Dimensional Kaguya Ōtsutsuki

Chapter 539: Extended Mission

As soon as Kaguya removed the towel from Natsumi's mouth, she leaned her head forward, opening her small mouth to reveal sharp white teeth, and lunged like lightning at Kaguya's hand in an attempt to bite.

"Crunch!"

Fortunately, Kaguya pulled her hand back just in time, narrowly avoiding her little tiger-like fangs. Despite her small mouth and teeth, there was no doubt she wouldn't hold back if she managed to land a bite.

"I can't believe you're this kind of person," Natsumi huffed angrily, her face flushed with rage as she glared at Kaguya.

"Well…" Kaguya scratched her head awkwardly. "I actually have my reasons for doing this."

"Reasons?" Natsumi sneered coldly. "That's just an excuse."

"This whole situation is a bit complicated. Even if I explained everything to you, I doubt you'd believe me," Kaguya replied with a shrug. "So, all I can say is… sorry. You'll just have to bear with this for now."

"So, your so-called kindness was all fake, huh?" Natsumi retorted with a bitter laugh. "And to think they all trusted you. Looking back, it's laughable how foolish we were to believe in someone like you—a despicable hypocrite."

"Hey, food is one thing, but words? Those need to be chosen carefully." Kaguya wiggled her finger in admonishment. "I may not be a saint, but I'm not completely without principles."

"Principles?" Natsumi mocked, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "You have the audacity to speak of principles? I must've been blind to think you were a decent person."

"Thanks for saying that," Kaguya quipped inwardly. "A 'decent person' isn't exactly a compliment, especially in a situation like this."

But to Natsumi, Kaguya's response seemed like blatant provocation, making her even angrier. Her prominent chest heaved with her ragged breathing, and her cheeks burned red with fury.

"Fine," Natsumi snapped, turning her head away indignantly. "If you're going to kill me, just get it over with. I made a mistake in trusting you. I can't undo that now."

"Actually…" Kaguya paused thoughtfully before continuing, "I really don't want to treat you this way. I consider you family and have no desire to hurt you."

"Hypocrite," Natsumi spat, her lips curling into a sneer. "You keep claiming you don't want to hurt me, yet you're doing something so monstrous. Do you think you can fool me with your lies? You're nothing but a two-faced bastard."

"I'm sorry that's how you feel." Kaguya stepped closer, her expression solemn. "But there are so many people depending on me. I can't just let myself die, so I have no choice but to do this."

"Choice?" Natsumi scoffed. "You try to justify killing someone by calling it 'no choice'? You, the so-called strongest Spirit, are nothing but a sham."

"Killing someone?" Kaguya's eyes widened in surprise. "Who said anything about killing you?"

"Hmph, such hypocrisy," Natsumi said, her tone icy. "Didn't you just say you were going to 'consume' me? Now you're trying to backpedal? Do you think I'm stupid enough to fall for this?"

"Consume you?" Kaguya blinked in confusion before suddenly realizing the misunderstanding. A wave of laughter erupted from her, loud and uncontrollable. She laughed so hard that she nearly doubled over, clutching her stomach as tears welled up in her eyes.

"Hahaha, oh, this is too good!"

"What—what's so funny?!" Natsumi demanded, her face flushing even brighter. She seemed utterly humiliated by Kaguya's mirth. "Go ahead, kill me if that's what you want. What's so amusing about it?!"

It took Kaguya a moment to compose herself. Wiping the corners of her eyes, she smiled apologetically. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to mock you. It's just… this is so ridiculous."

"You're an ass!" Natsumi bit her lip, her emerald-green eyes practically blazing with rage.

Kaguya waved her hands in appeasement. "Relax, I think Kurumi wasn't clear in her explanation. What she meant by 'consume' wasn't about killing you. Please don't misunderstand."

Natsumi froze for a moment before giving her a skeptical look. "Do you think saying that will fool me?"

"I'm being completely honest here," Kaguya assured her. "I'm not about to kill you or anything like that. I mean, who even eats people? And honestly, you don't exactly look like you'd be tasty."

But as Kaguya's eyes roamed over Natsumi's figure, she realized her words felt a bit disingenuous. Before her transformation, Natsumi was indeed scrawny, lacking even the faintest curves of womanhood. She was flat as a board both in front and behind, her figure reminiscent of a young girl rather than a budding young lady. In that sense, Kaguya's comment was spot-on.

However, post-transformation was an entirely different story. Natsumi's figure was now exquisitely curvaceous. Her chest alone—the perfectly rounded and full mounds—far exceeded the "two ounces" Kaguya had joked about, resembling inverted jade bowls in their shape and perfection.

