The Ultimate Lich King of the Multiverse

Chapter 92: Chapter 92: The Ceremony

From the moment of her birth until now, Irisviel has only lived for a few months at most—she is essentially still an infant. However, at the time of her creation, Jubstacheit had implanted a vast amount of essential knowledge into her mind, allowing her intellect to mature rapidly.

Yet, no matter how much knowledge she possesses or how quickly her mind develops, Irisviel remains far from resembling a normal adult of her apparent age. Moreover, knowledge that is never put into practice remains just that—knowledge. Clearly, Irisviel only half-understands most things, including what a married couple is supposed to do.

But since she has resolved to be a good wife, the sacred ceremony between husband and wife is undoubtedly something that must be fulfilled.

With this thought in mind, Irisviel mustered her courage and spoke to Yoru.

"Yo... Yoru, let us... let us first perform the sacred ceremony between husband and wife!"

"Eh...?"

Yoru was visibly stunned, staring blankly at Irisviel, clearly having no idea what she was talking about.

"What exactly do you mean by 'sacred ceremony'?"

"Eh... Has Yoru never done such things with someone he loves before?"

Irisviel hadn't expected Yoru to still be a virgin. Though she asked the question, her voice couldn't help but carry a hint of delight.

Every woman shares this sentiment. Even though Irisviel felt in her heart that she was merely a substitute for the person Yoru truly loved, the knowledge that he was still untouched filled her with indescribable joy.

How wonderful... She would be the first woman to unite with him.

"N-no... The most I've done with her is kiss. We never went further than that."

Yoru shook his head gently. Though he wasn't entirely clear on the details, he had a rough idea of what Irisviel meant by the "sacred ceremony between husband and wife."

As he gazed at the gentle, ethereal beauty before him, Yoru felt a flame ignite deep within him, his throat drying uncomfortably, his entire body growing restless.

"I... I see. Though I don't know much about it either, let me, as your wife, guide you, my husband."

Irisviel couldn't bring herself to admit outright that she had been implanted with knowledge about such matters. Instead, she phrased it delicately, all the while stealing glances at Yoru's reaction.

With this thought, a faint blush spread across her cheeks. She didn't dare raise her head, bending down instead to remove Yoru's shoes.

As Irisviel leaned closer, a faint, sweet fragrance wafted over. At first, Yoru seemed at a loss, his hands hovering awkwardly in the air, unsure where to place them. But when Irisviel pressed against his chest, clumsily yet earnestly beginning to undo the buttons of his shirt, he could no longer restrain himself. His hands settled firmly on her shoulders.

"Eh?"

Yoru's sudden roughness caught Irisviel off guard. The next moment, she felt herself being pulled upright, her beautiful face tilted up to meet the gaze of the man before her.

"Yo... Yoru... what's wrong?"

There was something different about the man's eyes. When he had first entered the room, Yoru's expression had been uneasy and lost, but now his gaze burned with a beast-like intensity.

Yet, far from finding it unpleasant, Irisviel only felt a shy embarrassment. Beyond that, there was a faint sense of pride—after all, it was her beauty that had reduced him to this state, wasn't it?

"Did I... do something wrong, my husband?"

Confused and slightly nervous, Irisviel asked timidly, as if awaiting Yoru's guidance.

A wicked smile curled at the corners of Yoru's lips as he leaned in close to the maiden's ear, his voice dropping to a husky, suggestive whisper.

"No, you're doing perfectly. But I'd prefer if you used your mouth."

"Eh? Ehhh?!"

It took Irisviel a long moment to process what Yoru meant. A cry of dismay escaped her lips as her face flushed crimson.

Yet, despite her shock, the obedient maiden, unsure how to refuse, complied with Yoru's request.

This... This is my husband's wish... His first request... I must fulfill it properly!

Steeling herself, Irisviel gingerly leaned closer to Yoru's chest, using her teeth to gently tug at one of his buttons.

Admittedly, it was a rather challenging endeavor.

The Einzbern estate was perpetually blanketed in winter snow, so by all logic, the nights should have been bitterly cold—especially in Irisviel's current, nearly bare state. Yet, strangely, she felt no chill at all. On the contrary, her nervousness and exertion had left her forehead damp with sweat.

"Mmm... Husband... Are you teasing me?"

With a helpless shake of his head, Yoru effortlessly lifted Irisviel—her body now limp—and laid her down on the bed.

As she lay there, Irisviel shyly curled in on herself, her heart brimming with sweetness at the thought of what was to come.

She widened her eyes as much as she could, as though determined to sear the image of the man before her into her soul, to etch it into the depths of her being.
