As time passed, Heaven became peaceful and beautiful again, just like it was before. God—or Roger—sat on His throne, watching everything.

In Hell, Lucifer was still unconscious, lying silently. God turned His gaze to the underworld, where the fallen angels and jinns sat in sorrow. Many of them were crying and saying, "Father, forgive us. What have we become?"

Samael and Azazel stood before them. Samael spoke to the jinns, while Azazel spoke to the fallen angels. Their words were strong and filled them withhope.

"This is your chance to change," Samael said.

"Don't waste this opportunity," Azazel added as they finished.

Hearing this, the jinns and fallen angels felt motivated. They wiped their tears and decided to improve themselves.

God then looked at Earth and saw Lilith wandering aimlessly. Her eyes looked empty, and she had no emotion on her face. This made God sigh deeply. He then saw that lilith slowly became good friend with Gaia, the spirit of Earth, whom he said to merge with Earth of DxD.

"It's time to create life in the second cardinal world," God said.

"Of course, dear," Elizabeth's soft voice replied from within God's soul.

God smiled. "Samael, where are you? Stop bothering your siblings and come to the seventh Heaven," He called out.

Far away, Samael was teasing his younger siblings, making them laugh while they begged him to stop.

God shook His head. "That boy… He's always causing trouble," He said with a sigh.

Elizabeth giggled. "He's your son, after all," she teased.

God's glowing form lit up with a faint blush. He pouted slightly, which was rare for someone so powerful.

He knew his son, Samael, was usually serious and mature, a leader who could handle even the most difficult tasks. But when it came to his siblings, Samael transformed into a playful, childlike version of himself.

"Why does he act like this only with them?" God—or Rager—thought, a faint smile appearing on His face.

Elizabeth chuckled from within His soul. "Because he loves them, dear," she said gently.

God nodded. "I suppose you're right. Still, sometimes I wonder if he'll ever outgrow this."

"He doesn't need to," Elizabeth replied. "Let him have this joy. Even you, the Almighty, have your playful moments."

God blushed lightly again, remembering how Samael's laughter filled the Heavens when he was with his siblings. Despite his teasing, Samael's love for his brothers and sisters was unmatched. It reminded God of the balance in His creation—strength paired with kindness, and seriousness paired with moments of pure joy.

"Fine," God said softly, watching Samael from afar as he pretended to wrestle with his youngest brother. "Let him enjoy this. I'll call him when he's ready."

Elizabeth smiled warmly. "You're a softie, you know."

God pouted again, His glowing form shimmering brighter for a moment. "You're impossible," He said, but there was laughter in His voice.

"You Know Elizabeth, you always know how to tease me," He said, smiling softly as His divine light spread warmth across the Heavens.

Samuel paused mid-laugh as he tickling ranidel one of his little sibling with .Rumeil,Hamael,Trigel and,Jirel suddenly as he heard God's voice in his head. "Father, what happened?" he asked telepathically, curiosity sparking in his tone.

"Come to the Seventh Heaven. Quickly," God—or Roger—replied firmly but warmly.

"Okay, Father, I'm coming," Samuel responded, then turned to his siblings.

"Samuel, do you have to go?" one of them asked, their eyes wide with disappointment.

Samuel smiled lovingly at them. "Yes, I have to. You know Father called me. But don't worry, we'll play more when I come back."

"Promise?" they asked in unison, their innocent faces lighting up.

"Promise," Samuel said, ruffling their hair. His siblings grinned, waving as he disappeared in a flash of light.

In the Seventh Heaven, Samuel stood before God, his curiosity evident. "Father, why did you call me?" he asked.

"My child, come closer," God said, motioning for him to approach. Samuel obeyed, his expression serious now.

"I want to create," God began. "You remember, I gave you the permission to create Human based to Helel and other fallen angels and jinn's point of view on freedom in the Cardinal World, didn't I?"

"Yes, Father, you did," Samuel said, nodding.

"Well, the time has come," God said with a smile.

"Really?" Samuel's excitement was evident. "Okay, let's go, Father!"

God opened a glowing portal, and the two stepped through it, arriving in the Cardinal World. As they arrived, the atmosphere shifted. The energy of creation swirled around them.

But they weren't alone.

as God or Roger took his Veldanava form

Sensing God's presence, the Primordial Demons—Guy Morningstar , Dino Morningstar , Rain Morningstar , and Ultima Morningstar —appeared. Dino looked as sleepy as ever, but his eyes widened slightly in surprise.

"Father, why are you here?" Guy asked, his crimson eyes narrowing slightly.

"I'm here to create new races," God replied simply, His divine aura calming yet commanding.

Before Guy could say anything else, Ultima's sharp eyes darted to Samuel. "Big brother," she muttered, awkwardly looking away.

Guy, on the other hand, tensed visibly, a faint blush creeping across his face. He still hadn't forgotten the last time Samuel was here.

"Hello, Guy," Samuel said with a sly grin.

Guy shuddered, recalling how Samuel had turned him into a baby and tried to pull him onto his lap and pinch his cheeks the last time they met. The memory was so vivid, he could still feel the teasing laughter echoing in his ears.

"I... I'll just stay out of your way," Guy said quickly, stepping back.

Samuel chuckled. "Relax, Guy. I'm here for work this time."

"Let's hope so," Guy muttered under his breath, still wary of Samuel's mischievous streak.

God sighed lightly but smiled. "Now,Now wait for Velzard and little Velgrynd to appear ."
