Fantasy Wolf Psychosis

Chapter 11: Chapter 10 Lonely search

With the help of Dr. Lin, Ethan finally recovered from the wild dream. He decided to go for a walk, get some air, try to relax himself. Walking along the familiar village paths, he found that the friendly villagers began to become cold and distant towards him.

Ethan noticed that some villagers whispered as he passed, while others simply avoided his gaze. He felt a pang of sadness, filled with loneliness and helplessness. He knew that all this was because of his recent abnormal behavior, and the villagers had begun to think of him as an ominous man.

Ethan walked to the entrance of the village and sat down on a large rock, quietly watching the distant landscape. His heart was filled with doubt and pain. Why were these dreams so real? Why did your mental state become so unstable?

He felt a wave of despair and knew he had to find answers in order to get his life back to normal. However, the indifference of the villagers made him feel even more isolated. He needed an opening, a way to solve all this mystery.

Ethan stood up and decided to look for Dr. Lin. He knew that only Dr. Lin could truly understand him, and maybe she could help him find a way to unravel it all. He stepped firmly toward Dr. Lin's lab, full of determination.

Dr. Lin was busy in his lab when he saw Ethan walk in. He stopped what he was doing and asked, "Ethan, how are you feeling?"

Ethan forced a smile, "I'm OK, I just feel a little lonely." The villagers began to feel suspicious and distant from me."

Dr. Lin sighed, knowing that Ethan was under a lot of stress and distress, "I know how you feel, Ethan. But you have to trust that we will find a way."

Ethan nodded, determination twinkling in his eyes. "Dr. Lin, I need your help. I want to enter the dream again, and maybe in that world, I can find a breakthrough to solve all this."

Dr. Lin frowned. "Ethan, this is dangerous. Your dreams have begun to affect reality, and I fear your mental state may deteriorate further."

"I knew it was dangerous," Ethan said firmly, "but I had no choice. I have to find answers or I can't go on like this."

Dr. Lin looked into Ethan's steely eyes and knew he had made up his mind. She sighed, went to the medicine cabinet, took out the sleeping pills, and said, "All right, Ethan. But you must promise me that whatever you encounter in your dreams, you must remain calm and try to control your emotions."

Ethan nodded and took the sleeping pill, "I will, Dr. Lin. Thank you."

Dr. Lin smiled. "I hope you find the answer you need, Ethan. We're all here for you."

Ethan gave Dr. Lin a grateful look, then swallowed sleeping pills, lay down on the bed in the lab, closed his eyes, and waited for the dream to come. He knows that this journey is full of unknowns and dangers, but he has no choice but to find the answer to it all.

As the sleeping pills began to take effect, Ethan felt a wave of sleepiness and began to lose consciousness. Before long, he was once again plunged into the mysterious and dangerous world of dreams. He knew that he had to find a breakthrough in this world and unlock the true cause of the nightmare.

In the dream, Ethan opens his eyes again and finds himself no longer in the forest, but trapped in a small stone chamber. He was surrounded by cold stone walls, and there was only an iron door through which the light could be seen. Ethan struggled to sit up, finding that his body was still bruised and unable to move.

"Leah! Ethan called out in a low voice, but got no response. His heart was filled with anxiety and worry for Leah's safety.

Ethan tried to remember when he and Leah had been chased through the forest by werewolves and dwarf warriors, when he had passed out, and now he had woken up to find himself locked up. He knew he had to get out as quickly as possible and find Leah.

He looked around, trying to find anything he could use. The stone room was almost empty, but he noticed a broken wooden stick on the ground. He crawled across, picked up the stick, and used it to pick open the lock of the iron door.

After some effort, the iron door creaked and was finally opened by him. Ethan carefully walked out of the stone room and found himself in an underground prison. The long corridor was lined with prison cells, and all was silent.

"I have to find an exit," Ethan whispered to himself, his heart full of determination.

He crept along the corridor, trying not to make any noise. After a few corners, he finally saw the stairs leading to the ground. He quickened his pace, leaning against the wall and stepping up the stairs, each step with pain and difficulty.

Upon reaching the surface, Ethan found himself in a dwarf stronghold. The interior of the fort was full of soldiers on patrol, and he knew he had to be careful to avoid detection. He hid in the shadows, scrutinizing the movement around him for an opportunity to escape.

Soon after, he noticed that a group of patrol soldiers had left their position, leaving a passage temporarily unguarded. Ethan took a deep breath and ran quickly toward the passage. His heart was beating so violently that he could hardly breathe.

"I have to succeed," Ethan said quietly to himself. He knew this might be his only chance to escape.

