My Celestial Ascension

Chapter 654: Warning

"KYAAAAAAHHH!"

Teressa screamed in disbelief at the shocking scene before her as Elias crashed into the ground, creating a massive crater in the stadium floor. Dust billowed into the air, obscuring the view.

Everyone who witnessed the event was left dumbfounded, their minds struggling to process what had just occurred. It had all happened so quickly that no one had time to react.

Half of the stadium was engulfed in dust, and the impact sent shockwaves rippling through the arena. The sheer power of the event left the audience speechless—never before had they witnessed something so extraordinary.

"W-What just happened?! Did I just see someone hit the ground?!"

"I couldn't see anything… I just heard a loud bang, and then dust started flying everywhere!"

"I caught a glimpse! It looked like a person flying out of VIP room number 1 and crashing near the stage!"

"What?! A person? And from VIP room number 1?! That's unbelievable!"

Shocked whispers and murmurs filled the stadium as the audience tried to make sense of what had just transpired. Even the most prestigious spectators—Noble Families, Royalties, and members of the Ten Great Families—were in disbelief at the sudden and unexpected event.

Inside his VIP room, Ajex stared at the scene with a shocked expression, his pride in his strength momentarily eclipsed by the sheer speed of the incident.

"What is happening? It was so fast that I couldn't even see it clearly. But one thing is certain—whatever flew out of that VIP room is undoubtedly human," Ajex muttered, his voice tinged with astonishment.

His caretaker, equally stunned, turned to him. "To think that even you couldn't follow the speed of that person… This is truly unbelievable!"

"As shocking as it is, this is reality," Ajex replied with a small, incredulous smile. "The truth will be revealed once the dust settles."

'Whoever sent that person flying used only physical strength—I can't sense even a trace of mana in the air. This is… truly beyond belief!' Ajex pondered, his expression reflecting the profound thoughts swirling in his mind.

Elisha stared at the scene, her eyes wide with disbelief. She had witnessed her elder brother being thrown out of the VIP room at such an astonishing speed that even her gaze couldn't keep up.

Before she could process what was happening, Elias's body slammed into the ground with such force that one-third of the stadium was engulfed in dust.

'What just happened? Why would he hit my brother even after knowing we're from one of the Ten Great Families?' Elisha thought, her expression a mixture of disbelief and confusion. The situation was utterly incomprehensible to her.

She turned to Yuan, trembling as she met his gaze. The murderous look in his eyes made her entire body freeze, and she felt an overwhelming sense of dread that nearly made her lose control.

'What's with that look? Why is my body reacting like this? Why do I feel so much fear just from looking at him?' Elisha's panic grew as her body refused to stop trembling.

Summoning every ounce of courage she could muster, she spoke, her voice shaky yet firm. "W-Why did you do that? Do you even know the consequences of laying a hand on him? Your entire family will be in danger because of this! The Silver Family won't let you off for publicly humiliating its future heir like this!"

Yuan turned his head toward her, a cold grin spreading across his face as he let out a soft chuckle. "Consequences? Are you serious? Do you honestly think a mere mortal family can threaten us? How… unbelievable."

"Listen here, young lady," Anna Grace interjected, her voice cold and bone-chilling, sending shivers down Elisha's spine. "Don't you dare compare us to your family or any of the so-called Ten Great Families."

"You can preach about your family to others—they might fear your wealth and your so-called powerful mages," Lily added, her tone dripping with disdain as she sneered at Elisha. "But that nonsense doesn't work on us."

"And let's not forget," Anna Grace continued, her voice sharp and filled with contempt, "we didn't start this. It was your brother's fault. He should have known better than to provoke my darling. He brought this upon himself."

Anna Grace's words carried a deeper edge, fueled by her hatred of the Ten Great Families. Her past experiences with them had left scars she rarely shared, even with her children, Yuan and Lily. However, with her sister Aisha back in her life, the veil of silence had started to lift.

Yuan fixed Elisha with a piercing, serious gaze and said, "I suggest you leave this room immediately and never show your face to us again. If you do, I'll let your brother off with just a few broken bones as his punishment."

His cold smile widened as he added, "Or else… you already know what will happen. I hope you make the smart choice and don't risk your brother's life with a foolish decision."

Yuan's words, combined with his icy tone, sent chills down Elisha's spine, leaving her shuddering in fear.

