The Extra’s Survival: Logging into the Game Master System!

The main forces of this world can be divided into two sides.

First are the Angels, blessed with a mana force called Divinity, they dominate the skies and most of the higher zones of this world. Their powers allow them to manipulate the forces of nature to a high extent, causing them to easily cause earthquakes, storms and other natural disasters.

They also have the ability to purify mana to its purest state, allowing them to use higher concentration of mana if they wished to. It is a method used by the angels who mainly visit the surface world because if divinity is used on the surface, chances are the ecosystem will be heavily affected.

In a way, most of the Angels are treated as 'Gods' on this planet, dominating the entire world with their powers.

On the opposite extreme of this planet are the demons. The beings that dwell deeper into the underworld of this world. Living beneath the surface, their powers revolve around darkness and its sub attributes. Especially Chaos and madness.

They can also harness a certain form of death energy that governs the law of death, allowing them to extract certain emotions such as hatred and jealousy as energy. The natives call this energy Dark Matter for some reason.

This energy, being the polar opposite to Divinity, allows the demons to stand toe to toe against the angels. Fighting on an equal ground, they have challenged the authority of Angels many times. Though their main problem, the sun, which for many reasons lowers their fighting prowess, stopped them from conquering the Angels completely.

On each side of the spectrum, there are six entities. They were the most powerful of the Angels and the Demons.

The Lord of the Angels, The 'God', and the 5 Archangels. Ruling all the angels for eons, they maintained their position for all times of wars and peace.

The Lord of the Demons, The 'Devil', and the 5 Royal Demons. Defining their utmost authority among the demons, they also stand as the peak power of what a demon can show.

And currently, these two forces are fighting their end battle, trying to find out who is the stronger among the two sides.

"The after effects of the battle that you saw were between the 4th Archangel, Raphael, and The Archdemon, Asmodeus. The winner was Raphael, as he shattered the core of that demon, bringing down another one of them. Though since he, along with Michael, were the only two that won, both the sides are still somewhat equal," Ebony explained everything in detail, while I nodded at her.

"Isn't that final war going to happen in a week or so? Between God and the Devil? Man, this planet is done for, good thing we are just players, don't you think Quintellia?" Re spoke as she sighed. Though Quintellia didn't like the end fate of this world. This was a world where she was born in her previous life. And even though there were many bitter memories, there were also many good ones.

She can't just overlook her homeworld just because she was safe now. It was a rather cruel twist of fate for them.

"What about the Dragon King? Isn't he the strongest being on this planet?" I asked as I was a bit curious. Given his presence, he should have sensed the changes that were going to happen to this planet.The fact that he wasn't doing anything, I wonder if anything happened to him?

"About that," Ebony spoke as she stopped against a certain area covered with leaves, before she clicked her fingers. Through a certain set of magic, the leaves slowly moved away showing us another area within this forest, this time a wide open area that was as large as the huge town of 10s of kilometers.

Though what caught my attention even more was the being that was resting at the center of this huge empty grassland. His figure was small, perhaps because he was in human form right now, sitting near a lake, he looked rather solemn.

"Please make your way towards him. Only you are allowed," Ebony spoke as she pointed at me, while I nodded before looking at the others behind me as I spoke,

"Wait for me."

Using a bit of the new spirit magic that I got, I slowly made myself levitate in the air through wind. Shaping the energy in the form of wings, I flew towards the being in the center of the grassland.

-Whoosh!

I flew slightly above the grassland, reaching that being within the next few minutes, before slowing down about 50 meters away. And then stepping on the ground, just beside the lake, I then moved one step a time, reaching him, as I spoke,

"So that's why, huh?"

He smiled as he looked at me before speaking,"indeed."

The face of a dragon with two horns on each side of his head. His body was in the shape of a human, but still possessed the defining features of a dragon such as the scales and colors.

Also, the majestic aura, and the never ending divinity, that seemed to consume anything and everything around him. He, the Dragon King, the sole SSS-Grade being, stood there with a melancholic expression on his face.

Among the beings here, none should have been able to even put a scratch on him. He wasn't weakened by any means as he still held the power to destroy the entire planet if he wished to do so. But the thing was that he couldn't….

His eyes were dulled as he observed the lake, before looking at me once again. It seemed as if he wanted to ask me dozens of questions, but for one reason or another, he held them back. And then, in the end, he sighed as he asked, Your next chapter is on empire

"It is cruel, don't you think so too?

"Sure is. I would have hated it to the core to be fair," I spoke as I looked at his status. Or to be precise his title.
