Zenith Breakers

We arrived to the front of the citadel seeing Eden and Uriel already standing there. Eden looked different as her hair was cut short now being just below neck in curly waves. Eden noticed us and smiled before motioning for us to come over. We walked over as Eden who was somehow taller before she as she looked down at us slightly, "how you guys been", We slightly looked up to her, "terrible Micheal has no mercy", she laughed as her braces glistened in the light, "what about you Eden how's Uriel?", she laughed nervously rubbed her head looking over her shoulder as Uriel's scarlet eyes flared like fire behind Eden as she slowly smiled, "yeah how have i been huh Eden", it sounded more like a statement then a question as Eden swallowed nervously, "she has been amazing", her eyes stayed everyway but straight as Uriel practically hovered around her like an obsessive puppy. The sound of footsteps approaching behind us drew our attention as we turned back to see Micheal looking more tired then usually as he lazily waved his hand, "yo", we waved back as he closer, "what's the score", he turned to Jak and me, "fifteen to twelve with me winning", Micheal looked between the two of us, "you're not as damaged as usually so i'm guessing you cut it short", I lightly punched Jak in the shoulder, "yeah because this idiot almost break my jaw", Jak punched me back with a mixture between a laugh and a huff, "you insulted my glorious move", Jak then struck a weird a pose as over dramatic sparks of gold fluttered around him. Micheal smacked him over the head, "don't be weird drama king", I noticed Eden looking between me and Jak motioning me to come over. I walked over to her barely paying attention to chaos of Micheal holding Jak in headlock giving him a nuggie, "okay this might seem a bit out of my better judgement but why's Jak acting so dramatic he wasn't like that when i was getting to know him", I couldn't help a laugh considering she hasn't spent the past four getting to know the drama king that is Jak, "this is normal personality what when seen during our first meeting was him acting", Eden raised an eyebrow, "acting why?", I shrugged my shoulders, "he didn't tell me he just told me that's his normal personality", Eden looked between me and Jak who was still in a headlock trying to fight against Micheal as Uriel laughed at the sight, "and you didn't question it a bit?", I looked over at the sight, "nope didn't feel like it", Eden sighed and shook her head as she laughed, "you know what this fits our little group perfectly", I laughed looking at her, "yeah it is and we better get use to our weird moments", I started heading back towards Jak and the two Apostle who seemed to be having fun watching Jak struggled in the headlock,"Space demon release the drama king please we have an exam to get too", Micheal let go of Jak pushing him towards us as it stopped him from falling with an arm, "you're such a party pooper Juno", I pinched the bridges of my nose as the second personality of Micheal started peeking its childish head out, "you wouldn't want your first disciple ever to be late to exam that'll leave a bad image", Micheals faced changed as he thought about it. This was one thing i've figured out about Micheal over the four days of training is that no matter how he's acting if you bring up his reputation he'll actually listen, "fine fine but we're making an entrance right Uriel", Uriel who was in a completely different conversation with Eden just turned and nodded with no hesitation before going right back to her conversation, "good now that is taken care of", He grab me and Jak by our shirt collars, "Uriel follow behind me", me and Jak looked at each other knowing there was no point in resisting, "ok i'm right behind you", Uriel picked up Eden and threw her over her shoulder as if she was a toy. The two Apostle broke the ground beneath us as they jumped through air almost instantly covering the city as we landed on a rooftop. I took a second stopping myself from vomiting, "please warn us before you take off like like a fighter jet next time", I looked over to Eden and Jak who looked equally as sick as I felt, "relax you babies we weren't even going that fast", I looked at him with the urge to sock him, "whatever why'd you stop in front of this", I looked forward as the the large skyscraper like building with giant gold letters, "this is the gods chosen church defence unit" I raised an eyebrow, "and this is where the exams taking place?", he nodded, "partially the front of it is for registration the back is where the exam takes place", he paused for a second. Before i got the chance to say anything he continued, "and no we aren't going through the registration if that's what you were about to ask", this is another thing I learned about Micheal during our little time together is he will always know the answer to your question even if you think about it, "but why shouldn't we do that seems kinda important", Micheal shrugged slightly, "I can handle it afterwards now be quiet i'm thinking of a dramatic entrance Uriel any ideas", Uriel nodded, "we all fly in then crash down striking a group pose", Micheal nodded along with the idea, "hmm what about the kids go first then us", Uriel gasped dramatically, "oh my god that is a perfect idea", They turned to use as we gathered together while they were talking. Micheal clasped his hands on my and Jaks shoulder, "Juno you're my disciple you need to give them an amazing landing", he turned to Jak, "and you while you aren't my apostle if you show out well enough another apostle might pick you up", we looked at each other and nodded, "sure thing", Micheal patted our heads. We turned our heads to Uriel who had just finished talking to Eden, "okay now that every one agreed take this off and impress us", I turned to Eden whos body shifted partially into a form of