"Who says I wouldn't be tasty? I…" Natsumi blurted out before abruptly stopping herself. Realizing the absurdity of debating her 'edibility,' she quickly redirected. "W-what exactly do you want from me?"

Hearing that Kaguya didn't actually intend to kill her, Natsumi's tone softened, though traces of her earlier defiance lingered.

"Relax," Kaguya said, her smile broadening. "This won't be hard for you, and it definitely won't hurt you. Just a small favor, really."

"You're sure it won't hurt?" Natsumi furrowed her brows, still wary.

"Of course not," Kaguya said before hesitating. "Well… okay, it might sting a little—just like a mosquito bite. After that, it won't hurt anymore."

"Really?" Natsumi asked, her skepticism evident. "You're not lying to me?"

"Not at all!" Kaguya patted her chest in mock seriousness. "I swear on my reputation."

"You have a reputation to swear on?" Natsumi asked with open disdain.

"Absolutely," Kaguya replied with a cheeky grin. "Since you're not objecting, I'll take that as consent."

"Wait!" Natsumi interrupted. "You still haven't told me what you're planning to do!"

"It's really simple. Every woman goes through something like this eventually. It's nothing to be embarrassed about," Kaguya said, her voice teasing as she leaned closer. Her breath warm against Natsumi's ear, she whispered a few words.

Natsumi's face turned bright red.

"This... this is impossible!" Natsumi's delicate and charming face flushed bright red as she edged backward slightly, stammering, "D-don't joke about this!"

"It's really not a big deal; you'll get used to it," Kaguya said with a wolfish grin, her expression akin to a predator cornering prey. She bared her teeth in a smile and added, "Besides, haven't you seen it before?"

Natsumi's expression froze.

At Kaguya's prompting, the scene she had witnessed outside Kaguya's bedroom door suddenly replayed vividly in her mind.

It was a memory she had no desire to revisit—a humiliating experience, one that she wished she could erase entirely.

Moreover, the aftermath had been an even bigger fiasco. Naïve and inexperienced, Natsumi had initially believed the scene she saw was some form of cruel torture Kaguya was inflicting upon others, an act of pure sadism. She had tried vehemently to stop it and had harbored deep resentment toward Kaguya afterward, vowing to overthrow her so-called tyrannical "reign."

However, after searching for information online later, she discovered that it was nothing of the sort. Such things were entirely normal for humans; there was no element of persecution involved at all. It was purely her own imagination running wild. Thinking back on the misunderstanding, coupled with her reaction back then, only made her more mortified.

But that wasn't even the most crucial part.

What truly mattered was that while spying on the scene from outside the bedroom door, Natsumi's body had begun to respond in ways she couldn't understand.

Back then, uninitiated as she was, she had no clue what that sudden, unfamiliar sensation was all about. She only felt a burning heat coursing through her, a restless discomfort as if driven by an inexplicable longing. Yet, as clueless as she was in this area, she had no idea how to deal with it.

Still, her instincts had taken over and urged her to use her fingers—

That wasn't the worst part either.

The worst part was that she had been caught by Kaguya.

It was utterly humiliating. If asked what the most embarrassing moment of her life was, it would undoubtedly be that instance. If there had been a hole in the ground to crawl into, she would have leapt into it without hesitation.

"No, no, no!" Natsumi shook her head vigorously, like a rattle drum, and shouted in mortified anger, "How could I possibly do something like that?!"

"Don't worry, it won't hurt," Kaguya said in a coaxing tone, like a devil tempting an angel. "And once it's done, I'll immediately set you free. Then, you can go wherever you want."

"No way!" Natsumi bellowed angrily. "I already said no, and I mean it!"

"It seems our negotiations have failed," Kaguya sighed, shaking her head. "Honestly, I didn't want to treat you like this either. Doing so doesn't make me happy; it's not what I intended."

Indeed, Kaguya was the type to prefer genuine emotional connection over brute force. For her, love built on mutual affection and understanding was far more meaningful. Forceful methods, while potentially thrilling in the moment, quickly lost their appeal and became as dull as hiring a courtesan.

Especially if the other party froze up like a lifeless doll, devoid of emotion—how utterly boring.

Don't even ask how she came to know this.

"This isn't your intention?" Natsumi blinked in surprise and hurriedly said, "If you're not willing either, then let me go! I'll be endlessly grateful for your mercy." Her face was filled with hopeful anticipation.