After a few minutes of intense running, Ethan finally broke through the walls of the fort and came to the edge of a dense forest. He felt a sense of relief, but his body was so exhausted that he could barely move on. He leaned against a big tree, breathing heavily and trying to calm himself.

"I've got to find Carl. I'm sure he can help me," Ethan whispered to himself.

He gritted his teeth, forced himself to his feet, and followed the remembered route to Carl's place. After a difficult trek, Ethan finally finds Carl's place. Carl saw Ethan's weakness and immediately stepped in to help him.

"Ethan, how could you do that?" Carl asked with concern, his eyes full of worry.

"I've been captured by the dwarves, and they've taken Leah," Ethan gasped. "I need your help, Carl. I must save her."

Carl's face turned serious and he nodded. "Take a break. I'll help you figure it out."

Ethan looked at Carl gratefully and knew he had found a reliable friend. After some simple treatment, Carl bandaged Ethan's wound and gave him some strength back.

"You'll need someone to save Leah," Carl said. "I suggest you go to the bar. There are a lot of adventurers and mercenaries there.

Ethan nodded, knowing Carl was right. Together they went to the village bar, which was a gathering place for all kinds of news, and a lot of adventurers and mercenaries.

The bar was dimly lit and the air smelled of tobacco and alcohol. Ethan and Carl walked into the bar and looked around for the right person. Suddenly, Ethan's eyes were caught by a figure sitting in a corner.

It was a plainly-dressed middle-aged man with a deep and piercing gaze and an air of serenity and power. Ethan felt a strange kinship, as if this man could understand his situation.

"Carl, who's that guy?" Ethan asked in a low voice, his eyes still fixed on the middle-aged man.

Carl followed Ethan's gaze and smiled. "He's a Druid, a powerful nature mage. I have heard that he has great strength and wisdom. Perhaps he can help you."

Ethan nodded and gathered his courage to walk over to the Druid, "Hello, my name is Ethan. I have a request, and I hope you can help me."

The Druid looked up, his eyes shining with warmth and understanding. "Sit down, young man. Tell me your story."

Ethan sat down and began to tell his story. From dreams to reality, to the betrayal of the werewolf tribe and Leah's arrest, he recounts them with anxiety and determination.

The Druid listened quietly, nodding every now and then to show understanding. When Ethan had finished, the Druid smiled. "Your story is very special, Ethan. You need help, and I'm willing to help you."

Ethan felt relief, and his eyes glistened with gratitude. "Thank you, Druid. You are my only hope now."

The Druid nodded. "We must make a careful plan. The Dwarves' stronghold is well defended, and we need men and wisdom to succeed."

They deliberated all night in the bar and worked out a detailed plan. The Druid uses his wits and magic to come up with many effective strategies, while Carl uses his experience and resources to find several adventurers willing to join in.

"We need to act quickly," said the Druid. "Time is running out. Every moment is precious."

Ethan nodded, full of determination. He knows that this operation will determine Leah's fate, and also his own future. He must go all out and overcome all difficulties.

Early the next morning, Ethan, the Druids, Carl, and several adventurers gather at the edge of the forest, ready to begin their operation. The Druid used his magic to conjure up a thick fog that covered their tracks.

"Stay close to me and make no noise," whispered the Druids, leading them toward the dwarves' stronghold.

They crept forward under the cover of thick fog, evading the patrolling dwarven warriors, and finally reached the outskirts of the fortress. The Druids used magic to soften part of the stone wall, making a small hole big enough for them to sneak in.

Once inside the fortress, Ethan led the group to separate operations as previously planned. He and the Druids are tasked with finding Leah, while Carl and the other adventurers are tasked with creating chaos and attracting the attention of the Dwarves.

"We must be careful," whispered the Druid, glancing around warily. "The Dwarves are very well defended, and we must not reveal our tracks."

Ethan nodded and followed the Druid's footsteps. They dodge the patrols of the Dwarven warriors and finally find the cell where Leah is being held.

"Here it is," Ethan whispered, his eyes shining with hope.

The Druid nodded and, with a quick act of magic, unlocked the cell door. Ethan rushed into the cell and saw Leah lying weak on the ground with a pang in her heart.

"Leah, we're coming to save you," Ethan whispered, lifting Leah up.

Leah opened her eyes and saw Ethan, tears glistening in her eyes. "Ethan, I knew you'd come."

The Druid used magic to heal Leah's wounds, giving her some strength back. "We must get out of here as soon as possible," said the Druid. "The chaos outside will not last long."

Ethan nodded, supported Leah, and followed the Druid quickly out of the cell. They moved quickly through the fort until they came to the exit. However, just as they were about to leave, a group of dwarf warriors suddenly appeared before them.

"Quick, come with me," whispered the Druid, quickly conjuring up a patch of vines to fend off the dwarven warriors.