blood red faith resembling the way water flowed. I turned to Jak who sprouted wings of gold which flared dramatically with gold flakes. I felt a bit left out by the cool little effect but I hit my chest twice as my body shifted into its Adrenaline state, "lets move out then roses", the words flowed out unconsciously as before we leaped towards the building crossing the street in an instant. I slammed through the building first. As i sailed inside a large lobby. I shifted my body mid-air as i fell into a backflip causing a massive dust. I swiped the dust away as hundreds of eyes landed on me. A second after a streak of gold and red slammed on next time. Jak landed in a crouched position with his wings folded half-way over his body as flakes of gold fell like snow around him. Eden slammed down completely shifting into a puddle before reforming partially as half her body and hair were like blood red water. As the dust fully settled an extremely awkward silence followed, "who are you little interruptions?", as we turned back as a rough and firm voice was followed by an tall and burly older men who looked to be in his fifty, his long brown hair wavy hair and marbling beard were his most notable features to me, his eyes were a deep blue like the ocean as they were calming yet suffocating, "i believe i asked a question i expect it to be answered", the pressure in the changed instantly I could my body being forced downwards into a kneeling position. I could barely breath as the pressure exerted from him was suffocating, "Ezekiel", a single voice cut through the pressure instantly as it was completely taken over. I looked to voice as Micheal walked in his face more serious then I was used to, "if you continue with what you're doing i'll remove your arms from your body", Ezekiel turned to Micheal with a glare not budging, "and who is this?", I could barely react before he grabbed me up by my hair, "Agh", my feet weren't touching the ground anymore. Before I could realize what fully happened I was in my arms as he rubbed the top of my head, "you good brat?", Micheal sounded genuinely worried which was surprising, "yeah it just hurts a bit nothing major it was just the initially pull that hurted the most", Micheal patted my head and looked over the Ezekiel with an unsettling silence. Ezekiel looked at Micheal and smiled, "oh is the all powerful micheal made over a little disciple", his tone was cocky as Micheal had just stood up staying silent, "aww c'mon Micheal spea-", Ezekiel's sentence was stopped instantly as Micheal crossed the room and grabbed his face blasting towards the wall, "Micheal!", Micheal stopped an inch from slamming Ezekiel head through the wall. Uriel walked in with a calm expression as Micheal kept a hard grip on Ezekiel's head, "let him go Micheal", Micheal raised an eyebrow, "why should I he hurt and disrespected my disciple I should at least get even", Uriel started getting closer to Micheal, "I can get that but we can't always be violent", Micheal laughed as he tightened his hold on Ezekiel's head, "who's this we that doesn't involve me anymore since my disciple involved", Uriel pinched the bridges of her nose as she looked at Micheal, "okay i get tha-", Micheal interrupted her sentence, "your disciple's also involved", Uriel paused instantly as if cogs were turning in here head. Uriel turned towards us noticing we were barely pushing ourselves up as they pressure in the room lifted, "I take back what I said we're just going to have find another of Apostle from one of the six families", Uriel cracked her knuckles as the sound echoed through the room. I looked around as the other people in the room looked shocked and in awe but i knew this was about to go south so tapped Eden and Jak, "I don't know how bad it's about to get but it's about to get bad", Jak and Eden looked at me and nodded, "Everyone Evacuate!!", Jak's voice rang throughout the entire room. In an instant the room erupted as everyone ran over each other to escape. We Jumped back out the hole we created. The impact as we slammed onto the roof was rougher then I expected so i knew my surge was done, "well we can say bye to this building", Eden sighed as she stretched, "yep they were way to calm during that exchange", Jak rubbed his back wincing as his wings retracted,"I bet it takes three attacks to get rid of the building", I couldn't help but raise an eyebrow, "I say four", Eden laughed at my bet, "i say one", she proclaimed it proudly as Jak just blankly starred at her, "why do you say one", Eden puffed her chest out as she cracked a confident grin, "because you aren't accounting for the beat down they're going to preform on him with their bare hands", I looked to Jak as the cogs in my head started turning. Then it clicked, "oh I feel so bad for him," Jak was about to say something, "nevermind I take back my statement", I rubbed my scalp with a tiny wince, "well who do you think is going to get the final hit Micheal or Uriel", I looked to Eden as she already seemed to have her answer,"Uriel", She said it so bluntly i didn't process it in that second. It fully came to mind as my answer came to mind, "Micheal is getting the last hit", I looked Eden then at Jak, "nope this isn't about me they're your mentors i just initiated the bet", the carefree look on his face reminded me of Micheals and I hated it cause Micheal has such a punchable face, "fine whatever so what's the bet?", Eden turned and asked Jak, "hmmm lets go with the basic the loser does what the winner says", Eden turned to me for my response, "sure because i'm confident Micheals going to get the last hit", Eden shook her head before cracking a smile, "fine it's a bet then", she put her had hand out. I reached out and shook her, "deal", Jak put his hand on ours with a chaotic grin, " and i bare witness to the bet". He smiled as we all turned to the building.