"I-I understand…" Elisha stammered, nodding before she hurriedly left the room. Each step she took was weighed down with regret and anxiety, the nagging thought echoing in her mind: We shouldn't have come here in the first place.

Once Elisha exited, Yuan walked toward the balcony, his sharp gaze piercing through the settling dust. The stadium slowly came back into view, and the massive crater in the arena floor was now visible to everyone.

"I-Isn't that Young Master Elias from the Silver Family—one of the Ten Great Families?!"

The shout came from a stunned onlooker, and the crowd immediately turned their focus to the figure lying in the crater. Gasps and murmurs rippled through the audience as recognition dawned upon them.

"That's right! It's him! That's Young Master Elias from the Silver Family!" another person exclaimed, disbelief clear in their voice.

"How did he end up outside the VIP room number 1? What was he doing there?"

Curiosity swept through the crowd like wildfire. Whispers and shocked murmurs filled the atmosphere, growing louder with each passing second.

Even Teressa was left speechless, her expression frozen in shock as she stared at the future head of one of the Ten Great Families—someone she thought untouchable—being utterly defeated by whoever resided in VIP room number 1. The scene defied all her expectations.

Suddenly, all eyes turned upward as Yuan's figure appeared, hovering in midair as though he stood on an invisible platform, completely ignoring the constraints of gravity.

His cold, piercing eyes remained fixed on Elias, who was struggling to rise from the crater. The impact had shattered many of his bones, leaving him barely able to move. However, thanks to the healing potions in his possession, Elias began to recover quickly.

Under the potion's effects, many of his broken bones mended, and the excruciating pain that wracked his body subsided. Slowly, Elias emerged from the crater, his tattered clothes barely clinging to him.

"What… just happened?" he muttered in a dazed, disbelieving voice, clutching his throbbing head. "My head feels like it was hit by a hammer…"

As his blurred vision cleared, his eyes locked onto Yuan's figure hovering above him, exuding an oppressive aura. Yuan's gaze was cold, and his lips curled into a murderous grin.

"I hope you've learned your lesson about overstepping your boundaries," Yuan said, his voice sharp and commanding. "From now on, stay far away from me and my women. If you don't, I won't be this merciful next time."

With those words, Yuan released his cultivation power, and an overwhelming pressure enveloped the entire stadium. The suffocating aura pressed down on everyone present, leaving them gasping for air as if a mysterious force was crushing them.

"Know your place and never show your face before me again."

After delivering his warning, Yuan turned and flew back into his VIP room. The audience watched in stunned silence, their minds reeling from what they had just witnessed.

'That bastard! How dare he humiliate me like this in public?! I'll make sure you pay for this unforgivable sin!' Elias seethed inwardly, his gaze burning with hatred and shame as he endured the judgmental stares of the crowd.

Inside his VIP room, the Magic Knight Captain, Mr. Falcon, was in disbelief after witnessing the scene. His face twisted in fury as his anger boiled over, and just as he prepared to leave the room to teach the audacious young man a lesson, Elisha walked in.

"Young Lady! You're back! What happened out there? Tell me everything!" he demanded, his voice heavy with rage as his clenched fists trembled.

"I'll make that arrogant bastard pay for this humiliation!" Mr. Falcon roared, reaching for his sword, his eyes blazing with fury.

Elisha took a deep breath and slumped onto the sofa, her face pale and weary. She sighed deeply before responding, "There's nothing you can do about it, Mr. Falcon. He's… unbelievably strong."

His brows furrowed at her words, suspicion creeping into his voice. "Are you doubting my strength, Young Lady?"

"No, I'm not," Elisha replied firmly, meeting his gaze. "But it's the truth. Didn't you feel the pressure just now? Or are you saying you didn't notice anything at all?"

"Well, that's…" Mr. Falcon hesitated, struggling to find the words to answer her.

Elisha leaned forward, her tone sharp and probing. "Tell me honestly, Mr. Falcon. What did you feel a moment ago, when that overwhelming pressure filled the stadium? What did it feel like?"

Mr. Falcon's confidence faltered as he averted his gaze. After a brief silence, he muttered, "I… I felt as though I was about to… die."

His voice wavered, and his body trembled for a split second as the memory of that crushing dread resurfaced.
