Chapter 260: Chapter 260: The Progress on Giant Bees and Wasp, Tethys Scheming Mind
"Hahaha, El-chan, I heard you've been indulging in the lap of luxury lately—so much so that you don't want to come back!"
On Beast Island, as the sun dipped below the horizon, the alluring giantess Tethys greeted El with a teasing smile as he flew in.
She stepped forward boldly, wrapping him in a warm embrace and pressing his face against her ample chest.
"What kind of woman could make the King of Totto Land fall for her so deeply that you'd travel all the way to the first half of the Grand Line? I'm starting to feel a little jealous!"
"Cut it out…"
Having just returned from Atlantis, where he had checked on his newborn twins, visited the pregnant Three-Eye Tribe member Lillian, and offered some "comfort" to Gerd, El rolled his eyes at Tethys's teasing. He lightly tapped her hand to push her away.
"Oh, come on, El-chan—you're so mean!"
Ignoring her antics, El allowed himself to be pulled into her embrace as she sat down, cradling him. Leaning back, he found this oversized human-shaped pillow surprisingly comfortable.
"How are your bees doing?" El asked, showing no intention of escaping her grasp. Peering past her inviting curves, he met her captivating gaze.
"I've successfully bred a batch of giant wasps, and I can now command them at will," Tethys replied with a smile, her fingers gently brushing against El's sharp features. "If Moss and the others need backup for an operation, send word. I've been itching to test these bees' strength!"
With that, she pulled a small flute from her bag and began to play.
"Bzzzz… Bzzzz…"
In an instant, a swarm of oversized wasps emerged from the surrounding forest. They formed into neat formations, their sheer numbers overwhelming as they hovered in the air. Their massive bodies and sharp stingers could send shivers down anyone's spine.
"Impressive. I'll make sure to put them to good use," El said, nodding as he watched the disciplined swarm retreat at Tethys's command.
As she stroked his face, Tethys's eyes glimmered with heat. Tightening her grip slightly, she gazed at him with a teasing smile.
"Stay the night?"
"Sure," El replied casually, without hesitation.
For a man like him, who had no interest in shallow or deceitful women, rejecting a beauty like Tethys was out of the question. While he wasn't consumed by lust, he also didn't shy away from life's pleasures. To him, power and hard work weren't just about rising to the top—they were also about enjoying what the world had to offer along the way. Power, wealth, women—he would have it all.
"Hahaha, I'll be sure to take good care of you tonight, El-chan," Tethys said with a mischievous grin, her crimson lips curling.
"Are you sure who's taking care of whom?" El replied, his gaze sharpening as he radiated a commanding aura.
Using a special transformation known as Body Reinforcement, El's physique underwent a dramatic change. Golden horns sprouted from his head, scales covered his limbs, and a pair of blue wings extended from his back. His face remained mostly unchanged, apart from its size.
Without hesitation, he lifted the towering Tethys into his arms.
"Huh? You have a form like this?" Tethys asked, startled. She had seen El's hybrid form before, but it had never been this large—now it matched her own impressive stature.
"For me, there's nothing I can't achieve—only whether I want to," El replied with a mischievous grin, gazing down at her beautiful face.
"Hahaha~ Then I'll leave myself in your care, El-sama," Tethys teased, her eyes gleaming.
Lightning struck, igniting a flame of passion. Everything progressed naturally, but soon enough, the stunning giantess found herself overwhelmed, questioning her choices.
"El, I can't take it anymore…" Tethys pleaded, utterly drained. "Please… let me rest for a bit!"
"No way! You're the one who lit this fire," El responded, clearly unsatisfied.
Defeated, Tethys muttered, "Fine… how about I call Helen over to help?"
Over the past few weeks in Totto Land, Tethys had grown close to Helen, a giantess from the West Blue. Unlike Gerd and Linlin, Helen was a confidante who understood her well.
"You said it, not me," El said, raising an eyebrow. He was already interested in Helen, having entrusted her with the power of the Cloud-Cloud Fruit.
"Leave it to me. That girl's been eyeing you for a long time," Tethys promised, desperate for relief. Good friends, after all, shared both joys and burdens.
The Next Day
By midmorning, the skies were clear, and the air was crisp. Feeling invigorated, El had already ventured outside and was training by the shore. Swinging his sword and sweating profusely, he pushed himself relentlessly. Pleasures aside, El understood that strength was the foundation of everything. If he aimed to reach the pinnacle of power and become the world's strongest, there could be no compromise in his training.
Meanwhile, inside the spacious wooden house, Helen and Tethys exchanged exasperated looks.
"Tethys, look what you've done!" Helen growled, gritting her teeth as she gestured at a glaringly red mark and her limp limbs.
"Hahaha, it's not my fault," Tethys protested, avoiding Helen's gaze with a guilty expression. "Didn't you say you were interested in El?"
"Yeah, but I didn't mean this quickly!" Helen shot back, furious.
Dragged into this mess in the middle of the night, she still couldn't believe what had happened.
"Oh, don't act so smug. You enjoyed it, didn't you?" Tethys teased, narrowing her eyes mischievously.
Blushing furiously, Helen hesitated before muttering, "Maybe… but still—!" Her emotions were complicated. While she didn't outright object, the sheer number of women around El left her uncertain about her place.
"Then it's settled. Opportunities like this don't come every day," Tethys said, pulling Helen into a comforting embrace. "Do you know how hard it is to get past Linlin and Gerd's watchful eyes? I worked so hard for this chance!"
Helen sighed, rolling her eyes in resignation. She had initially thought Tethys invited her over to chat or enjoy some lighthearted fun. She never imagined that her so-called best friend had schemed to set her up like this. While she hadn't resisted, the entire situation was just too embarrassing.
"Do you think we'll get pregnant?" Tethys mused suddenly, placing a hand on her flat stomach with a hint of excitement.
Seeing Gerd's adorable twins had filled her with envy. Even if she couldn't have twins, she was determined to have a giant baby with Lunarian blood.
"It was only once—or, uh, twice… Surely that's not enough, right?" Helen panicked, nervously counting on her fingers. She wasn't ready for a child so soon.
"Well, I'm different!" Tethys smirked, rolling her eyes at Helen's naivety. Helen had only been dragged in because Tethys couldn't keep up. Three times was her count—and she wasn't worried at all.
