After pissing off some of the locals, Kanae and her companions decided to search for googarulodongwun outside the city. Its true identity was that of rainbow slime residue. They weren't searching blind anymore and only needed to keep an eye out for something colorful.

Or, that was what they thought. The entirety of Faerealm was colorful by nature. This realm didn't follow the same logic or rules of the other world. When they ventured out of Starlight, thousands of tiny glowing purple wisps blinked into existence to light up the surface. Leaves on trees came in every color except green. Animals were fanciful in appearance and oftentimes downright strange. Two tiny bug-eyed pixies flew up to them and giggled mischievously before darting off.

The three eventually came across a giant orange chameleon with a tree growing out of its back. They hopped on for a ride since the creature seemed relatively docile. It didn't so much as react when they climbed onto its back. Every now and then, the chameleon fired its tongue out at big insects and consumed them whole.

"Hehe. This thing is kinda cute. I wanna kill it and add it into my undead army," Edina said, patting the reptile's head.

"Don't you dare. We're not bringing anything from Faerealm back to our world unless it's a cure for Fairy Rot," Arenade scolded.

"Not even a little one? We got a faerie dragon egg, so why can't I have this thing?"

"It won't be an egg for long! We're using it for fairy rot!"

Kanae ignored her party's bickering and continued to survey the surroundings for a rainbow slime, but she had little success. Something like that would probably blend right into the environment.

An out of place tent caught Kanae's attention behind a brush. She squinted to get a better look. The modest purple and yellow shelter was round in shape. Wooden beads draped down the entrance. A creepy woman stared straight at her from within.

Terrified, Kanae sat upright and avoided eye-contact. Another hag? Why were there so many in this world?

"What's got you all spooked?" Arenade poked Kanae on the back, causing her to jump in fright.

"D-Don't do that! I just saw a hag out here. They really want us or something…" Kanae shuddered.

"Geh." Edina finally saw the one she was talking about. "Let's just pretend we don't see her."

They did just that and ignored the hag. When the chameleon finally passed by the tent, the trio breathed a sigh of relief. Only… the same tent appeared ahead of them. They passed it again. It appeared ahead of them again. The hag was undoubtedly following them.

An hour went by like this, them passing by and it magically reappearing. Edina suggested they play cards to put the hag to the back of their minds. It worked, though not without Kanae and Arenade owing Edina a chunk of money from loss after loss.

The chameleon suddenly lurched to a stop. They nearly fell off its back. That hag's tent had appeared right in front of the beast this time.

"How dare you ignore me? I've been trying to get your attention, and you're just giving me the cold shoulder?!" A cloaked woman stormed out of the tent in a fury.

"Get outta here! We ain't taking no stinky deals!" Edina plucked a fruit from the tree growing out of the chameleon's back and threw it at her.

Arenade and Kanae did the same. They flung a number of fruits at the hag in an effort to make her leave.

"Those are rare fruits you're throwing— Ow! Stop that! Didn't anyone ever teach you any manners? Oof, you hit my nose!" she cried.

"Make a hag's deal with this! Plant Growth!" Arenade poured magic into one of the fruits, increasing its size from that of an apple to a fully grown pumpkin. She hurled it with all her might and enlarged fruit knocked the hag out cold.

Their jaws dropped.

"Sheesh, Arenade. I don't think we were trying to kill the hag!" Edina threw her arms up.

"We weren't?" Arenade squinted.

"Wait, she doesn't look like a hag!" Kanae pointed to the woman knocked out on the ground, surrounded by thrown fruit.

The hag's hood had come off from the impact. She was anything but old and ugly. In fact, she was youthful and incredibly beautiful. A curtain of purple hair reached down to her waist, skin of bright orange complexion, and ears more long and pointy than an elf's. Her dark maroon robes were adorned with hanging talismans and fetishes.

They hopped off the chameleon and came to her aid. Instead of stars, the hag was seeing cackling pixies. Literally. The tiny fae circled her head in laughter. Kanae shooed them away and stood her upright in the sitting position.

