Chapter 1382: Origin Brawler Path
Rain considered the idea of going back to basics, understanding the importance of strengthening his core abilities. He reasoned that focusing on paths that provided substantial increases, such as those exceeding one hundred points in parameters, would offer the most efficient route to enhancing his overall strength.
This approach would allow him to build a solid foundation for his most advanced techniques, ensuring that he could face the challenges ahead with greater resilience and effectiveness.
"Well, let's start with the first technique and see if the overseer will let me do this," Rain thought. "I guess the path should be called Magic Fighter or something.'
You fulfilled the requirements to create a new path.
Origin Brawler Path: The Origin Brawler Path focuses on mastering the raw, primal, and interior energy coursing through one's body, channeling it into devastating physical prowess. This path empowers practitioners to tap into their innate strength and unleash it upon their foes.
However, mastering this path comes with its own set of challenges and risks, as practitioners must learn to control their innermost power. All parameters + 10.
Level 1: Rain - By combining your vital and spiritual energy, you can summon a special rain at any spot on your field of vision that will combine your magical and physical strength. The damage caused will be the same amount in damage as your strength and magic plus five percent per level. Cost: 10.000 mana and stamina per second.
"He changed the name…" Rain furrowed his eyebrows.
"I don't think so; something like a magic brawler probably already exists," Elisabetha said.
That makes sense… Rain couldn't help but think that Elisabetha had a fever or something since she was making too much sense. In any case, Rain decided to test his technique and soon confirmed its power… he could increase its scope, but the original scope at level one was an area of ten meters that increased by five meters with each level up.
At the same time, it made the area shake as the droplets of water created a hole that was dozens of meters deep.
"If I had developed this technique when I was kid, I could have received the title of one spell man or one technique man," Rain said.
Rain decided to work on his stamina by checking some skills and how he could improve them, and that led him to think about the aspect of energy… considering that Arel was looking after the prison, he couldn't help but assume that she was the machine god of that aspect… in essence, she should have infinite access to energy and she must be working to make the whole territory of the machine gods work as they wanted to.
"Come to think of it, she must be the one responsible by the first dragons being able to steal all the nutrients of the worlds they attacked," Rain thought. "Maybe not… that also could fall on the field of the matter aspect."
Obtaining any knowledge on that aspect would help Rain a lot since he always needed more mana. Capturing the first dragons was essentially useless, and since the foot soldiers on their sides were essentially giant robots, it wasn't a good idea to use them either… it wasn't even possible in the first place.
"The most suspicious aspect for them to be able to control is the spiritual one," Elisabetha said. "They aren't beings that once had spirits, so that didn't make any sense."
"True…" Rain said. "Anyway, I won't find all the answers that I need so soon, so I will focus on what I can do. It is the usual, I guess."
Ancient Stamina (Level 100) - Ancient Stamina instills unmatched endurance and resilience, enabling individuals to endure rigorous physical challenges and maintain peak performance for extended durations. Increases ten points of stamina per level.
Peak Endurance (Level 100) - Your physical fitness is at its peak, endowing you with boundless stamina, robust health, and an innate ability to adapt to extreme physical demands. + 10 endurance per level.
High Stamina (Level 100) - Enhances stamina reserves, increasing maximum stamina by 50 per level.
Weirdly enough, those were the only three skills that Rain had mastered that focused solely on increasing stamina. Thanks to that, he knew exactly the trick between learning and mastering them… one just had to push one's body beyond its limits. Still, Rain needed something much more efficient instead of just fifty points of stamina per level.
Even one thousand points seemed meager at this point in time.
"I don't think that I can obtain skills like Scholar Insight that works for stamina and health, it works in different ways, after all," Rain thought. "Still, there must be something that I can do to deal with this."
Rain tried to use his body for several hours with that problem in mind, but nothing happened… The only solution seemed to be to break their limits and keep leveling them up.
"If the system allowed that, I could try something like skill fusion, but I can't just empty a slot in the paths," Rain thought. "Fusing paths should be even harder... even if it is possible, it should take too much time."
Rain found himself at a loss for a solution to his stamina issue, spending the better part of a day considering over possible strategies. Feeling increasingly frustrated and with no breakthrough in sight, he turned to his companions for advice.
However, upon seeking them out, he discovered that they were fully immersed in their own training regimens, each focused intently on honing their skills and abilities for the challenges ahead.
As Rain observed their dedication, he realized that they were all preparing diligently for an upcoming meeting scheduled for the following day. With everyone deeply engrossed in their training, Rain understood that he would need to tackle his stamina dilemma on his own, at least for the time being.
Despite his frustration, he resolved to make the most of the situation and continue searching for a solution before the crucial meeting arrived.
