-Haruka POV-

"Here we are." I said that as we arrived at our destination. It's a cat cafe. I looked at him, and he's clearly surprised, or should I say, his eyes are sparkling right now?

"So, this is where you wanted to go?" He asked me in his excited voice. He couldn't hide it anymore, I see.

"You're right. Let's go in." I said that and then entered the cafe, with Levi following me from behind.

"Good evening, Mr. Auclair. We've been waiting for you." One of the staff greeted us.

"Thank you. Please serve everything I've ordered earlier. After that, I would appreciate it if you could just stay at the counter and just let us enjoy our time here." I said that politely. I know it's not the right thing to ask, but our privacy is the priority here.

"Understood, sir. I'll have the staff prepare everything for you." After saying that, the staff left the room. I then look at Levi. He looks very excited, playing with the cats. 

"Haru-chan, look, it's a Maine Coon." Levi said that excitedly. He's trying to put the cat onto his lap. I walked towards him.

"I knew you would act like this. Figured this is a good spot after all." I said that while chuckling and then took my seat beside him.

"Did you actually choose this cafe because of the cats? Are you actually thinking about me when you're looking for this? You know how much I love them." He said that while giggling, and then he looked me in the eyes.

"Who said I was thinking about you? The reviews said the desserts here are good, that's the reason why. And since it's a cat cafe, I thought it would be better to bring you along since you like them that much." I replied, not even looking at him. Well, he's right. Part of it, he's the reason why I chose this place.

"Well, I figured you would say that, but I don't mind. Thank you for bringing me here. I love cats, but it's my first time coming to a cat cafe in my entire life." He said that with a smile. A sincere smile. Well, if I'm being honest, actually he's the whole reason why I chose this place. To see this bright sight of him. 

"Just enjoy yourself then. By the way, you can take off the mask and sunglasses. It's just us here for now." I said that to him while he's still trying to get the Maine Coon onto his lap. The cat is really big.

"Did you rent this whole place just for us?" He looks at me while smirking.

"That's because I don't want people to see us here. This cafe doesn't have any private room or what, so it's just normal for me to rent out the whole place for a while." I said that while glaring at him.

"Right. Of course you wouldn't just do that for us. You're more famous than me after all." He said that, but I know he's actually trying to make fun of me. He knows exactly what the real reason is.

"I'm sorry for disturbing you, sir. The meals you've ordered are here." Two of the staff came to put everything I've ordered on the table.

"Thank you." I said that while looking at them, and they're clearly shocked. I forgot that we already took off our masks.

"I already told this to your manager, but I'm telling you guys again. Please keep the fact that we came here private. If there's any news or rumours about us coming here, I'm going to report the cafe for violating our privacy." I said that firmly, and both of them looked a bit startled. Luckily, Levi did not notice that as he's busy playing with the cats.

"Understood, sir. But could we get a picture with the both of you later? Just for the gallery on our phone." One of them spoke politely.

"Sure. As long as you guys keep it a secret." I said that while sighing.

"Thank you, sir. Please let us know if you need anything. You can feed the cat with the treats also." She said that, pointing at the cat food on the table. So, it's called a treat. I look at the table. We have opera cake, eclairs, macarons, strudels, waffles with whipped cream and berries, clafoutis, croissants, hot chocolate, and earl grey tea. Wait, did I order too much?

"Levi, the desserts are here. Why don't you…. Argh!!!" I screamed in shock.

"Haru-chan, what happened?" Levi came at me in panic, and the same goes for the staff.

"No, it's just that the cat suddenly jumped onto my lap." I said that slowly. Seriously, this is so embarrassing.

"Pfft." I heard Levi trying to hold back his laughter.

"Are you actually laughing at me, Levi Ackerman?" I said that while glaring at him.

"You guys can go. Please leave us. I'll let you know if we need anything." I said that to the staff, and they just bowed before leaving.

"No, I didn't mean to. I thought something bad happened, but it turns out it's just the cat that jumped onto your lap. I'm sorry, okay." He said that, still laughing.

"Sure. Laugh to your heart's content and just keep playing with the cats." I said that, glaring at him, and then looked away.

"I'm sorry, okay? You should play with them too. Oh, we got treats here. Come, try feeding them the treats with me." He said that, grabbing my hand to sit down on the floor with him. He's a clean freak, but when it comes to animals, he doesn't really mind that.

"Levi, what about the food? The cats are going to grab them if I leave the table." I said that while looking at the table. My precious desserts.

"Don't worry. They're all good cats, they won't do that. Here, take this." Levi handed me one of the treats. He already opened it.

"Just press it and feed them." Levi said that, and I just did what he told me. The cats come towards me and lick the treat. They really are cute.

"They're so cute." I said that out loud without realising.

"I told you, they are." Levi said that with a smile and continued feeding the cats. Well, I think as long as he's happy, I didn't mind this. I looked at the table just to check, and I made the right choice to look. There's one cat trying to steal my precious dessert here.

