The Rejected Alpha's Vengeance

Chapter 530: It All Fell… It All Fell Down

[SICARIO]

"You must really be high on shit, coming here and talking to me about faith, Trey. Just because I opened my lips for you and let you touch me, doesn't mean that it's all good and better. I don't even know who the fuck you are!

"Has that even occurred to you yet, or you're just pressed with the notion that the world needs to know that you're mate to the healer of the great Sicario pack, huh? Wasn't that why you came back to flaunt that you managed to bag the idiot of the pack who had the highest position in the ranks, no?

"You thought you could kiss me and tase me so well and I'd fold like a pretzel and let you do whatever the fuck you wanted with me, no? That's why you came back, isn't it? Or were you passed by that damned queen who is determined to break my team?

"What the fuck did she promise you, huh? Salvation? A place in Olyana where you wouldn't be questioned? In exchange for what, huh? Betrayal? Fuck you and everything you represent," Hudhayfah ranted angrily as he punched the wall, causing the entire building to shake.

That truly got the attention of everyone in the pack, especially the Savasci knights. Hudhayfah hated what was happening, he hated that this had to get going and that he didn't have any control over it.

With Trey so close, he was getting angrier and he wasn't sure he could hold it in for long. He was mad and filled with the kind of rage that could flatten entire packs and that scared the shit out of him.

They had all worked hard to make sure Sicario was a better place and this wasn't the moment to fuck things up, not with the devil in Olyana giving them all a hard time.

"Are you done now?" Trey asked calmly, making Hudhayfah let out a scoff. This man was ludicrous, for real. There was just no way after everything Hudhayfah had said he was still here acting like the word was having the sun shining off his ass.

What part of the mess didn't he understand and why the fuck was he even still here?

"Am I done? That is all you want to know? If I am done ranting?" Hudhayfah asked angrily, his rage not getting any close to simmering down.

He despised everything that had paired him with Trey and yet as he felt the man's presence so close, he couldn't help himself fainting to lean in.

"Hudhayfah! Are you okay in there? We heard some noise!" Malika asked outside the door to the council room. The door isn't locked but none of them were dumb enough to try and push it open without Hudhayfah's okay.

They had expected that there would be a fight, but the ounces that had shaken the budding had gotten them on high alert. None of them had ever seen Hudhayfah angry, ever and that was the one reason they all knew they had to be careful of him.

Hudhayfah was always the calm one, the one who did things to protect. He was always the healer, the fixer who didn't hurt people. Even at the war, he had fought, but he hadn't tried to initiate the fight.

He only ever responded to whoever tried messing with him or his friends. He was dangerous and he owned it, but this was the first time they had felt an ounce of his anger, which was why they were worried for him.

Perhaps it would all make sense eventually.

"Hudhayfah please," Trey begged as he looked at the beautiful angel before him.

He could tell that Hudhayfah was about to give a response, one that would doom the both of them and their relationship, but he could also see that Hudhayfah was way past caring about anything.

Trey could tell that this was not the easiest of items for his mate and he hated himself for making him feel like this.

Love wasn't supposed to be this hard and yet here they were, two soulmates who didn't know whether they needed to kill each other or fuck each other till the sun never came up again. Oh, but it was a lot for the both of them.

"Is he hurting you? All you gotta say is yes and we'll come in and take him out!" Adolf said and the knights all agreed. Their scents were potent at the door, save for Amina who was probably already in Mbali's room.

It wasn't that hard a guess because she had already done what she could have for her brother anyway, right? If Trey blew this up, then it would all be on him and just him.

"Hudhayfah, say something, angel, please," Trey pleaded, not because he was scared of the Savasci knights, no.

He wanted his mate to feel safe with him, he needed it because if Hudhayfah couldn't trust him, then he didn't have anything to do on this side of the world. This man was his lifeline and hells be damned if he let anything happen to his Hudhayfah.

"I'm fine! But just in case, prepare a room in the emergency room, this Trey might need it once I'm done kicking his ass!" Hudhayfah said to his friends and Trey visibly relaxed.

He had been threatened but that didn't even seem to bother him. It was almost like he would be anywhere if his Hudhayfah willed it like that. That shit made it scary to be around the two, but then fate wasn't exactly the best of things this time, right?

"Oh, well, shit. Alright, we'll get going now!" Malika said and the knights sighed.

"If you're going to have angry sex both of you, please do not sit at the council table. It's already crazy enough that we have a queen hounding us. Those files are precious and we don't need them soaked or to—" Rio said before his words were muffled.

Theo knew that his mate would say shit that would probably turn their lives upside down, so he dragged him out of there. The knights followed suit, as they each teleported back to where they had one before they heard the mild earthquake because of Hudhayfah.

It was somewhat hilarious how they all had the option of teleporting into the cousin's room and yet they had remained cramped up in the hallways like kids who were scared of what would happen if they walked in on their parents fighting.

"They think we're going to fuck" Trey chuckled amusedly, closing the distance between him and a furious Hudhayfah. He had seen him relax a little when his friends left and that was a chance for Trey to step in.

Maybe he was insane for trying this when Hudhayfah was still angry with him, but what else was he supposed to do when the man he had waited for his entire life was mad at him?

Trey could tell that there was turmoil that Hudhayfah had, and he wanted to make it all better. The only problem was that he didn't know where to start. Hudhayfah was volatile and right now he was more than likely able to slam Trey against the wall angrily.

"Well, you can go fuck yourself in the Sicario brothels," Hudhayfah growled.
