"What!?"

Tsunade frowned deeply, immediately preparing to refute, but she was stopped by Night Star.

He turned to Danzo, his face showing no trace of tension, instead displaying a slight smile.

"Elder, why would you say such a thing?"

Danzo crossed his arms over his chest, exuding an arrogant demeanor as he questioned Tsunade.

"Neither you nor Orochimaru witnessed with your own eyes the battle between Night Star Uchiha and the Three-Tails' Jinchuriki, correct?"

Faced with Danzo's question, Tsunade, though sensing a trap, was never one to lie and could only respond honestly.

"Correct... but we both felt the chakra waves of the Tailed Beast..."

"Hmph, that was merely a facade!"

Danzo struck the ground forcefully with his cane, producing a muffled thud.

"How could a mere Special Jonin survive an attack from the Three-Tails' Jinchuriki? From my perspective, Night Star Uchiha intended to collaborate with the Hidden Mist's Three-Tails Jinchuriki to ambush Orochimaru's troops."

"But he didn't anticipate that one of the Sannin, Tsunade, would be nearby, so he turned the situation to his advantage and staged this entire charade."

"Otherwise, how would you explain him leaving Shisui's team to act alone?"

Hearing Danzo's accusations, Tsunade bit her lip.

As a reader of the journal, she knew that Night Star sought Orochimaru, the head of the Research Department, to inquire about the First Hokage's cells.

But on the other hand, the journal's contents couldn't be revealed to anyone.

And if the village leadership learned that Night Star knew about the First Hokage's cells and the human transplantation experiments, his troubles would only grow.

For the sake of secrecy, assassinating him wasn't out of the question.

Though Tsunade wanted to protect him, she was powerless and could only glare angrily at Danzo.

In response to the accusations, Fugaku Uchiha, the current head of the Uchiha clan, let out a heavy sigh and forced a servile smile.

"Everyone, I believe Night Star is presence there was merely a coincidence. After all, he is a Jonin-level ninja, so acting alone is quite..."

"Clan head Fugaku."

Before Fugaku could finish, Danzo interrupted coldly.

"My suspicions extend far beyond this matter."

Seeing the confusion on everyone's faces, Danzo began to speak slowly.

Danzo turned his gaze to Hiruzen Sarutobi, seated at the head of the room, and spoke in a solemn tone.

"Hokage-sama, I demand that Night Star Uchiha provide an immediate explanation. Otherwise, he should be branded a rogue ninja and executed on the spot!"

Hearing this, Tsunade's expression changed.

Her eyes revealed a firm resolve as she leaned close to Night Star is ear and whispered, "If you want to escape, I'll cover for you."

"It's fine, don't worry," Night Star said with a smile, patting her shoulder.

Then, he turned his gaze to Danzo and spoke slowly.

"Elder, before I explain everything, I have one question for you."

Danzo frowned slightly, thinking, "He's already at such a desperate point, and yet he doesn't give up struggling? Ridiculous."

In the next moment, Night Star stared directly into Danzo's eyes and enunciated each word clearly.

"Remove your bandages and show everyone what your right arm looks like."
