"Naruto! You're playing with fire!"

Kurama roared, its nine tails whipping through the air. The sheer force of the shockwave sent Naruto flying backward.

Orochimaru's stomach clenched.

"This is bad…"

"Konan," Orochimaru said grimly, "if Naruto reaches four tails, go upstairs and call Nagato immediately. We'll need all Six Paths of Pain here."

Konan saw the tension in Orochimaru's usually calm face. She nodded without hesitation.

Inside the Seal

Naruto, still airborne from the initial impact, barely had time to adjust before one of Kurama's massive tails swung toward him.

"Shit, Kurama! You—"

Before he could finish, a golden flash appeared beside him.

Buzz!

In an instant, Naruto vanished from his previous position.

A moment later, he reappeared several meters away—being held by none other than Namikaze Minato.

Kurama's crimson eyes burned with rage. Its claws dug into the ground as it let out a guttural growl.

"You… Fourth Hokage!"

Minato landed gracefully, his blue eyes filled with disbelief as he took in the scene. The massive sealed gate behind Kurama was completely open.

"This is impossible," he muttered, his brow furrowed. "I designed the Eight Trigrams Seal to trigger my appearance only if the eighth tail was unleashed. But now… the entire seal is gone!"

His mind raced. He had made every possible preparation to prevent Kurama from escaping. So how—?

Then he turned toward Naruto.

The boy stood there, completely unfazed, a smug grin on his face.

"Yeah, Dad," Naruto said cheerfully. "I opened the seal myself."

Minato's eyes widened. "You what?!"

Naruto grinned wider. "I did it on purpose. I had to."

"But how? Where did you even get the key—?"

"Oh, that?" Naruto shrugged. "I tricked Pervy Sage into giving it to me."

Minato blinked. Then blinked again.

For a moment, his expression was a mix of shock, horror, and a grudging sense of pride.

Kurama, however, was far from amused. The beast snarled, baring its enormous fangs.

"Fourth Hokage," it spat, "you worked so hard to seal me away… but in the end, your own son freed me in one go!"

The Nine-Tails' chakra flared violently, and its voice deepened with anticipation.

"Now watch… as I take over your son's consciousness and reclaim my freedom!"

A deafening roar shook the entire chamber.

Outside the Seal

Naruto's real body twitched violently. His chakra flared dangerously, forming three tails. A sinister red aura pulsed around him.

Minato's face darkened. "This is bad."

But Naruto only snorted. "Oh, please." He rolled his shoulders. "Kurama, you really underestimate me."

Kurama's fur bristled. "WHO are you calling ?! Don't be ridiculous!"

Naruto ignored the outburst and took a step forward.

Minato raised a hand. "Naruto, wait! Let me—"

"Sorry, Dad," Naruto cut him off with a grin. "This is my fight."

The moment he finished speaking, a familiar orange pigmentation appeared at the corners of his eyes.

Sage Mode – Activated.

Bang!

A massive shockwave burst through the chamber as Naruto summoned dozens of shadow clones.

Minato's jaw nearly dropped.

He's using Shadow Clones… in combination with Sage Mode?

Before he could even process it, Naruto's clones launched into action, forming huge Rasengans in their hands.

"Sage Art – Rasengan Barrage!"

A storm of massive Rasengans descended upon Kurama like a meteor shower.

Kurama reacted instantly. Its nine tails snapped forward, forming a shield to block the onslaught.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Each Rasengan slammed into the tails with devastating force. The sheer impact sent tremors through the entire chamber.

Minato was stunned.

Naruto wasn't just using Rasengan—he had evolved it.

His gaze flickered to the side, where two shadow clones were working on something else.

Not just Rasengan. He's refining its shape.

Minato swallowed. Naruto's improving techniques mid-battle?

Meanwhile, the battle raged on.

Kurama, now enraged, lashed out, swatting away the remaining clones with a single powerful tail swing.

The real Naruto, however, was already one step ahead.

He inhaled deeply and formed a spinning sphere of pure wind chakra.

"Alright, Kurama, let's see how you handle this!"

The Wind Release: Rasenshuriken roared to life in his palm.

Kurama narrowed its eyes.

"You dare challenge me?!"

The Nine-Tails lunged, its massive claws slashing toward Naruto.

Naruto vanished—only to reappear behind Kurama in a flash of golden light.

Minato gasped. "That's—!"

Naruto smirked.

"Didn't think I wouldn't learn the Flying Thunder God Technique, did you?"

Before Kurama could react, Naruto slammed the Rasenshuriken straight into its back.

BOOM!

A massive explosion of wind chakra engulfed the area. Kurama let out an agonized roar as it was sent crashing into the depths of the seal.

Outside

Naruto's real body tensed.

The overwhelming red chakra surrounding him suddenly retracted. The three tails shrank down to one, and the black corruption faded.

Orochimaru observed carefully.

Then he smirked.

"It seems," he murmured, "that Naruto-kun has made significant progress."

Konan exhaled in relief, though she remained on guard.

This battle… was far from over.
