Shanks Pov 

Everything froze. The sheer Magic Power engulfed me. It was like a predator making his way towards me. 

Then I saw him. 

The same old man but this time he was here not as Precht Gaebolg, the second guild master of Fairy Tail but as Hades- The leader of Grimoire Heart. 

And he came here with purpose. 

"To think you were strong enough to defeat everyone here including Ur. I am sorry for severely underestimating you." 

He spoke with unreal calmness. It was so calm that it was frightening. Though he was calm I could clearly sense the underlying rage and killing intent in his voice. 

"Yeah. Why are you here?" 

I questioned him though I knew the reason. I wanted to catch a breath even if it was just for a second. 

"I know what you are trying to do but I will entertain you." 

Hades replied. 

"Hoh? You are this confident in yourself." I flared a bit of my conquerors Haki. Not too much but definitely not ignorable. 

...But he smirked in return. 

"Oh?" Hades scoffed. "Reminds me of my Treasure Hunter days running in with those Giants." 

He continued. "They called it Haki. Isn't it Haki?"

I nodded.

'He sure is knowledgeable.'

"You sure are knowledgeable." I said my thoughts out loud.

"I am." He said as a matter of fact. "So shall we start this little fight?"

'Is he overconfident or just confident?'

"Oh! I am just confident." He told me like he could read my thoughts.

At this time I remembered a certain quote.

'Fear the old people in a profession where most die young.'

'How should I approach this.' I thought and then an idea hit my mind.

"Second Guild Master-" I grabbed his attention. "Do you know about-"

I dashed with my full speed. Conquerors Haki flared out of my body. Armament covered my arms and my sword and my Magic too materialized.

[Divine Departure]

I swung my sword at full strength. I could sense and feel the tower itself crumbling and

BOOM

The attack landed-No It even went past him. The tower started crumbling and everything was in smokes.

'Shit. What about the survivors?'

And just then-

I sensed another presence waking up. The Magic Power coming from was not much, but it too soon started eclipsing everything. I could sense a familiar presence emitting from him. 

Fairy Tail's Mark?

It was Rob. 

Even among the smoke and rubble he looked like he saw me and yelled. 

"Don't worry about others. I will take care of them. Defeat the enemy." 

He yelled among the smokes and rubble.

"But your Magic Power-"

"Shut up." He yelled again. His voice full of conviction and I nodded. He would do it!

So I focused on the enemy. The sheer force of my attack had thrown him outside the crumbling Tower of Heaven. 

I rushed looking at the huge hole in the middle of the Tower. I could see the beautiful sky and flying in that sky was Hades staring menacingly at me. 

Blood gushing out of the huge slash from his chest which all seemed to be slowly being covered up from strings. 

And now I realized. I had awoken a beast.
