The ground turned transparent.

The air turned gray.

He blinked—and found himself standing in a world made of memory shards.

Shen stood silently as the memory played.

He saw a grand hall… full of gods and beings of immense energy.

Among them stood a young man — noble-looking, silver-haired, and gentle-eyed.

It was… Ryno.

Shen (shocked):

> "What…? He was one of them?"

Suddenly, the gods around Ryno turned away from him.

They whispered.

They laughed.

They rejected.

> "You carry the blood of a mortal. You are impure."

Ryno fell to his knees. His eyes, once soft… filled with rage.

Then came the moment that changed history:

Ryno:

> "If I am rejected by the heavens…

Then I will create my own."

He vanished into darkness — and the first vampire was born.

The Arcane Generals spread across regions:

Tremora caused earthquakes across the eastern lands.

Zyllion swallowed towns in black fog.

Malgora raised undead armies.

Tempestus sliced forests into pieces.

Kenya Naro stood at the front table, slamming his fist down.

Kenya:

"We can't wait anymore. If Shen's still in that dungeon, then we hold the front lines ourselves."

Eliz (clenching her fists):

"I can fight. I've trained for this."

Ruke (entering):

"Arcane waves are spiking everywhere. We need all hands."

Just then—

A massive blast hit the sky above the Drifter Base.

Arcane Ryno's voice echoed across the skies:

> "Drifters… kneel.

Shen Karguro cannot save you.

I have returned."

Shen stood in silence.

He had seen it all.

Ryno's past… the betrayal of the gods… the birth of the vampire empire.

But now—

He clenched his fists.

He looked to the top of the dungeon.

Shen:

> "I'm ending this raid. Now."
