing this, Fū felt a bit relieved and quickly turned to escape.

After running out of Taki Village, she felt at ease and happily headed towards Konoha.

In the shadows, Shishou watched Fū leave safely and then disappeared from the spot.

He observed Fū's direction of departure.

Putting on his mask, he resumed his appearance as Aburame Shishou and positioned himself on her path, preparing for a 'coincidental' meeting to lure her back to Konoha.

With Uchiha Obito having left the Akatsuki, it was unsafe for Fū to remain in Taki Village. It was better to bring her to Konoha for her safety and also for easier access to the Seven Tails' chakra.

Fū spread her insect wings and flew through the air.

As she flew, she saw a figure traveling through the forest below. Looking closely, she recognized it as Aburame Shishou, the person she had been longing to see.

"Meeting Shishou here..."

This realization filled Fū with joy, making her believe even more that she and Shishou were fated to be together.

She quickly called out, asking Shishou to wait.

"Shishou, wait for me, it's Fū!"

Glancing back at the approaching Fū, Shishou's mouth curled up under his mask, then he accelerated to get away.

The more you desire something, the more unattainable it seems, the more you want it. The more Shishou ignored Fū, the more she would pursue him.

This tactic was called 'playing hard to get.'

"Damn it."

Seeing Shishou speeding up, Fū ground her teeth in frustration, flapping her wings harder to catch up.

One chasing, the other escaping, Shishou and Fū quickly left the boundaries of Taki Village.

At the right moment, Shishou stopped, pretending to be out of breath from being chased.

"Got you!"

Fū, flying in mid-air, dove down happily, crashing into Shishou and pinning him to the ground.

Sitting up from Shishou, Fū looked at him angrily and said,

"I told you to wait for me, why did you run?"

Looking at Fū sitting on his stomach, Shishou shrugged helplessly, "Didn't I get caught by you anyway?"

"Hmph!"

Hearing Shishou's indirect praise, Fū snorted proudly, feeling very pleased.

Getting up from Shishou, Fū sat beside him and curiously asked,

"What are you doing here?"

Shishou remained lying on the ground, hands behind his head, leisurely replying,

"I was just out on a mission and didn't expect to run into you."

"That's fate!" Fū said happily.

"Yes, yes, it's fate."

Shishou stood up and began walking toward Konoha, speaking as he walked,

"Recently, someone in the ninja world is targeting Jinchūriki. Come to Konoha with me."

Fū quickly caught up, surprised,

"Is the Akatsuki targeting Jinchūriki again?"

Fū had heard before that the Akatsuki was after the Jinchūriki, but the information had ceased for some reason.

"It's not the Akatsuki, it's someone else."

Shishou shook his head, dismissing her guess, and continued,

"If you're in Konoha, I can protect you."

"Hehe, Shishou is the best."

Hearing that Shishou was prepared to protect her, Fū hugged him tightly, overjoyed.

She didn't know how strong Shishou had become, but his willingness to protect her made her like him even more.

Having her right hand tightly held by Fū, Shishou said irritably,

"Let go of me, stop pulling and tugging."

"I won't."

"Be careful, or I'll teach you a lesson."

"Then I'll tell Hana you abused me."

"..."

Bickering all the way, they slowly made their way to Konoha.

By nightfall, they reached a small town and booked two rooms at an inn to rest.

Late at night, Shishou went to Fū's room, knocked her out, and began extracting the Seven Tails' chakra.

The Seven Tails, having been taught a lesson by Shishou before, was very obedient this time and willingly lent him its chakra.

Closing his eyes and feeling the addition of over a hundred units of chakra within him, Shishou muttered,

"I now have the chakra of all nine tailed beasts. The chakras of One Tail, Two Tails, Three Tails, Six Tails, Eight Tails, and Nine Tails can't increase much more, the bloodline is about to awaken."

"Seven Tails, Four Tails, and Five Tails still need about a year."

Satisfied with this, Shishou nodded.

In a year, he should be able to awaken the bloodlines of all nine tailed beasts.

Then, he could not only acquire all the Kekkei Genkai and jutsu possessed by those tailed beasts, but also possibly combine them into the power of the Ten Tails.

If that didn't work, he could still use the Gedo Statue to figure something out.

Glancing at Fū, who had kicked off her blanket, Shishou pulled the cover over her and disappeared from the room.

Over the next few days, Shishou and Fū playfully made their way to Konoha.

A few days later, they arrived in Konoha.

Upon returning to Konoha, Shishou went straight to submit his mission report, while Fū went to find Hana Inuzuka to stay at her place.

After completing his report, Fū came to bother him again.

Nighttime.

After finally getting rid of Fū, Shishou returned home alone.

Hanging a 'Do Not Disturb' sign outside his room, Shishou vanished from the spot, heading to his underground laboratory in Fire City.

Now that he had the Rinnegan, it was time to focus on the Tenseigan.

Ōtsutsuki Hamura, like his brother Hagoromo, possessed the power of the Divine Tree. By obtaining Hamura's bloodline, Shishou's power would reach a new level.
