Sasuke's Susanoo shattered instantly, and his entire body was sent flying with a thunderous crash.

"Sasuke!" Itachi was alarmed, and his red Susanoo lashed out at Kabuto furiously.

Kabuto flipped back and latched himself onto a stone pillar within the cave.

"Just you two brothers think you can defeat me?" Kabuto sneered, staring mockingly at the flustered Uchiha siblings.

Sasuke stood up amidst the rubble, tore off the upper part of his battle-worn outfit, exposing his well-defined eight-pack abs, and cracked his neck with a sharp twist.

Boom! He launched himself at Yakushi Kabuto!

"So fast!" Itachi narrowed his eyes. In a split second, Sasuke had appeared behind Kabuto and threw a vicious punch.

Itachi's Susanoo activated, and several Yasaka Magatama—shuriken-shaped energy projectiles—launched at Kabuto from another direction.

"Ha!" Kabuto roared, blocking Sasuke's punch with one hand while launching a chakra-infused shockwave from the other, disintegrating the incoming magatama shuriken.

Sasuke kicked again, forcing Kabuto back two steps. His toned muscles rippled as he launched another assault.

And then—the two engaged in a rapid, chaotic hand-to-hand combat!

"Ora ora ora ora!"

"Ora ora ora ora!"

Itachi stood aside, blankly watching. "…This art style feels off. Are we still in Naruto?"

"Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique!" Itachi exhaled a massive fireball aimed directly at Kabuto.

"Four Demon Fists!" Kabuto bellowed. Two additional arms sprouted from his back and rapidly formed hand seals.

"Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique!"

Itachi: "…" (expressionless)

"Amaterasu!" Itachi cried, summoning black flames that shot straight toward Kabuto.

The snake emerging from Kabuto's stomach morphed into Jirōbō, who slammed his fists together.

"Earth Style: Earth Shore Return!"

A massive earthen wall erupted in front of Itachi's Amaterasu, intercepting the black flames before they could reach Kabuto.

"I'm no longer a side character!" Kabuto screamed maniacally. "I've surpassed Orochimaru, Pain, even Uchiha Madara! So what if I was born ordinary? I'll just copy a genius's talent! Spider Nest Four!"

The snake before him instantly transformed into Kidōmaru, who spat a golden spider thread toward Itachi.

"Amaterasu!" Itachi countered again. The black flames engulfed the web instantly.

Bang! Sasuke and Kabuto collided again and leapt apart, panting.

"Kamehameha!" Both of them suddenly cupped their hands behind their backs in unison, a familiar glowing blue light surging forth!

"This time I win! Onii-chan!" Sasuke shouted with excitement.

Suddenly, Itachi's calm voice echoed from the side: "Izanami."

Kabuto froze.

Sasuke: "…"

The glowing chakra ball in his hands dissipated. He looked dejectedly at the now-trapped Kabuto, caught in an endless loop of Izanami.

"…My balls hurt," he muttered bitterly. "Can't you let me win just once?"

"Why did you use that technique to talk someone into redemption?" Sasuke asked, exasperated. "If he figures out his mistake, he can break the illusion, can't he?"

"It's nothing," Itachi replied softly. "He reminds me of myself. Now, let's manipulate him into releasing the Impure World Reincarnation."

"But… Nii-san, you…" Sasuke hesitated.

"I can protect the village once more… as Uchiha Itachi of the Hidden Leaf," Itachi said solemnly. "This time, I have no regrets. I didn't hurt anyone…"

He stepped forward and forced open Kabuto's eyelids. His Mangekyō Sharingan spun.

"Tsukuyomi."

"Tell Naruto," Itachi said gently, "I kept my promise. This is… my atonement… for the Uchiha clan."

Under Sasuke's solemn gaze, Itachi's body began to glow… and then dissolved into a pillar of light.

Tiga!! (cough—just lightening the mood.)

Elsewhere—On the Battlefield…

Uchiha Madara, who had just been sent flying by Naruto once again, was visibly furious.

"You're forcing me to use my full power!" he roared, unleashing a terrifying pressure that shoved Naruto's Senjū Kannon aside.

Madara's Susanoo formed a series of seals. At the same time, the Nine Tails stood up, now shrouded in a thick, purple chakra armor. In each claw, he wielded a massive blade.

"The only one who can defeat me is Senju Hashirama!" Madara bellowed. "Now witness my Complete Body — Susanoo!"

"It's enormous!" cried the shinobi of the Allied Forces below. "Is this… the legendary Madara Uchiha?!"

Naruto glanced sideways at the behemoth in front of him and sighed internally. "Hey Kurama, you've gone full mecha mode. You look like a samurai."

Kurama: "Shut up!"

Madara wasn't finished. "It's not over yet!" he roared again. The purple armor shifted, and a Tengu Mask appeared, covering the Nine Tails' face.

The monstrous Susanoo-armored Kyūbi stood proudly as Madara declared with a smirk: "I told you! Only Hashirama can stop me! But he's long gone!"

With a roar, Madara swung both blades. A colossal energy wave shot forth, slicing a distant mountain clean in two!

"That's all you've got?" Madara sneered, charging toward Naruto again.

"Hnnngh…" Naruto's cheeks puffed. "Kurama! Nine Tails Chakra Mode!"

"Damn brat. Why must you always use my chakra for everything?" Kurama growled, begrudgingly complying.

"Shut up!" Naruto snapped back. "Susanoo's cool, but your Chakra Cloak is way cooler! Get ready—I'm trying out a new jutsu!"

Kurama: …Why do I even try…? My house, my rules clearly mean nothing.

A golden-red aura flared around Naruto as his Kyūbi Cloak activated, resembling flowing imperial robes flapping in the wind.

Naruto spun around dramatically. "Tsk tsk~ still handsome as ever."

"Alright then!" he clasped his hands. "Time to let you taste my new ninjutsu!"

"What new jutsu?! Go to hell!" Madara roared, commanding the Susanoo-armored Nine Tails to bring its blade down.

Just then—a radiant golden light burst from below.

"Gaia!!!!" Naruto shouted.

A towering Ultraman Gaia manifested between Madara and the ground.

Madara: "…" (speechless)

"Photon Edge!" Naruto cried.

Ultraman Gaia raised his arms, gathering intense photon energy above his head. He squatted into a Zama stance, fists clenched beside his head. The condensed light transformed into a massive ribbon-shaped crimson blade.

With a dramatic rise, Gaia unleashed the Photon Edge directly at Madara's Susanoo!

Madara instinctively tilted his Susanoo slightly—just enough for the first slash to veer off.

Naruto and Madara both stared blankly at the missed shot.

"…Cough~ sorry," Naruto said, rubbing his head. "Missed a little."

Madara: "(╬ಠ益ಠ) Twelve dishes to your face!!"
