DanMachi: Ultimate Lich King

Chapter 108: DULK: Chapter 108

Having assessed all the Servants, Flandre offered concise evaluations of their personalities and characteristics. Such insightful commentary from a Caster might not be surprising, but from a Berserker, it was unusual—even bizarre.

Most people would assume Flandre was a Caster, not a Berserker.

This detail might prove crucial; in most Grail Wars, Casters weren't strong in direct combat.

Casters excelled in positional warfare, creating powerful magical tools; they usually defended their territory, making them formidable opponents.

However, in direct combat, Casters were the weakest, even weaker than Assassins.

"Going out?"

The golden Servant, seemingly impatient and ready to fight, prompted Arthas's question to Flandre.

"Yes. That idiot's words insulted me. As a Scarlet, I won't ignore such arrogance,"

Flandre smiled, finally displaying the Berserker's characteristic madness.

"Let's go. It's time for Einzbern to make our move."

Arthas, lightly grasping Illya's waist, smiled, leaping from the container.

"Eek…"

Illya's surprised shriek instantly drew everyone's attention.

"Who dares interrupt me?!"

Archer, who'd been confronting Gilgamesh, frowned, focusing on Arthas and Illya.

The moment Arthas landed, the already cold night grew colder, making the Servants uncomfortable.

The Servants became alert; this blatant entrance clearly indicated a Master-Servant pair.

Everyone focused on Arthas, whose magical energy was the strongest, likely the fifth Servant.

Excluding the eliminated Assassin, only Berserker and Caster remained; this powerful magical energy indicated Caster, not Berserker.

Seeing it wasn't a Berserker, Gilgamesh smiled broadly.

Waver, beside him, realized what Gilgamesh intended and covered his face in despair.

"Who are you, hero? Interested in joining my ranks?"

Gilgamesh, unsurprisingly, extended another invitation; even Saber and Lancer looked exasperated.

Was this guy even participating in the Grail War with his brain? He invited everyone he saw.

"Shut up! You repeatedly interrupt me, you mongrels!"

Before Arthas could answer, the ignored Flandre scoffed, about to speak when she was interrupted again.

Everyone's attention shifted back to Archer, who held a commanding position atop the streetlight.

"You dare ignore me, you ignorant fools! Do you want to taste death?"

Archer's declaration was followed by strange, fiery energy rising beside him; instantly, dazzling weapons appeared in the sky—clearly Noble Phantasms.

These were the weapons that had annihilated the assassins last night.

Those who'd witnessed the battle at Tohsaka's mansion recognized them.

Waver was terrified; Lancer's hidden Master held their breath; Kiritsugu and Maiya were tense.

Arthas narrowed his eyes; Archer wasn't bluffing; he could kill everyone present.

This golden Servant would be the strongest opponent; but which side was he on? Tohsaka or Matou?

Arthas pondered; Flandre finally found an opening.

"Are you all idiots? Can't you tell who's a Servant? Especially you, big oaf, you invited the wrong person. And you, streetlight king, watch out you don't fall."

"Street… light king?! I'll tear you apart, you mongrel!"

Archer, his handsome face contorted with rage, roared; the swords and spears floating beside him changed direction, targeting Flandre.
