Shen Mu was preparing for her date with Hu Yitian. She was doing her make up when Cheng Xiao walked into the room, causing her to turn and ruin the eyeliner that she was busy applying.

"A warning maybe next time." Shen Mu said grabbing a tissue to wipe the mess.

"Warning as if you ever gave me any warning when you walked into the bathroom while i was still taking a shower." Cheng Xiao replied rolling her eyes.

"Don't roll your eyes at me." Shen Mu said grabbing a make-up brush to hit her with.

"Isn't this your third date?" Cheng Xiao asked.

"I think I like him." Shen Mu said with a blush.

"Well, there is nothing to not like about him. In that entire group of theirs he is the only normal one there." Cheng Xiao said assuring her.

Cheng Xiao's phone started to ring and when she saw the caller ID, she hesitated into picking it up.

"Mrs. Xu good evening." She said sweetly.

"Cheng Xiao what is this that I hear?" Mrs. Xu asked her.

"What did you hear Mrs. Xu?" Cheng Xiao asked back.

"About you quitting." She replied.

"It's a long story Mrs. Xu." Cheng Xiao replied.

"I have time, I'll send the driver to come and pick you up." She said and was about to hang up the phone.

"No Mrs. Xu it is really fine, you can send me the location and I'll drive to you." She rejected politely.

"Nonsense! I don't want you to drive in the night and it is dangerous for a girl to be alone in the night." Mrs. Xu and Cheng Xiao couldn't reject and agreed.

"Why is his mother calling you?" Shen Mu asked.

"I don't know, she said was asking me why I quit, and I didn't want to say hence why I said it is a long story, and she just said that she would send a driver to come and pick her up." Cheng Xiao replied with sigh.

"Shouldn't be getting ready as well or are you planning to stand there and watch me." Shen Mu shooing her to go and get ready.

"What will you do if you bump into him?" Shen Mu asked.

"He is hardly there." Cheng Xiao replied before leaving Shen Mu's room to go and ready on her own.

After thirty minutes both women were ready, and Hu Yitian sent her a message that he was downstairs. She received the message and smiled when she read it.

"The driver has arrived..."

"Hu Yitian is here..." They both said at the same time upon seeing each other.

"You look hot." Cheng Xiao told Shen Mu.

"And you look like a secretary." Shen Mu replied.

"Well thanks for adding salt to my wound." Cheng Xiao replied pushing her out the door.

"Okay enough with the pushing." Shen Mu said when she was out. Cheng Xiao locked the door.

They walked to the elevator and pressed the button to the ground floor. When they opened the to the outside, they hugged and went into their separate ways.
