THE ELECTRIC SLAYER

Ethan was at a supermarket. He had just bought himself some snacks, and while he was walking home, he checked out what the clone was seeing. It seemed that there were "sacrifices"; so he used his superspeed to put his snacks at his home and ran to the cult's base.

He then materialized his suit and burst into the base, not caring about the disguise. The cult was immediately alerted, and some followers ran to Ethan and tried to attack him using knives and other weapons, but Ethan was able to either dodge or parry.

And so he reached the leader, who attacked Ethan by using his powers, which made the cult members surround the leader, and they crowded into the room.

cult leader: "You dare interrupt our sacrifice ritual?!!"

Ethan: "Yes… I do…"

Ethan ran past the cultists and zoomed through the crowd of hooded people. He then jumped and got on the cult leader's platform. He punched the leader and drifted to a stop. The cult leader got up and summoned a big and burly man who still wore the same hood as the rest of the members, but his sleeves were torn, and his muscles were exposed.

Ethan: "Oooh… big guy, well he ain't no problem for me.. just one hit will do him in…"

The big guy: "Oh, trust me… You will not be able to scratch m-"

Ethan just punched the guy in his stomach while he was talking… the guy held his stomach in pain and groaned, he fell to his knees, Ethan looked at the leader, who looked at Ethan with fear.

The cult leader: "What the! How did you defeat this guy so fast?! he is capable of fighting an A-rank hero with his super strength!! You are not human… even as a superpowered kid… You are not human… you… You are a god!"

Ethan: "A what now?"

The cult leader: "A god!! Let me and my followers live! And we will worship and protect you! We will be your army!"

Ethan: "Don't you have other gods?"

The cult leader: "Well, we do… but… they pale in comparison to your strength."

Ethan: "All of that because I defeated one guy? This is too much."

The cult leader: "I am not joking, he was the strongest guy here, you even were able to resist my brain control, I was able to mind control a B-rank hero! MULTIPLE TIMES!!"

Ethan: "Brain, huh?!"

The cult leader: "brain control… why do you think I have so many followers?…"

Ethan looked around, he noticed how some people were moving in sync as if they were a hive mind… but that was SOME, others were just acting casual. Ethan looked at the leader and sighed.

Ethan: "Fine… BUT no more sacrifices, no more brain-controlling followers, and no more crimes from this cult, or I'll make sure all of you are in jail…"

The cult leader: "Yes, my lord."

The cult leader and the rest of the members kneeled to Ethan. Ethan rolled his eyes and grumbled before sighing and zooming out of the place…