"That's my dessert, you can't have that." I stopped the cat, and he or she just looked at me with those sparkling blue eyes. No, I won't fall for that.

"It's the ragdoll. Yes, I've been looking for you. You're so pretty." Levi said, holding the cat like he's holding a baby.

"She's trying to steal my waffles. You said they're all good cats." I said that while glaring at him.

"They're all good. I bet she's just trying to get your attention. Ragdolls are known to be more food-driven and curious, so they are attracted to food like whipping cream more. Just give her a taste of it." Levi said that and took a small portion of the cream with his index finger. The cat licks the cream.

"Levi, are you sure you can do that? Won't the cat get sick?" I look at him with a confused look, and he just smiles at me.

"A little bit of this won't make her sick, don't worry. I'm going to wash my hands. Maybe you should give her the treat if you don't want her to steal your waffles." He said that, putting the cat on the floor slowly, he went to wash his hands. The cat tried to lick the cream again, so I had no choice but to feed her the treat. So, this is the ragdoll. She sure is pretty for a cat."

"See. She's a good girl, right?" Levi suddenly spoke, and then he sat again to play with the cats.

"Well, I guess you're right. Levi, let's eat, shall we? Or are you going to play with the cats forever?" I said that with an annoyed face, and he just smiled at me.

"I'm sorry. It's just too many of them here. You can just eat first, or do you actually want to eat with me?" He said that with a playful smile.

"Ugh, forget it. Keep playing then." I said that, turning my head from looking at him. This jerk. I don't care anymore. I can just eat by myself.

"I'm just kidding, okay. Let's eat, and in the meantime I'll tell you all the cat breeds they have here." He said that, taking a seat in front of me. I didn't say anything, pretending to ignore him.

"The one who likes the cream is a ragdoll, and the same goes for the other two at the corner. They got three ragdolls. The big cat there is Maine Coon and that one is the Maine Coon kitten. That one is Siamese, that one is Balinese, and the other is Birman. Their coat colour may look alike from afar, but they are all different." He keeps telling me every one of them, and honestly, the last three cats don't show any difference, but how come they're from different breeds, and he really knows each of them?

"Those three cats just look the same in my eyes." I said that with an uninterested tone.

"They may look alike, but there's a way to differentiate them. You can differentiate Siamese from Balinese by looking at their hair coats. They both have blue eyes and large ears, but Balinese's coats are longer and flowy, just like Birman's. As for Birmans, they have semi-long-haired and silky coats, also, their eyes are deep blue compared to Siamese and Balinese. Okay, let's continue. Those two are British Shorthairs, beside them is a British Longhair. They got three types of Bengal, the one with the fur like a leopard. That one, I'm sure you know what breed they are, they're Persian. That one with those folded ears is called Scottish fold, those with the three-colour coat are calico, that one with long fur is a Siberian cat. Those with short legs are munchkin, they're really cute, haha." He keeps talking while I just keep eating all the dessert I've ordered. 

"Are you listening to what I said, Haruka?" Levi asked while looking at me.

"Yeah, I'm listening. Do you actually memorise all those cat breeds?" I asked him.

"Actually, I memorized most of the animal breeds." He said confidently. Tch.

"Wow, I'm impressed. Haha. Then, what about that one?" I said, pointing at the white cat with the long fur.

"That beauty is called Turkish angora. I really like their long white fur." Levi said that while admiring that cat. He said he likes ragdolls more.

"Ahem. I believe you're done with your cat breeds presentation. Why don't you eat now?" I said that, shoving his tea towards him. I bet it's cold already. That's because he's been playing with the cats ever since we arrived. Now, I can eat my desserts in peace with him for a while.

It's been two hours we're here, and honestly, I'm already bored. What about Levi? Of course he's still playing with the cats and taking photos of them. I bet he took pictures and videos of each of them. The picture of them sleeping, playing, eating, fighting, licking their fur, and even when the cats went to poop or pee. And to be honest, I took a few photos of him too without him realising it. I look at the time. It's 6:30 pm already, seriously. I walked towards him.

"Levi, don't you want to go back home?" I asked him softly. I know he's having fun, but it's already late, and I do have one more thing I want to show him. Levi looked at me and then looked at his watch.

"Oh my, I didn't realise it's already this late. Wait. Haru-chan, take a picture of me with this handsome boy." Levi said that while handing me his phone and then took the Maine Coon cat from the floor. One, two, three. I took a few photos of him.

"Wait. You should take one too. Here, take a picture with this beauty." He said that and gave me the ragdoll beauty.

"Smile, Haru-chan." He took a few pictures while smiling. He's really happy. I put the cat back on the floor once he's done.

"Let's go. There's one more thing I need to settle before we go back." I said that to him. 

"What is it? Are we going somewhere else?" He asked me in confusion.

"Just follow me." I replied, grabbing his arm to follow me.
