Kurama's massive body crashed onto the water's surface, sending ripples across the vast, endless sea within Naruto's mindscape. The sheer force of the impact caused a towering wave to rise before it finally settled.

Lying on its back, its tails sprawled in all directions, Kurama groaned in frustration. The previously proud and menacing Nine-Tails was now scattered—four tails on one side, five on the other.

Namikaze Minato watched in stunned silence, swallowing hard as he stared at Naruto. The boy had not only learned the Flying Thunder God Technique, but he had also combined it with his own fighting style effortlessly.

More than that—Naruto's last move had been flawless. Mark, transform, execute. A perfect flow of combat.

Minato exhaled in amazement, momentarily forgetting the gravity of the situation. His son had completely disregarded the dangers of unsealing Kurama… but at this moment, all Minato could feel was pride.

Minato could only shake his head in disbelief. His son had progressed far beyond what he had imagined. He wasn't just surviving—he was dominating.

Stepping beside Naruto, Minato shouted, "Naruto! While Kurama is weakened, keep pulling! Take as much chakra as you can!"

Naruto gritted his teeth. "I know!"

Kurama slowly rose to its feet, its crimson eyes burning with rage.

Even in its weakened state, the beast refused to back down.

It sneered. "You think this is over, brat? You think you can just take my power without consequences?"

As Naruto continued pulling, Kurama began to retaliate—by flooding him with pure hatred.

The red and black malice leaked from Kurama's tail, spreading like poison along the blue chakra tendrils connecting them.

Like writhing snakes, the dark chakra slithered toward Naruto, latching onto his chakra construct and completely corrupting it.

Then, whispers began to echo inside Naruto's mind.

> "I hate them… I hate them all… Kill them!"

Naruto flinched, his mind suddenly overwhelmed by the venomous voices of Kurama's hatred.

His vision blurred, and in an instant, he was pulled into a twisted, nightmarish landscape.

A Glimpse into True Hatred

Naruto found himself back in his childhood, standing alone in the dimly lit streets of Konoha.

A group of villagers surrounded him. Their faces were blank, but their eyes were filled with resentment.

> "You shouldn't exist."

"Just disappear."

"You're a curse on this village."

They chanted, over and over again.

"Disappear. Disappear. Disappear."

The words drilled into Naruto's skull like nails, suffocating him.

He clutched his head, trembling. "Shut up… SHUT UP!"

Outside, Minato sensed the change immediately. Naruto's chakra was distorting, the orange markings of Sage Mode flickering unstably.

"Not good," Minato muttered, his face filled with worry. "Naruto, snap out of it!"

But Naruto was already sinking deeper into the nightmare.

Kurama grinned, watching as Naruto struggled against his own mind. "Pathetic. You'll never control my power."

Minato's expression darkened. If this continued, Naruto would be swallowed whole.

Just as the darkness threatened to consume him completely—

A voice rang out.

Soft. Gentle. Warm.

"No, Naruto… Stay here."

Naruto's eyes snapped open.

The nightmare shattered like glass, and in its place stood a woman.

She had long, flowing red hair and a gentle expression. A pair of hairpins kept her bangs in place, and she wore a green combat dress.

She smiled at him warmly. "Naruto."

Naruto's breath hitched. His entire body trembled.

His eyes flooded with tears.

"Kaa-chan..."

His voice broke.

Tears streamed down his face as he threw himself into her arms, sobbing uncontrollably.

Kushina blinked in surprise, then let out a soft chuckle. "Wow, you recognized me immediately?"

Naruto tightened his grip on her, burying his face in her shoulder.

Through choked sobs, he whispered, "Of course I did…"

Kushina wrapped her arms around him, stroking his back gently.

"Oh, my baby… you've been through so much, haven't you?"

Naruto could only nod. He didn't care about looking tough anymore.

For the first time in his life, he felt the embrace of his mother.

And he never wanted to let go.

Outside the Seal…

As the chakra storm calmed, Minato looked on in shock.

"What just happened…?"

Kurama snorted in frustration, clearly unhappy with the turn of events.

"Tch. Just my luck," he muttered.

Orochimaru, who had been monitoring Naruto from the outside world, finally sighed in relief. The chaotic black chakra that had consumed Naruto's body was now fading away.

"Heh… It looks like Naruto-kun has made some progress after all."

Even Konan, who had been watching cautiously, relaxed slightly.

"Is it over?" she asked.

Orochimaru shook his head. "Not yet. But… things are finally starting to move in the right direction."

For the first time since the battle had begun, a genuine smile crossed Orochimaru's lips.

Kushina continued stroking Naruto's hair as he wept against her.

She gently kissed his forehead, whispering:

"My baby boy… I'm so proud of you."

Naruto gripped her tighter, unwilling to let go.
