THE LOVE I WISHED FOR

I went back to my home and called my bestfriend jinie.

She picked up the phone in few seconds.

"hello Anna."

" jinie can you come to my place."

" uhh why? What happened? Are you okay?"

" I will tell you but first come here."

" ok_ay. Bye"

"bye."

I was sitting on the couch in my living room.

Than I heard a knock at my door.

I opened door and hugged Jinie.

She hugged me back.

"what happened?"

She asked in a worried tone.

I just hugged her tightly.

She rubbed my back and I relaxed.

Than we sat down on the couch.

" Now will you tell me. What happened?"

" umm please don't shout okay. Listen to me carefully."

" okay just spill it out."

" Jinie. I told about the dinner with my father and some other people."

" uh yes what about it."

"(I told her everything)"

"what!!? "

She shouted in shock.

"uhh don't shout."

I said while placing my hand on my ears.

" How can it be?"

" yes I was shocked too just like you."

" so what did you decide??"

She said while staring at me.

" What do you mean? Obviously I am not for a marriage rn."

" umm...I know but if you look at it it's not a bad thing."

" umm...i think I should give it as try beside it will help to move on and it is also good for our company."

" yah I think so. You should give it a try...think about it carefully and do what you feel is right .okay"

" yeah...I also think so."

" yes...and it's good if you can move on. Beside I think the person chosen by uncle will be a good person."

" He looked like a one."

" was he handsome."

" if i be honest with you. He was very handsome."

" Then it's final you are giving it a try."

" yah!! If he is good looking. It doesn't mean he will also be a good husband."

" don't worry...if he will not be a good husband then I will be a good friend and get you divorced from him. I will fight for you and help you. So don't worry I am always there for you. I will break his bones if he does anything wrong."

She said making a fist making me smile.

"okay okay."

"now don't think about it that much and let's have some drinks."

" okay."

Than me and jinie some drink and little chit chat and jinie slept in the guest room and i went to my room.

I was laying on the bed thinking about the marriage.

" huh...will I be really able to move on?"

I felt my eyes becoming heavy and soon I drifted to the dreamland.

Next day

Jinie pov

" Anna get up."

I said knocking on the door.

Than I heard some mumbles from the other side.

I opened the door and found crying in sleep.

I immediately went to her and she was murmuring something.

She was all covered in sweat.

" don't.....Lea..ve...me...jack..."

Her voice was cracking but I was able to hear what she was saying.

She was sobbing in sleep while hugging her pilow very tightly.

I shake her and she open her eyes widely while panting.

I support her to sit .

I sat on the bed beside her patting her back.

She looked towards me.

" what happened? Did you have a nightmare."

She nodded. I hugged her to comfort her.

" I was having the same dream last night."

" If you don't mind asking me what was the dream about."

She looked at me and gulped.

"I saw jack standing very far and then I start walking towards him but he was just walking backward. And slowly slowly he disappeared in thick fog."

She said and started crying.

It breaks my heart to see her like that.

I hugged her and rubbed her back.

" don't cry. It's fine."

Soon she calmed down and I looked at her.

" I think it affected you deeply thats why you are having this dream."

"what should I do."

" I think you should talk to him."

"who?"

"jackson."

" huh? Why?"

"You have to clear everything with him. Just curse him or what. Throw him out of your life completely."

I said in a angry tone.

"yeah I forgot telling you that jack wants to meet me."

"nice then go and confront him and end this."

Y/n just nodded and i smiled at her.

She also gave me fainted smile.

"now go clean yourself and come downstairs for breakfast."

I was going to walk away but Anna hold me by my wrist.

I look backward.

She smiled at me and Said.

" thankyou for every thing."

She said and i hugged her .

" I your best friend you can always count on me and i will always be there for you okay."

She nodded and i release her from the hug and walked out of the room.

Y/n pov

I got up from the bed going to bathroom but then my phone rang.

I saw the caller id and it was dad.

I picked up the call.

"hello dad."

"hello dear."

"I wanted to ask you about your decision."

" Dad i am ready...."

"oh...wait what you are ready?"

Appa start shouting happily i smiled at the behaviour of my father.

" Dad don't shout...first listen to me completely."

" ohh i just got too excited."

" i think i should give it a try...but I need some time to know him and then i will say yes."

" yes you should and i will help you. I think you should meet Edison personally."

"okay."

" I will fix a meeting of you with Edison. Trust me he is a very great person. "

" I know...you will not chose just anyone for me. I trust you for that."

" umm..I am glad..then I will inform you about the meeting."

" okay dad bye."

"Okay bye. I love you."

" bye..love you too."

The I hugged up the call.

I put my phone on the night stand and entered the bathroom.

I took a quick shower and got ready and then i had my breakfast with jinie.

" i am not coming to office today. I am going to meet jack."

" huh? Now?"

" yes. I will clear everything with him."

" that's the spirit. Do you want me to come with you."

" No I will handle it on my own."

"okay and if there is any problem just call me okay."

"okay."

I said smiling.

We both left the house and i took my car and jinie took a cab.

I went to the cafe where i am going to meet jack.

I went inside the cafe and i sat on a table near the window.

I was waiting for jack then my phone suddenly vibrate and i got a message from my dad.

He was telling me to meet Edison.

He send me the address it was the same cafe.

Wow..he is fast.

But is he coming to meet me now?

I sighed and than somebody came and sat down on the front seat of my table.

I looked up at him.

My heart ached looking at him.

Once I loved him so much but today i am sitting here to end everything with him for ever.

"what you want to explain.?"

" listen baby...."

I cut him off in the middle.

" Don't call me that . We are over."

"atleast listen to me."

"there is nothing left to listen."

"I can explain."

" okay then explain. Why you cheated?"

He signed and started.

" As you were gone on your business trip i was missing you very much. One day i was walking home from my office. Rosie asked me to give her a ride. I agreed but in car she started touching me. She was trying to seduce me and fall in her trap and i did a very big mistake...."

I was staring at him intentionally.

" I slept with her and next day she came to my home and start doing the same thing and i again fall in her trap and that day you came and saw us."

" Do you think I am gonna trust you."
