Complete hypnosis: What's the difference between the first?

My Tsukuyomi is quite different from Itachi's; the reason why magic consumption is high is because I'm using a combination of my magic.

First is space magic; I created a space where I can freely isolate someone. Second is time, and additional magic using time, I added a characteristic of it on the perception of Kyoka Suigetsu.

Basically, I can slow down their perception, and with hypnosis, they will likely think time is slowing down.

Third is purely additional magic and Kyoka Suigetsu, sense of touch. Touch is similar to feeling something; what I did is simply decrease their pain tolerance; I adjust it at will.

When they slow down, I increase my speed. To summarize it, my Tsukuyomi is purely an illusion inside my space; of course, the reason why it's visible and magic consumption is high is also because I wanted others to witness it; otherwise, no one will know how badass it was.

In Naruto, Kurenai underestimated Itachi because she didn't know he was an expert at genjutsu and didn't suffer from Tsukuyomi unlike Kakashi. She learned her lesson the hard way.

Anyway, in just 3 stabs, he eventually gave in and confessed that they were just starting and not part of any major dark guilds. So I killed him instantly and released the prisoners.