"No," Kaguya refused firmly. She turned around and added, "Even though it's not my preference, some things must be done. This concerns not only my fate but also the fate of everyone connected to me."

"Fate?" Natsumi was utterly bewildered by Kaguya's cryptic words.

"That's right. For certain reasons, I have no choice but to go through with this," Kaguya said, turning back to meet her gaze, her eyes filled with determination. "Since you refuse to cooperate, I have no other option. I'm sorry."

"Y-you, don't come any closer! Stay back!"

Seeing Kaguya advancing step by step, Natsumi felt an unprecedented sense of threat, as if she were a rabbit caught in the sights of a wolf. Terror gripped her.

"If you come any closer, I'll scream for help!" Natsumi threatened, her voice trembling.

"There's no one here to hear you. Everyone else has left," Kaguya replied impassively.

"D-don't... please don't..." Natsumi's eyes welled up with tears as she begged, her voice cracking.

However, Kaguya ignored her pleas. Grabbing Natsumi's collar, she gave it a swift pull. With a ripping sound, the fabric tore apart, and the bonds holding Natsumi were also torn, scattering onto the floor.

Realizing her chance, Natsumi leapt off the bed and bolted toward the door.

But before she could take more than a few steps, Kaguya's hand clamped firmly around her wrist. A powerful force yanked her back, pulling her into Kaguya's embrace. Warm breath tickled her ear as Kaguya whispered, "Be my bride."

"B-bride?"

Natsumi's delicate, blushing face turned crimson as she stammered, "T-this is impossible! Let me go!"

"What a tsundere girl. Looks like you need some proper punishment," Kaguya teased, her lips curling into a playful smile.

With a swift motion, she grabbed one of Natsumi's small, delicate feet. Feeling its softness in her hand, she couldn't resist tracing her fingers across the arch.

"Ah! Stop, stop it, hahaha!"

Natsumi burst into laughter, squirming and twisting in an attempt to reclaim her foot. But Kaguya simply waved her hand, conjuring an invisible force that bound Natsumi tightly like ropes.

The ethereal bonds, though not overly tight, were incredibly resilient. No matter how much Natsumi struggled, she couldn't escape.

Her petite feet were extraordinarily delicate, faint blue veins visible beneath the delicate skin. Ten pearlescent toes gleamed, their adorable twitching exuding a charm hard to resist.

Kaguya finally understood what the term "jade-like beauty" truly meant, and why some people developed an infatuation with feet.

Although Natsumi might not be the most beautiful woman Kaguya had ever seen, her feet were unquestionably the most exquisite Kaguya had encountered—so much so that she couldn't resist the urge to explore them thoroughly.

Gradually, the "punishment" turned into something else entirely. Kaguya's touches became gentle caresses—tracing the slender contours of Natsumi's bones, squeezing the soft pads of her toes, or teasingly tickling the soles.

Natsumi, feeling something amiss, pursed her lips as her face flushed even deeper. Her wide, misty eyes sparkled with an indescribable emotion.

Eventually, unable to restrain herself any longer, Kaguya grabbed both of Natsumi's wrists and pinned her down. Natsumi lay beneath her, bare and trembling, her gaze dreamy and unfocused.

***

"Wake up! Still not getting up?"

A playful yet slightly impatient voice reached Kaguya's ears. Still half-asleep, she turned over lazily and mumbled, "Just let me sleep a little longer."

"Get up now, or they'll be awake soon!"

The gentle yet urgent voice belonged to a small figure who was standing beside the bed, nudging the sleeping Kaguya repeatedly.

"They're back? Alright, alright, I'll make breakfast in a bit," Kaguya mumbled groggily, her words slurred as she shifted to a more comfortable position.

"If you don't get up, I'll hit you!"

"Come on, get up now! …Fine, if that's how you want it."

The petite figure suddenly leapt high into the air and extended her legs, landing squarely on Kaguya's stomach with a thud.

"Ahh!"

Caught off guard, Kaguya's eyes snapped open, and she nearly spat out the saliva she had been swallowing in her sleep.

A few minutes later.

"Hey, are you trying to murder me?" Kaguya yawned and rubbed her bleary eyes, glaring at the culprit standing beside her.

And yes, the culprit was none other than Natsumi.

"It's your fault for not getting up," Natsumi huffed, her nose wrinkling in defiance. Then, as if remembering something, she urgently added, "Hurry up! If you don't get up now, they'll wake up soon."

By "they," she was naturally referring to Yatogami Tohka, Origami Tobiichi, and the others.

