Chapter 343: Side Piece 3.
After struggling to their feet, the four Blade clansmen exchanged shocked glances, realizing they had just encountered a monster in human form.
"I've heard whispers of your variant flame element, but I never truly believed it," the Blade clansmen with a Great sword confessed. "It's one of the rarest things in this world."
"But now, seeing even the energy of the sun being drawn into your spell, we can no longer underestimate you, Ignis Blaze, the Solar Child, Your strength surpasses your fame." Another Blade clansman added.
"I understand why the elders of the Blade clan wanted you dead, Someone like you should not be allowed to roam freely. You should be eliminated to prevent you from becoming a future problem for our clan."
" Just being a peak Tier 8 Mage and you have a domain that is almost materializing your mental image... How can we possibly compare to that?, We cannot allow someone like you to continue living, Blades formation!"
The Blade clansman carrying the Great sword spoke, his body glowing with a white tattoo, In the blink of an eye, his entire body was covered in shining armor.
The rest of the Blade clansmen followed suit, unleashing their Spirit Equipment to amplify their powers.
"No holding back!, We must kill this bastard!" Blade 1 declared, charging forward with his massive Great sword aimed at Ignis' neck, ready to strike with lethal force.
However, Ignis remained unfazed, looking at him nonchalantly as he raised one hand and effortlessly punched the sword back.
Bang!
The impact sent Blade 1 hurtling backward, while Blade 2 and Blade 3 attempted to take advantage of Ignis' diversion, attacking him from both sides.
But Ignis calmly reacted, his palms turning a blazing red as he slammed them together, generating a powerful wave of flames that sent the Blades sliding away from him.
Unfortunately, for them they were unable to escape the fiery onslaught due to their proximity to Ignis.
However, Blade 4, with his curved sword, anticipated the flames and managed to lie flat on the ground, evading the fiery wave.
Seizing the opportunity, he swiftly dashed in, skilfully utilizing his footwork to dodge the solar fireballs that Ignis unleashed.
Ignis' aim may not have been perfect, but the sheer power behind his attacks sent tremors of fear through Blade 4.
Having closed the distance, Blade 4 prepared to strike, twirling his sword to increase its piercing power.
Yet, to his astonishment, his blade was caught by Ignis' flaming hands, held effortlessly between two fingers.
"I don't think you'll be needing this anymore," Ignis remarked calmly as the metal of the sword began to melt before Blade 4's eyes.
Realizing the dire consequences of holding onto the weapon, Blade 4 reluctantly released his sword and retreated, narrowly avoiding being consumed by the wave of solar energy that devoured his weapon.
"I apologize. I have failed," Blade 4 confessed solemnly to Blade 1 and the others, who had regrouped and recovered from earlier.
He had apologize because he had lost his sword.
The Blade's clan believed that a swordsman who loses his sword was already close to death, as there was no reason why they should leave their weapons during a battle."
"Don't burden yourself with guilt, We have all been facing a monster, Now I understand why he seemed almost invisible. It's because we have inadvertently stepped into his domain," Blade 1 explained, a hint of realization in his voice.
"But there is no visible domain!" Blade 4 objected.
"Use your Ki to open your eyes. In fact, discard your weapons against him, for they will be futile. All we need are Ki weapons, as anything else would be rendered useless against him. His domain is actively passive," Blade 1 elucidated.
Following Blade 1's instructions, they all concentrated their Mana, channelling it towards their eyes. As they stared at Ignis, their perception shifted, and they finally realized the presence of massive particles of flame energy surrounding him, invisible to ordinary eyes.
And at the center of Ignis' chest, where his heart should be, they beheld a pulsating Sun instead.
It was as if his heart had been replaced by a miniature sun, radiating a brilliant glow and intricately connected to the veins throughout his entire body.
Looking upon him felt like witnessing an elemental being, every part of his being filled with Solar mana.
He possessed no Mana Pool and was not bound by the limitations of other mages.
Ignis drew his power directly from the sun, and as long as it remained in the sky, his mana seemed inexhaustible and when the sun went down he dew Mana from the environment tough he is much weaker but he was still a monster who would never run out of mana Due to his solar constitution .
Confronted with such a sight, the Blade clansmen reluctantly set aside their weapons, absorbing their Ki energy to mold it into blade-like forms.
Each of them summoned their mental images a distinct type of blade weapon, harnessing it to enhance their abilities.
Their energy output surged dramatically as they made the conscious decision to get serious. The intensity of their determination to kill Ignis remained unwavering.
"It seems you all are getting serious. In that case, I should do the same," Ignis remarked, raising his hands where his own mental image materialized.
Above his head, a small sun manifested, and as his hands made contact with his mental image of the sun, his eyes ignited with fiery determination.

His red hair burst into flames, his upper body still unclothed as his right hand delved into his own stomach.
Flaming runes illuminated as he groaned, drawing forth an enchanted hammer from his body, With each tug, more runes detached from his body, attaching themselves to the hammer.
In no time, Ignis had withdrawn the entire hammer, its fiery appearance instilling a heightened sense of fear in those who dared to face him.
The Blade clansmen swallowed nervously, channelling their mental image powers into their Ki swords.
Their only hope was to land a precise strike on Ignis' heart region.
If they could achieve that, they held onto the confidence that it would be enough to bring about his demise.
"Come!" Ignis bellowed, his voice resonating with a deep and commanding presence.
The Blade clansmen snorted defiantly, then lunged towards him, prepared to face their fate head-on.

Ignis unleashed a barrage of concentrated flame energy beams, relentlessly targeting the Blades who desperately attempted to deflect or evade the onslaught.
Despite their valiant efforts, a few unfortunate ones still found themselves pierced by the scorching beams, the pain searing through their bodies.
Having endured the torment of reaching such proximity to Ignis, the Blades initiated a synchronized sword dance.
With each fluid movement, streams of luminous sword light erupted from their blades, seemingly tearing through the fabric of space itself to clear a path for Ignis.
Not to be outdone, Ignis swung his hammer in response, triggering yet another explosion that unleashed a massive shockwave upon the four Blade clansmen.
The sheer force of the blast obliterating their sword attacks in its wake.
