Marvel: I am Jean's Apprentice.

Chapter forty two:

Steve Rodgers and Natasha was visiting Jean Grey while I left plates with sandwiches for them.

"Hi, is there someone there, it's me, Scott, we met five years ago." Said a voice from the screen.

"Is that Scott?" Replied Steve Rodgers.

"Is this a recording?" I said.

"It's from today." Replied Natasha before we headed to the door.

"Are you okay?" Said Steve Rodgers and Scott Lang ran his hand through his hair.

"Hey, have you ever studied quantum physics?" Replied Scott Lang.

"Just spill it out already." Said Jean Grey.

"Ok, listen, five years ago, before Thanos came, I was in a place called the quantum realm. The quantum realm is like a microscopic universe. To get in, you have to be incredibly small. Hope, she's my, my, that's it. She was supposed to get me out of there, and then Thanos showed up and I got trapped." Said Scott Lang.

"What a shame those five long years must have been." Replied Natasha.

"That's the thing, for me it was five hours, the rules in the quantum realm are not the same as here, everything here is unpredictable, is anyone going to eat that sandwich?" Said Scott Lang.

"Scott what are you talking about?" Replied Steve Rodgers.

"What I'm saying is that time works differently in the quantum realm, the problem is right now, there is no way to navigate in if, and if there was, I can't stop thinking about it." Said Scott Lang.

We then looked at each other confused, and if there was a way to enter the quantum realm,at a point of time, yes, like before Thanos the Mad Titan.

"You're talking about a time machine?" Replied Steve Rodgers.

"No, it's not a time machine, it's more like, like, yes it's a time machine. I know it's crazy, but I can't stop thinking about it, there has to be a way." Said Scott Lang.

"Scott, I got gifts from a raccoon, it's not crazy." I replied.

"So who do we talk to about this?" Said Scott Lang.

We then got into a car that was driven by Natasha, and Scott Lang was quiet, possibly nervous. And I was talking to Steve Rodgers along the way.

Upon arriving, Steve Rodgers thought about it several times and after looking at his friend's, he got out of the car along with Jean Grey, Pietro Maximoff and I.

"I'm not going to like this." I said to myself.

"You're going to say no, right?" Replied Jean Grey as she clearly heard me.

"Possibly." I said while looking at her and then looked at Steve Rodgers and Tony Stark.

Steve Rodgers sighed while looking at Tony Stark who shook his head while carrying Morgan, Tony Stark didn't want to leave his family, he didn't want to fail again.
