DBZ Goten : Become Stronger By Defeating Your Opponent

"Originally, I thought it was all over," Monaito began, his voice trembling as he recounted the painful memories. "But a few years later, Granola and I encountered the Heeter Army again. I was furious when Elec arrived. I stood my ground, telling him he couldn't take Granola away. Elec mocked me with disdain, asking why I hadn't told Granola the truth—that it was him who killed his mother. I told him I wouldn't let Granola throw his life away for an impossible revenge."

Monaito's face darkened as he recalled Elec's cold words. "Elec threatened me. He said that if I dared tell Granola the truth, he would kill us both."

"I'm sorry, Granola," Monaito said, his voice heavy with guilt. "I did it to protect you..."

Granola lowered his head, his expression shadowed. "No, Grandpa. You did nothing wrong. If anything, I should be the one apologizing to you."

Monaito let out a deep sigh, the weight of decades pressing on him. "Maybe this is just fate," he murmured. "If you hadn't used 150 years of your life to gain the second-highest power in the universe, I might never have had the courage to tell you the truth. All I ever wanted was for you to live, even if it meant hiding the truth from you."

The silence that followed was broken when Goten stepped forward, holding a Senzu Bean in his hand.

"Granola," Goten said calmly, "this is a Senzu Bean. If you eat it, your injuries and strength will be fully restored."

Granola hesitated for a moment before accepting the small green bean. He swallowed it, and within moments, his body felt rejuvenated, his strength fully restored.

"Thank you," Granola said, nodding to Goten.

Though Granola's hatred for Saiyans had been a driving force for years, the revelation of Bardock's actions—and now Goten's gesture—was starting to change his perception.

"Let's go back, Grandpa," Granola said softly.

Monaito nodded and turned to Piccolo and the others. "I'm truly sorry for causing trouble. If there's nothing more, we'll leave now."

Krillin nodded. "Take care."

Just as Monaito and Granola were about to depart, the air grew heavy with tension. Four figures appeared suddenly, stepping onto the battlefield.

It was Elec, Ool, Maki, and Gas.

Elec's smug smile sent chills down Monaito's spine.

"Elec..." Monaito muttered, his face pale. He hadn't expected Elec to show up now.

Granola's eyes burned with fury as they locked onto Elec. "Elec!" he snarled, his voice dripping with venom.

Elec chuckled. "So, you've learned the truth, Granola. I suppose it was inevitable. You might have lived a little longer if you'd remained ignorant. But now? You'll die here today."

Granola clenched his fists. "Elec, do you really think you can kill me now?"

Elec's smile widened. "It's not me who will kill you," he said, gesturing to Gas. "He will."

Granola's eyes narrowed as he sized up Gas.

"Gas is the most talented fighter among us siblings," Elec explained. "We used the Dragon Balls of Planet Cereal to make him the second strongest in the universe."

Granola laughed bitterly. "Second strongest? That's funny."

Elec frowned slightly. "What's so amusing?"

Granola smirked. "Do you want to know who the strongest in the universe is?"

Elec's eyes narrowed. "Who?"

Granola pointed at Goten. "Him."

Elec's gaze shifted to Goten, his expression growing serious. "Him? That boy?"

Gas, standing silently until now, finally spoke. "It's true. His Ki is extraordinary. He must be the one."

Elec's frown deepened. "Gas, are you certain you can take him?"

Gas shrugged. "I don't know. But I can kill Granola first."

"Then do it," Elec ordered.

Without hesitation, Gas launched forward, his body moving like a streak of light.

Granola pushed Monaito aside and met Gas head-on. In the blink of an eye, the two clashed, their fists and feet moving at blinding speed.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

The ground trembled beneath their onslaught, massive clouds of dust rising into the air.

Gas landed a powerful kick, sending Granola hurtling hundreds of meters back. Granola skidded to a halt, digging his feet into the ground.

"Ahhhh!" Granola roared, firing a barrage of finger bullets from all ten fingers.

Gas leaped into the air, dodging the attack effortlessly.

Granola gritted his teeth, drawing back his hands in a bow-like posture. Energy crackled as he unleashed a powerful arrow-shaped energy wave.

Gas sneered and conjured a glowing spear in his hand, hurling it with precision at the incoming energy wave.

BOOM!

The explosion shook the battlefield, debris raining down. As the dust settled, both fighters rushed at each other again.

Granola transformed his right index finger into a gun and fired a concentrated finger bullet at Gas, who narrowly dodged.

Seizing the opportunity, Granola appeared behind Gas, delivering a devastating punch. Gas blocked the attack, but the sheer force sent him flying back.

Granola raised his hand, causing molten lava to erupt from the ground beneath Gas. Gas leaped into the air, narrowly escaping the searing heat.

Granola vanished and reappeared behind Gas, closing the distance in an instant.