(Micheal Pov)

I turned to Uriel as the kids all left the building. The brats also disappeared in their own little blurs, "Ezekiel normally I would be way more forgiveful considering you didn't know he nor any of the three of those kids were trained by us and the boy whos hair you grabbed his my first and only disciple so if yo-", Ezekiel tried to speak over me. I pointed my hand at him closing my hand, "silence", Ezekiel tried to speak but nothing same out. He grasped his throat in fear as he tried to scream, "There's no point in trying to scream I took your voice and I have full control over what happens with it", He looked at me in fear as Uriel let out a sigh, "you do realize you can't just go explaining your abilities even to people who are about to die", I couldn't help but nod as I thought about it, "fine but how do you want to do this bare hands then rock paper scissors to get the final blow", Uriel nodded, "sure we can do that", Uriel looked to Ezekiel. The second I took my eyes off of her she shifted into a shimmering humanoid typhoon of sand and shifting pink clouds. The ground beneath her turned to dust as she appeared in front of him shifting back to her human form clocking him in the nose. He's body rocketed across the room slamming into the wall, "Agh!", I couldn't let Uriel have all the fun as I shot towards Ezekiel as I shifted partially into light. I appeared in front of him as Uriel moved outta the way. I drove my foot into his stomach as i spun into a back kick. Ezekiel's body bounced off the wall before he was caught again by a spinning back fist from Uriel. Ezekiel braced himself this time not falling over. He looked up from his guard with a bloody face, "You bastards are making a huge mistake do you think my family will let this go!!!", Ezekiel roared loudly as the ground and the very air around us shook, "stop being so loud", Uriel was always blunt in saying how she felt even if she's always goofy, "yeah Zek calm down your family doesn't even care enough to allow you to carry the family name, Ezekiel looked at me with a glare that could pierce the heavens, "what did you just say", he practically growled the words as his teeth gritted slightly, "I said you're such a disappointment to your family that you aren't even allowed to carry the family name now do i need to say it again or are you deafening and need me to repeat it again you failure of an apostle", Ezekiel started leaking a dangerous amount of faith,"you have no idea what you're talking about", I couldn't help but laugh at the frustration on his face, "oh I don't?", Ezekiel kept his angry look, "Of course you don't you may be an apostle but a prominent families business is only known to that family", as parts of the surroundings began shifting into a colosseum as obsidian colored armor covered his chest and arms in streamlined armor. His jaw was covered in an obsidian colored jaw piece resembling a hyena's maw, "Hyena's Battalion", he stood proudly as an golden spear pierced through the building landing in front of him the engravings on its handle brightly, "I shall defend myself with my full power", he spun the spear as, "Heart of Ares", the engravings glowed as he spun it in front of him. The Area around us started to fully change into a Colosseum, "Unyielding Battle Colosseum", I looked around as the entirety of the space was completely different, "this is an interesting G-Zone you have" I looked around the space the sun was beaming down with an intense heat, the seats in the Colosseum were filled with humanoid shadows each one of their body looking different some having shown damage some looked normal, "I'm glad you're enjoying the sight of your final resting place", me and Uriel looked at each other, "you wanna handle the first half of this fight?", Uriel nodded as she cracked her knuckles, "sure we using abilities or bare handed", I shrugged, "it doesn't matter we can use both this is his personal dimension so we don't have to worry to much of real world damage", Uriel opened her hand as shimmering sand began forming in her palm, "Dream Leviathan", the sand in her hand quickly grew and expanded. It didn't take long for a forty foot Levethan to form the sunlight caused it to shimmer like a kaleidoscope. Ezekiel looked up at it with a laugh, "you think i'll be scared of some giant snake", He slammed the spear down as the entire arena shook. He thrusted the spear forward at a breakneck speed. The air force generated from the attack uprooted half the coliseum. The dust cleared as half the coliseum was completely in rubble including the dream leviathan, "oh look at that Uriel he beat your weakest leviathan", Uriel laughed as she looked forward and parts of the coliseum began rebuilding itself, "guess i'll just have to get a bit serious", Uriel's eyes shimmered a bright pink.
