Villainess In The Apocalypse: All The Male Leads Are Obsessed With Me

Chapter 5: 4: The necklace

As soon as Raven woke up the next morning, she got dressed in the second most decent clothes she could find in the closet, then she got ready to head out. She plans to shop for actual clothes today along with gifts for the family. Last night after everyone went to bed, she took her time to try to get to know everyone through her little sister, so that she'd be able to get them the perfect gift each.

Her two older brothers, Vlad and Zade, are obsessed with sports related things, but they're also into tech. Heron, her little brother is clearly a game obsessed freak, and Hera, her little sister is obsessed with dolls. Her father treasures valuables and old stuff despite being rich, and her mother is obsessed with fashion. She just knows the perfect gift to get each of them.

As she was leaving her room, her eyes landed on the necklace hanging on the wall, which belonged to Raven. She had been so obsessed with the necklace when reading the manga, especially after Raven gave the necklace to one of the male leads in order to impress him, but the male lead ended up giving it to the female lead.

Weirdly, she felt pulled to it and she went to retrieve it, examining it once it was in her hands. The necklace felt cold, and the designs felt more beautiful than she remembered it being. It was so beautiful, and she was glad she reincarnated before stupid Raven gave it away, and she promises herself to never give it out no matter what. This necklace was given to the original villainess by her grandmother, but she never valued it and easily gave it out.

As Raven kept caressing the necklace, the edge of the jagged ends of the teardrop shaped pendant suddenly nicked her and she gasped as blood gushed out from her finger, dripping down the necklace and the ground, while a dull pain shot through her finger.

She hurried for the bathroom to stop the bleeding and wipe down the necklace when a sharp pain shot through her head, making her stumble to a stop as her eyes fell shut, then white light exploded behind her eyes as the pain tripled, gripping every inch of her head.

She breathed hard, confused over what the hell that was as she slowly opened her eyes, and that's when she realized that she was no longer in her bedroom.

Instead, she was in front of a small pond filled with water. The water was a little brown, but it smelled and looked fresh. The confusion within her worsened as she glanced over the dark, rich soil she was standing on, and as she turned around, she almost lost her footing at the large house that stared right back at her. It looked like a bungalow, but it didn't look modernized… like it was built with mud. She tentatively stepped towards it, and on pushing the door open, she gasped at the large expanse of empty room that stared right back at her.

It was so much taller on the inside than it looked from the outside, and it echoed as she walked in. Some parts felt warm, while some parts felt cold, but most of the middle part felt like normal temperature. As she turned around one last time in the middle of the empty room, a startling realization came over her.

This is a storage space…

But how?

No one had a space in this story when she read it.

She glanced down at the necklace she was still holding and realized that this must be the reason why she was here. Which means she's presently inside the necklace!

In the story, after this necklace got to the female lead's hands, she never got to discover it was a space… probably because the necklace could only be activated by Raven's blood.

That's the only explanation that made sense to Raven right now, and as she glanced around the large room again, she let out a loud, excited scream. Just last night, she was worrying her head off over where she'll get to store all what she'll stock up on, but now, she clearly doesn't need to worry anymore cause she could store everything in here!

Raven let out a pleased sigh, feeling happy that for once, the heavens were helping her.

After she left the space and returned back to her bedroom by picturing it, before leaving the house, she entered the kitchen and took out something from the fridge, then something which she microwaved, then she got into her space and placed the frozen chicken in the area of the large room that was cold. The part which was hot, she placed the microwaved food there before leaving.

She did that so she could return later to check if those food would still retain their heat or lose it. She needs to know how the space works when it comes to storing spoilable foods.

After that, she left the house and was glad she didn't run into her mother. Throughout dinner last night, her mother ignored all her attempts to start up a conversation with her, and she realized that her mother was definitely really hurt by whatever her real daughter said to her in the past, and she was gonna fix their relationship today no matter what.

She was walking on the street, barely four houses away from her house when two hands draped over her shoulders from both side, making her panic and almost scream before she took a closer look at the four boys presently flanking her, recognizing them as the villainess' wayward friends and she let out a tired sigh.

She was so over this.

"Hey Ravs, still up for the plan tonight? We're fucking up The teacher's preppy car, then we'd all go over to my house and try out this new brand of pot I got from the plug. It's stronger and the real shit." The boy who was dressed in an unbuttoned shirt and sagging pants drawled, while the other one dressed in just a pair of sagging pants and a crossbow bag over his chest nodded along. The other two guys who were dressed in much more worst states hooted in agreement too.

Disgust filled Raven's stomach. She couldn't believe anyone would willingly keep friends like this.
