Astral's Adventures

"Sir, you haven't came out and got more fire charges, so how did you start the fire." The first guard extended his hand and pointed to the fire as its embers kept burning behind them. Gramps turned around as Tina crept down the stairs. The royal patrol men walked inside as they whistled a tune outside.

"Well, my daughter saved one fire charge so she could make me a pot of tea." Gramps answered as they looked at him and rolled their eyes. "The tea required needed more ingredients than last time, which also wasn't provided for."

"Take that up with the auger and anyone else who isn't us." The second guard put his hand to cover his eyes. "But, we know you started that fire with magic, all mages must be brought to the magistrate to face punishment." the room went silent as none of them moved.

Astral didn't move as he wanted them to talk before he moved into position. "Gramps, don't get in our way of doing our job, Tina, can you come with us?" The first guard as the second gave a slight tug at his apron. "What?"

"Don't you have an eerie feeling about this? Tina is listed as a mage but never used magic, because Gramps has taught her to not." The second questioned his superior as Astral used this time to be above them.

"Then who else would have done it?" The first of the two grabbed Tina's arm as she tried to pull away. "There is no one else here." Gramps tried to pull Tina away as he stumbled backwards. "You are to be jailed for treason, and probably executed."

The second man drew his shield and spear pointing it at Tina and Gramps as the two guards were put into a moment of shock. All they saw was a cyan blade break the ceiling as they looked up and saw no one. Their eyes darted around as there was nothing. "WHOEVER ELSE IS HERE SHOW YOURSELF!" The first royal guard pulled Tina inwards to use as a human shield. He felt a blade rest against his back as he turned to face his opponent.

All the two of them heard was a gust of wind as the first guard grabbed his neck with his hand. Blood was leaking out as he let go of Tina. Some of the other guards peeked into the window as the second flew through it and knocked back the rest of the guards as the door opened. "Leave." Astral asked of the two inside still. They ran out the backdoor as Astral cracked his neck.

The first guard stumbled onto the ground in front of the door as Astral stepped over his body. Holding his golden shield and resting his katana on it. They all looked at him. "One man can't take all of us! Form one!" the commander blew his horn as Astral stood still. They all pointed their spears at him while holding their shields up. Matching him.

"Aww now look at this sweet pea down here. Do you need some help?" An angelic voice rained from above them all as Astral didn't falter. The rest looked up as a purple eyed lady spoke, wearing a pink combat skirt, magenta leggings and black boots, her top was similar, a pink tank top and a magenta long sleeve with holes in them and black gloves, as her hair was let down its color being purple. Out of the murky area of the street, she was the thing that stuck out. Pulling out her giant warhammer that looked too large for her size, but she wielded as light as a feather. 

"Its her. Call everyone!" The commander blew into his horn and held it as she came slamming into the ground and disrupted everyone. Knocking them all off their balance as Astral played defense. Two guards charged at him swinging their spears down on him as he parries them with his shield and rushes them, cutting open their stomachs as they fall to the ground.

The lady swung her hammer into the frontline as they surrounded the two of them once more. "Well, you woke up at the right time sleepy eyes." She spoke as she forced the frontline back with a swing of her hammer.

Astral was disturbed by her comment as he dug deep into himself. Staying quiet as his mind flashed all the times he was surrounded. He staggered for a moment as they pushed forward to pinch them. Astral charged forward and made a hole in the line as he cut off three guards' arms. The lady followed her as she slammed her hammer into a fourth and caved his chest in.

"LILAC, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ESCAPE!" The commander shouted at the two of them as Astral gave her a nod.

"You think so? I think you will have more than a handful with just this one." She morphed into a squirrel as Astral picked her up and launched her away and over the wall. They all looked at him as he was a new face to the world.

"YOU WILL NOW BE CHARGED WITH THE CRIME OF ASSISTANCE TO FLEEING FROM A CRIME! WHEN WE CATCH YOU, YOU WILL BE EXECUTED." The commander shouted as Astral shrugged.

"Gotta catch me first." He put his shield on his side as he grabbed Muramasa with both hands. Looking forward as he charged through all of them. Each swing shattered a shield, splintered a spear or severed a limb as he rested his blade on the commander's neck. "It's always neat when the new kid on the block is the strongest, right?" Astral lifted his blade as he was surrounded by those still standing.

Astral put his back against the building as he jumped upward. The commander grabbed his leg as he left the ground. Slowing Astral by a lot as he slammed the commander into Tina and Gramps house. Shattering it as Astral jumped once again. Leaving the ground again and landing on a rooftop. Sailing away with a third more explosive jump that caused a sonic boom.