"Fine, fine," Kaguya replied, rubbing her tired eyes as she sat up reluctantly. "But if you hadn't—"

Before she could finish her sentence, Natsumi, clearly flustered, clamped her small hand over Kaguya's mouth. "Don't mention last night! Understand?"

"Mmph… mmph…"

"Got it? Say something!"

Kaguya pried Natsumi's hand away with a slightly irritated expression. "How am I supposed to answer when you're covering my mouth?"

"Just don't let them know what happened last night!" Natsumi's delicate face was tinged with red, and she glared at Kaguya "fiercely." "Otherwise, I'll kill you. Got it?"

"Yeah, yeah, I got it," Kaguya replied impatiently. "You've repeated that a million times."

After what had happened the previous night, Kaguya had expected Natsumi to either declare open war on her or storm off to never return. Yet, Natsumi's reaction had been unexpected. She didn't seem as bitter and resentful as before. Instead, she appeared noticeably more relaxed, as if a heavy weight had been lifted from her heart.

Even though she still acted "fiercely" toward Kaguya, the lively energy she exuded made her seem like a completely different person.

The only condition Natsumi had set was that Kaguya must never tell anyone about what had happened the night before. No exceptions. It was a surprise to Kaguya that Natsumi, despite her usual bluster and pride, had such an unusually thin skin when it came to matters like these.

Realizing that sleeping in was no longer an option, Kaguya finally got up. After washing up and brushing her teeth, she headed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for the lazy girls who were still fast asleep.

As she passed through the living room, she caught a glimpse of Natsumi's petite figure brushing her teeth in the bathroom. Watching her, Kaguya couldn't help but feel a twinge of regret. If only Natsumi could maintain the same demeanor she had shown last night, everything would be perfect.

Her youthful and innocent appearance was undeniably adorable, sparking an urge to tease her mercilessly. But Kaguya couldn't deny that there was a certain allure to variety.

Especially when Natsumi was in her mature form—her elegant feet, her perfect curves, her striking beauty. By those standards, she was every bit as captivating as any other beauty Kaguya had ever met.

Seeming to sense Kaguya's gaze, Natsumi turned her head, shooting her a "fierce" glare before letting out a huff and turning back to her reflection in the mirror.

Kaguya chuckled softly to herself and didn't press further. Donning an apron, she stepped into the kitchen.

Despite Natsumi's outward tsundere nature, Kaguya had discovered that deep down, she was quite submissive—one of those "says no, but means yes" types. Especially in bed, her expressions were downright intoxicating, leaving Kaguya's heart itching with desire.

Just then, the familiar voice of the system rang in Kaguya's mind.

[Warning! Warning! Your remaining time is running low. You now have 2 days, 16 hours, 36 minutes, and 58 seconds left. Please complete the mission as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in severe penalties.]

Kaguya frowned, her tone irritated. "Cut the theatrics. I know it's you."

"Ahaha…" The system's loli-like voice chuckled awkwardly. "Hello there!"

"Hello, my ass! You're ruining my life!" Kaguya snapped. "I should just roast and eat you instead!"

"I-I'm sorry!" The system loli stammered, sounding pitiful. "It's not like I wanted this either. The system malfunctioned, which led to this whole mess. I've never dealt with something like this before!"

"So, what's the solution?" Kaguya asked, sighing. There was no point in arguing further.

"Well…" The system loli hesitated for a moment before perking up. "We could apply for a mission extension! That might work!"

"Mission extension?" Kaguya asked, her interest piqued.

"Yes! It costs 20 achievement points, and it will grant you more time to complete your mission!"

"Only 20 points?" Kaguya blinked in surprise. If that were true, it would solve her immediate problem. However, a nagging suspicion crept into her mind. "How much extra time are we talking about?"

"Uh… Two days," the system loli replied sheepishly.

"Two days? That's it?" Kaguya's expression darkened. "Are you messing with me?"

"No, no! It's just that… there are conditions attached," the system loli explained hastily.

"What conditions?" Kaguya demanded, her tone dangerous.

"Well, every time you complete a sub-mission, you earn an additional two days of mission time," the system loli explained rapidly. "That means every time you, uh, acquire a new Spirit's chastity, you'll gain two extra days."

"Already acquired ones don't count?" Kaguya asked, a bad feeling creeping up on her.

"Nope!" The system loli's response was firm.

Kaguya facepalmed.

Just as she was about to lash out at the system, a pair of soft, delicate arms wrapped around her neck from behind. Warm breath tickled her ear as a seductive voice whispered, "Darling, how was last night?"
