As the scene settled, only Michael and Samael remained with God.

The once solid ground began to fade, replaced by clouds. The throne shimmered, becoming as it was before judgment began. The 7th heaven was returning to its original peaceful state.

God looked at his two children with warmth. "Now, my children, what is it you wish to ask?" His voice carried patience, though he already knew their thoughts and what they want to say.

Samael hesitated for a moment, then spoke. "Father, isn't it too cruel to send Helel—Lucifer—to hell? Doesn't he deserve a second chance?"

Michael nodded, his expression serious. "Yes, Father. Can't he be given another chance to change?"

God's lips curled into a small, knowing smile. "Indeed, my children, he deserves a second chance. And I have given it to him."

This caught both Samael and Michael off guard. "What do you mean, Father?" Samael asked, curiosity lighting up his golden eyes.

"Do you recall Omniversal Layer 91? Look there and observe Thor," God said simply.

Without hesitation, the two used their omniscience to peer into the said layer. They saw Thor, a proud and reckless god, banished by his father Odin. Thor had his powers sealed and was sent to Earth to learn humility, humanity, and the true value of his strength.

As they watched, the realization dawned on them. Samael was the first to speak. "So… you're doing the same for Halal? You want him to learn kindness, humility, and the virtues he abandoned?"

"Exactly," God said with a gentle nod.

Michael smiled for the first time in a while, his tension easing. "Then there's hope for him. Our brother can change. He can become something better."

"That is my wish," God said, his voice filled with warmth and certainty.

Turning to Samael, God added, "But I have another task for you, my son."

Samael tilted his head, surprised. "A task for me? What is it, Father?"

"I want you to create humans."

"Humans?!" Samael exclaimed, eyes wide in disbelief. "Father, you already created Adam. Isn't he a human?"

"Yes," God said with a small laugh, "but I want you to create humans in the Tensura World—the Second Cardinal World. These humans will reflect Halal's belief in freedom. They will embody what he values most: the ability to choose their path."

Samael blinked, absorbing the weight of the task. "On the basis of Halal's idea of freedom… I see. Yes, Father, it will be done," he said with determination.

God smiled, pleased. "Good. Now, let's go. Your sister will soon be born."

"A new sister?" Samael asked, his eyes lighting up with excitement.

"Yes," God said, as a radiant glow filled the heavens. "A new True Dragon will come into existence."

Samael beamed, his earlier doubts and concerns forgotten. "I can't wait to meet her!"

God chuckled, watching his children with pride.
