Evening.

Land of Wind.

An unknown desert.

At this moment, Shishou was lighting a campfire on the desert floor. Not far from him, Temari was continuously using Wind Release jutsu, demonstrating her progress from the past few years of training.

Temari had been very diligent in her training over the past few years. Not only had her proficiency in Wind Release improved significantly, but she had also learned the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken. However, due to her chakra limitations, Temari could only use the Rasenshuriken once. To avoid causing trouble for Shishou, she generally refrained from using this technique.

Simultaneously, her other Wind Release jutsu had increased in power after incorporating wind chakra nature transformation, bringing her skill to the level of an elite jōnin. Under Pakura's guidance, Temari had also started learning sage techniques. Once she mastered them, she would likely become a kage-level shinobi, one of the strongest in the ninja world.

After finishing her demonstration, Temari sat by the campfire, closely nestled next to Shishou, wearing a proud expression. Clearly, she was waiting for his praise.

Shishou didn't disappoint, offering compliments that made Temari very happy. There was nothing more gratifying than praise from a loved one.

After some small talk, Shishou took out ingredients and cooking utensils from a storage scroll, starting to prepare dinner, while Temari hurried to gather firewood.

Together, they soon finished preparing the meal. After dinner, the sky had turned dark.

Using Earth Release, Shishou created two rooms and then made a stone recliner by the campfire. The two of them lay on the recliner, nestled close together, gazing at the starry desert night sky and sharing their training experiences and adventures from the past few years.

Shishou couldn't mention his time-traveling adventures, so he mostly listened, occasionally offering guidance on Temari's training.

Shishou also learned about the changes in Sunagakure over the past few years from Temari. Under Pakura's leadership, Sunagakure had started developing its desert industries and established economic partnerships with Kumogakure and Kirigakure, leading to rapid economic growth and prosperity.

After Pakura accidentally blew up the Wind Country Daimyō's palace while practicing ninjutsu, the daimyō significantly increased funding for Sunagakure. Concurrently, Pakura began transforming Sunagakure into a desert oasis and requested Yamato, a Wood Release user imprisoned in Konoha, to help with afforestation.

Since Orochimaru's attack on Konoha, Yamato had been imprisoned and used as a tool by Konoha. Under these circumstances, Sunagakure's population exploded, and the villagers' living standards rose sharply, making Pakura one of the most respected Kazekage in history.

As their conversation turned to more intimate topics, Temari became increasingly flustered. Having reached adulthood, she had already faced pressure to marry from people like Baki and had read some relevant books in secret.

During Shishou's absence, she had fantasized about what might happen when they reunited. But now that it seemed it was about to happen, she felt nervous. Nonetheless, as the former princess of Sunagakure, her strong personality wouldn't allow her to back down.

After much internal conflict, Temari gritted her teeth and straddled Shishou.

"Um... what are you doing?" Shishou asked, bewildered.

He still thought of Temari as she had been a few years ago and had no romantic intentions towards her.

Temari, though embarrassed, maintained a stoic expression. "Tonight, you belong to me."

"What?"

Shishou was stunned by her declaration. He was usually the one making the first move, so this was new territory for him.

"Hmph!" Temari snorted, leaning down to kiss Shishou. She had decided to go all in.

Realizing she wasn't joking, Shishou embraced her and returned the kiss passionately.

Breaking apart, Shishou grinned. "You're playing with fire."

"You are fire, and I am wind. Wind fans the flames, perfect together."

Temari kissed him again, having decided that Shishou was her man, and nothing would change that.

Minutes later, they broke apart again. Shishou smiled and cupped Temari's face.

"Are you ready?"

Temari, understanding Shishou's question, blushed but nodded firmly.

"I'm ready."

Shishou stood up from the recliner, scooping Temari up in his arms and walking toward the nearby stone house he had created. Since Temari was this determined, refusing would only upset her.

Seeing Shishou's actions, Temari felt both anticipation and nervousness. Despite her strong personality, the prospect of their first time together made her a bit anxious.

Before she could gather her thoughts, Shishou carried her into the stone house and shut the door behind them. In the darkness, the sound of clothes dropping could be heard.

Then, two figures merged together.

"Shishou..."

"Don't be afraid."

"I'm not afraid..."

"So what do you want to say?"

"I want to be on top..."

"...Okay."

...

After breaking through that final barrier with Temari, Shishou didn't rush to return to Sunagakure. Instead, he took Temari on a honeymoon trip across the Land of Wind, visiting various cities.

During this honeymoon, their relationship deepened rapidly. They felt like a married couple, shopping together, eating out, and sharing baths and beds. This simple yet joyful life was something they both cherished.

A month later, Shishou finally escorted Temari back to Sunagakure. Using his status as the Flying Thunder God user, he successfully borrowed Shukaku's chakra from Gaara, with Pakura's arrangement.

Now, only Chomei's chakra from Fu was left to collect.

After spending a couple of days with Pakura, Shishou set out for Takigakure to find the Seven-Tails Jinchuriki, Fu.

Upon arriving at Takigakure, Shishou noticed the village in chaos, with ninjas rushing around frantically. In the middle of the village, a figure with bright red hair was evading capture – it was Fu.

As Shishou wondered if Fu had gone berserk, her exasperated voice echoed through the village.

"You bastards, I'm going to Konoha! Don't try to stop me!"

"If you keep getting in my way, I'll start killing people!"
