The Primordial Record

Chapter 1514: Pivot Of Existence

The battles with Seed should not have been this dangerous, but his powers were some of the strangest that Rowan had ever encountered, and he wielded them with the grace and wisdom of a being who had seen countless Eras. Of the three times that Rowan had encountered Seed, his abilities had always been changing, which was extremely frustrating but it ultimately revealed the depths of this being, and Rowan knew that he had barely scratched the surface of what Seed was capable of.

Of course, even his profound abilities did not matter as much as the weight behind them. Every move from him was as if the entire Land of Miracles was supporting his attacks, and it would not have mattered if his abilities were not changing; just the power behind them was too much for a single Old One to wield, and infinity crashing upon Rowan and his children always led to annihilation.

Seed was not the only power that he was deeply concerned with, Rowan had five individuals and seven weapons that he had to defeat for him to reach the Primordials, all five individuals came from different Primordial domains, and after three separate battles with them, he had always lost.

Fighting them was as if he was fighting the entirety of the Primordial Domains.

Of the seven weapons, Rowan had defeated three, and if he fought this battle more times in the future, he did not doubt that he could defeat all the seven, unlike the five individuals, they were powerful, but they had a limit, however these obstacles in his path were just one of the justifications for the creation of this map.

The second reason he had labored in the creation of this map was to confirm that he indeed had only one road to victory, and that road was to fully unleash who he was upon Reality without holding anything back.

It turns out that even with the knowledge of the future, some things could never change, and the Great Storm that would ravage all of Reality was inevitable.

Many things had led to this moment and although Rowan would have preferred that he was the one that fully made this decision, the truth was that there were many outside forces that pushed him toward revealing himself, and after glimpsing the power of Seed, he knew without a doubt that one of those outside forces was Primordial Life.

However, it was unknown at the end who would end up smiling when the dust had settled, by the actions of Primordials like Primordial Life, Chaos, Time, Light, Demon, and in a hidden manner, Memory, and Soul, they had forced Rowan to act.

The Primordials had sown the wind, it was time to reap the whirlwind.

In all the battles that Rowan had been fighting with the Primordial Forces while using the map, he had gone to them, either openly or using subtlety, but he could never win, their powers over Reality were so great that no advantage he had could break it, and so the only viable response was for them to come to him.

Rowan's advantage would only multiply if he was able to bring this battle to his domain, although he had no assurance that this would grant him victory, it only gave him a chance, and that would have to be enough.

There were many advantages to battling inside of one's domain, and Rowan unique domain was something that Reality had never seen or could comprehend, it did not matter if it was the forces of one Promordial or all seven, Rowan was determined to shatter them all.

There were multiple reasons why he decided to follow this path, but the most pressing one was engraved in his memory, a vision that meant more to him the deeper he dug into it,

"Let Me In... Let Me In... Let Me In..."

Rowan had been granted a vision of the future, it was so pivotal to his existence that the barriers between the past, present, and future were broken for this vision to reach him, and yet, despite not reaching the sixth-dimensional level, the potential of his bloodline was so great they could trap the vision of this future, and it had echoed in the dark parts of his soul until he could finally reach it.

As a fifth-dimensional immortal, Rowan could not access these visions, but now that his soul was at the sixth, and he was able to see the past and the future more clearly, Rowan saw the reason he had not activated his bloodlines when he had the opportunity to do so, and why revealing himself would be his only path towards victory.

Rowan saw the dream where he was laid out on the ground, and his insides were being consumed by the avatars of his bloodlines, a bloody affair that was extremely sickening to watch, but there was an oddity in this vision because no matter how much these Avatars of his bloodline feasted on him, he was always regenerating his flesh as quickly as they were consuming it.

This vision of being consumed by his bloodline Avatars was odd, but it was not a strange thing for Rowan who understood his roots. He came from the noble lineage of the Primordial Ouroboros Serpent who endlessly consumed itself.

Its image was of a snake that consumed its tail, and this imagery could mean many things, from the firm connection that existed between the past and the future, to the true immortal nature of this serpent. There were many implications behind this bloodline's powers, and Rowan embodied all of them.

Also, he did not discount the power of his Class as an Eclipsed Creator that fully embraced the opposing nature of Creation and Destruction, which was the evolution of the concept born from the bloodline of the Origin Ouroboros and his other Origin bloodlines, and so while it would seem as if he was been consumed by his bloodlines, condemned to a fate that was worse than death, he could never perish from this act, instead he simply grew stronger from being consumed.
