"Miss Cheng, will you leave without seeing the Madam?" The butler asked her.

"No, please tell Mrs. Xu that I had to leave." She said trying to go around him.

"Spend the day with me!" She said when she reached the stairs.

Cheng Xiao had decided now that she couldn't work in the jewelry industry, she might as well work elsewhere. She had made up her mind that no matter what she was not going to return to Xu Kai's company.

She bowed at Mrs. Xu and walked out.

"I thought that you would want a daughter in law from an affluent family." The butler asked.

"Her family is bad either, besides do you think that there is another woman out there that can Kai like her." She replied looking at the butler.

"It's too bad they are not getting along now, and she is already falling for her blind date. Do one thing check this man out, I want to see who is trying to take my daughter in law from me." She said seriously.

"Yes Madam." The butler bowed and went to do the work assigned to him.

The driver dropped Cheng Xiao outside her building and only left when he made sure that she entered the building.