"Hey! Are you okay? We didn't mean to hurt you!" Kanae shook her awake.

"Didn't mean to?" The woman's eyes snapped open and showed boiling anger. "You chucked a fruit the size of a boulder at me!"

"I'm sorry, alright? We thought you were a hag trying to tempt us into a deal," Arenade said apologetically.

"But I am a hag," she replied as a matter of factly.

The party turned around and tried to climb back onto the chameleon.

"Hey, where do you think you're going?" the hag asked, grabbing ahold of Kanae's tail.

"We don't want anything to do with a hag! Now let go of my tail!" Kanae exclaimed.

"I'm begging you, don't go! Can you spare me a few minutes? All the other hags make fun of me for being bad at what I do. I've never made any successful deals before. I'll grant you anything. Anything! In exchange, I won't ask something that's too outrageous like other hags!" she pleaded desperately.

Kanae couldn't hang on any longer and lost hold. They both fell backwards with her on top of the hag.

"Maybe we should hear her out," Edina suggested. "We did agree to rely on the hag as a last resort. Besides, I haven't seen a googarulodongwun. Have you? We've been shit out of luck here!"

"No, absolutely not. Nothing good comes from bargaining with hags. I'm telling you, this is a bad idea, and I'll end up getting the short end of the stick again!" Arenade threw a tantrum.

"Turn Horny." Kanae cut short Arenade's complaining.

The high elf collapsed to the ground, convulsing intensely as the spell brought her close to climax.

"We're still suspicious of you, but there is something you can help us with," Kanae said to the hag and helped her up.

"R-Really? Thank you! Please, come on in!" She gestured into the tent.

They entered the humble shelter which turned out to be much larger inside. If the hag was teleporting the tent around, then the entire thing must be magic. She motioned for them to take a seat at a small, round table lit up with only a wax candle. Behind her was an entire cabin. A cauldron with green liquid bubbled and steamed in the back. Shelves were stocked full of reagents. The menagerie of furniture, cabinets, and creepy decorations cramped her tiny residence.

Arenade had entered with them, but she was evidently pissed off from being made horny. As soon as they were seated, the hag sat across from them.

"Before we begin, my name is Quella. I really appreciate your cooperation. Being a hag can be tough," Quella explained.

"You ain't what I expected a hag to look like. Shouldn't you be more… old, nasty, and wrinkly?" Edina asked, scratching her chin.

"Guh. I know, right? I'm just so… UGLY!" she cried.

The trio recoiled.

Quella continued in a fit of heartache, "The other hags made fun of me growing up. My skin is too clear. My body is of normal proportions. My metabolism is too perfect for me to gain or lose weight. I don't even have warts in weird places, like come on! Can I at least have some on my nose?"

"What should I do, Kanae?" Arenade clenched a fist glowing with holy energies. "She's pissing me off. I have a whole skin regimen that costs thousands of gold a month for my flawless skin. My weight fluctuates at the flip of a coin, so I've recently put off my favorite wine and treats to cut carbs. Can I hit her? I can make the hag ugly for her."

"No! Put your spell out! And what's that about spending thousands of gold a month? That better not be coming out of the Commonwealth coffers. Uhm, Quella? You said you can help us, right? Do you know where we can find googarulodongwun and rauncor bones?" Kanae asked while struggling to keep Arenade restrained.

"Cut out everything in between. You got any Fairy Rot?" Edina asked.

"Fairy Rot? You're asking for a very rare elixir. I'm capable of brewing it, but unfortunately do not have the ingredients," she said.

Everyone's shoulders slackened. Kanae saw the silver lining in it though. Right before them was a hag that could make the cure. That was progress. They only needed to find the rest of the ingredients.

"But if you're after googarulodongwun and rauncor bones, I know just where to find them. I can take you right there!" Quella lifted her hand in the finger-snapping motion.

"Wait, wait, wait!" Kanae, Arenade, and Edina cried.

It happened in an instant. They felt the place teleport because space distorted and everything shifted slightly. The three fell out of their seats, but Quella was perfectly used to it and was still on her chair.

"Eh? Should I not have?" Quella glanced over to check on them.

"Ugh… We wanted to know the terms of service for dealing with a hag first…" Kanae groaned.

"Oh. Aha… haha… Well, a hag's Trickery comes into effect at random. Even I don't know what it will end up being! There's nothing to worry about for now," she insisted nervously.

"That sounds like something to be worried about now!" Arenade retorted.

To change topics, Quella ushered them out of the tent. She had allegedly brought them somewhere that was close to googarulodongwun and rauncor bones. They weren't in the same forest anymore, but somewhere much darker and gloomier. The array of colors had been replaced by dark gray and midnight blue. Trees were gnarled from sickness and disease, and the soil beneath their feet was muddy and bubbled as if the ground was festering.

Would a rainbow slime really be in such a depressing place? Finding rauncor bones around here sounded about right though.

"I'll be here to transport you back when you've found your two ingredients. They should be really nearby!" Quella said as she retreated back into the tent.

"You're not coming with us?" Kanae asked.

"Of course not. Aiding you would incur Trickery again. Ah! If you don't know, Trickery is a hag passive skill. We grow stronger by helping people and inflicting a random effect in exchange," she explained.

Suddenly, none of them were so sure about Quella's help anymore.

With little choice and having received the best chance in finding two ingredients, they split up to search the swamp. Fortunately, they avoided treading through difficult terrain by flying. Even though they had been thrown a bone, finding a rainbow slime still proved difficult. Kanae circled far and wide to little success, so she went to rejoin her companions.

"Any luck?" Kanae asked.

"Nope. We found something weird though." Edina directed her attention to a group of leaf-robed humanoid ents, whose hollow interiors were illuminated by fireflies inhabiting their bodies.

A couple of them took notice that they were being watched. They didn't seem to mind. The ent-people chanted quietly to themselves within a ring of fire for a few minutes, then moved on to do it again elsewhere. Five fiery ritual circles had been left in their wakes.

"Looks to me like they're summoning something. That's not what we're looking for though. No need to bother with them," Arenade said.

"I wanna check it out just to make sure! My necromancer senses are tingling." Edina flew down to one of the rings.

"Tsk. That ratwhore is going to get us in trouble with the ents!" the priest groaned.

Kanae and Arenade followed after the squirreling anyway. They were surprised by how hot it was despite the flames being small. It was maybe five feet in radius. The fires were no bigger than the size of a candle, which burned paradoxically on the wet mud. Getting too close was unbearable, at least for Kanae. Arenade could only get a few feet closer thanks to the Ring of Fire Protection she got years ago in the Necro Lord Zogoth's tomb.

"Edina, how are you able to get so close?" Kanae asked, backing away.

"Hehe. That's because I have Undead Fortitude Rank 3. That gives me greater resistances to all types of damage. Levels of resistances are ranked from lowest to highest as minor, lesser, greater, and major. So, I'm at greater resistances right now, but I'm twice as vulnerable to holy and divine magic. That's the trade-off." Edina shrugged.

"Vulnerable, huh?" Arenade stared thoughtfully at the necromancer.

"Hey, I don't like that look you're giving me…" She glared back.

Edina descended into the center of the ring and stuck both arms into the mud. Tongue out and brows furrowed, she molested the earth for whatever reason unknown to them. Frustrated after a minute of digging, the necromancer called forth a couple of undead warriors to rummage through the mud.

To the others' surprise, they unearthed large mud-stained bones. It took two undead to lift just one. Edina, covered in mud and grime, flashed her pearly white teeth in triumph.

"I got it!" Edina cheered.

"Geh. These bones turned out larger than I expected." Arenade gawked in surprise.

"Just what kind of monsters were these?" Kanae wondered aloud.

"I can raise one and find out. These bones contain a lot of magic in them," the necromancer suggested.

They shot that down right away.

Bringing the bone back to Quella's was top priority, and Edina was surprisingly cooperative. Her undead warriors hauled it back to the tent. The hag was particularly pleased by such a fine specimen sample.

Now, all they needed left to find here was a rainbow slime. Things likely cooled down at Starlight, so it should be safe to visit the Moon Temple of Rayshar. Arenade just needed not to blow a lid again…

"Where's Edina?" Arenade asked.

"I thought she came in with us," Kanae said, then turned to the necromancer's minions that came with them.

They shrugged as if unsure, but Kanae and Arenade knew better than that.

"Where's your master? Where did she go? I swear I'm going to blast you into bonedust with a holy spell!" Arenade threatened an undead.

Terrified, the minion pointed outside.

When they emerged from the tent to find Edina, she turned out to be excavating a rauncor from another circle of fire. The two raced over but could get no closer due to the heat.

"Edina, what are you doing? Get out of there already!" Kanae yelled.

"Don't try to stop me! I know these rauncors are made of some legendary stuff, and I want to get my hands on it!" Edina exclaimed.

"Alright, step back. I'm going to blast this holy-vulnerable idiot." Arenade was about to fire a holy spell until she felt faint.

Kanae became lightheaded, too. They collapsed to their hands and knees, swallowing the urge to vomit. When the sensation subsided, Edina had rushed out of the ring of fire to check on them.

"What's going on with you two? Hey!" Edina shouted in their faces.

"I feel… strangely heavier around the chest area." Kanae pressed a hand to her head.

"You're feeling strange? Damn it, Kanae! Did you cast Turn Horny on me again?" Arenade complained.

"Huh?" The squirreling gaped at them. "Kanae, why are you calling Arenade Kanae?"

What?

Both of them straightened their backs and stared at each other. Kanae saw another Kanae right in front of herself. Panic washed over the succubus' face, and she started shaking her shoulders violently.

"I'm you! You're me! What in three hells did you do?!" Arenade cried in Kanae's body.

"No way. Am I really you?" Kanae asked and immediately cupped a handful of the high elf's breasts. "Yep, this is definitely you."

"Ahahahaha! This is a fucking riot! The two of you switched bodies? It's gotta be the hag's Trickery!" Edina keeled over laughing and tears welled at the corners of her eyes.

Quella.

Kanae checked her wrist. The sigil wasn't the same heart one that she was used to seeing. Instead, it was the shape of a cross to signify a crowned Priest. She brushed a hand over it.

"Oh, no. I'm actually Arenade!" Kanae gasped.

"And I'm you! Aahhhh! I don't want to be a succubus!" Arenade wailed from Kanae's body. "Why is your body in a constant state of horniness? Is this your default? Your clothes are so raunchy, and the straps feel like they can come off at any second! Ew! Why does your tail open like that? It looks so nasty! I want my body back! Give me my precious divine body back!"

"Stop crying! You're making me embarrassed by acting like that in my body. I'm sure it's temporary. If not, we'll make Quella change us back," she assured the succubus of the group now.

Arenade wouldn't stop sniffling, and Edina continued to poke fun at her. Still, Kanae was in complete shock to find Arenade at such a high level. 301? That was so much higher than either of them. What did she even do to obtain all this experience?

Checking Arenade's character sheet could come later. This was a chance of a lifetime. The body that Kanae had so thoroughly defiled and toyed with over the years now belonged to her. These boobs though… They were so big. How was she able to stand them?

"Hey, Arenade~ Look at how slutty I am with my big fat tits!" Kanae flashed the high elf with her own tits.

"DON'T DO THAT!" Arenade wrapped both hands around Kanae's neck.

"Aaacck… Mercy… You're killing… yourself…" she croaked.

A commotion from the ent-people saved Kanae before she choked to death. They ran for their lives. One tripped on the muddy ground. She glanced back in time to witness a swamp monstrosity picking her up.

The creature's back was covered in moss and vegetation. A mushroom grew on his head. He had the face of a troll and a body of a less muscular, but fatter ogre. Tangles of vines draped down the face like hair. Each leg was like a tree trunk, causing the ground to shake from every step.

When he saw Kanae, Arenade, and Edina, he threw the ent-man away and lumbered towards them instead.

"Get… out… of… my… swamp!" he bellowed.
