The Alpha's Untamed Luna

Chapter 45: You've Never Been Touched Down There?

Charlotte's POV

"Stop!" I exclaimed, my voice echoing through the open air with commanding authority. The paws that had been smashing the floor in rapid thuds—almost like there was some kind of race going on—came to an immediate halt. The abrupt silence that followed was almost deafening. I snapped my fingers, and in an instant, all the wolves shifted into their human forms. They stood tall and proud, completely naked, yet not a single person showed a hint of shyness. This was who we were—warriors, bonded through the blood, sweat, and discipline of training. We were comfortable in our vulnerability, confident in our strength. This wasn't about modesty; it was about trust, unity, and familiarity. We had seen each other in our rawest form too many times to pretend otherwise.

"That's enough for today," I announced, allowing a warm smile to spread across my face. "We've pushed ourselves to the wall today. Even though the time was recently shifted to seven in the night, you all seem to have adapted to this new change quickly, and I really appreciate each and every one of you for being so devoted." I began to clap slowly, sincerely, and my claps grew louder with each passing second.

"Trust me, you all deserve more than just a clap," I added with heartfelt admiration. The expression on their faces was priceless—beaming with pride and fulfillment. It made every moment worth it. Their smiles lit up the training ground in a way that even the moonlight couldn't compete with. Anyone looking at them right now would clearly see the pride radiating from within, the quiet but powerful acknowledgment that they were truly giving their all. I always believed that encouraging my warriors regularly was vital. Their loyalty meant the world to me, and I refused to ever take it for granted.

"It's nothing new that we're currently preparing for a war that would take place in two days' time," I continued, my voice taking on a more serious tone. "The basis of the war is unknown to me. But then again, as the defense wall of this pack, we are expected to stand by our people during this very season, trusting their every decision and reason." I sighed deeply, casting a glance at their faces. Most of them had confusion in their eyes, and yet they still nodded, their loyalty unwavering. That's the thing about a true warrior—you don't always need all the answers to give your all. You just trust your Alpha, your commander, and your mission.

I glanced at my wristwatch, the glowing hands showing the time with crisp clarity. "That's all for today. You all can leave. Tomorrow's training starts by six o'clock in the morning. You all know the penalty of walking in here a minute past six." Their expressions tightened with discipline, heads nodding with the usual seriousness etched into their features. Some exchanged glances with one another, sharing silent affirmations.

"Good. You can all leave," I ordered with a subtle nod, and just like that, the crowd began dispersing in an orderly manner, each person walking out of the field with quiet determination.

"How are you doing today, beautiful?" JK's familiar voice whispered from behind me, snapping me out of my thoughts. I turned around and was greeted by his usual mischievous grin. I couldn't help but return the smile and pulled him in for a brief hug.

"I'm just so tired," I confessed honestly, leaning slightly against him. "Trust me, an oil massage would be well appreciated." The words slipped from my lips without thought, and the two of us burst into a wave of heartfelt laughter.

"That's just an indirect sarcasm," he chuckled, feigning an offended pout. "Yeah, I know I'm single. You don't need to rub that fact in my face—it's already very clear to me." He rolled his eyes dramatically and I laughed even harder, clutching my side.

Even though JK knew I didn't get along with my mate, I never gave him any concrete details about our situation. I didn't need to. Let him think and believe whatever he wanted. I preferred it that way—less exposure, fewer assumptions, more control over my emotional space. But deep down, I really did need that massage. My joints were on fire, and every muscle ached like they had been set ablaze from within.

"You have female friends, get one to help you with a massage," I said, nudging him playfully as we started walking toward his apartment.

"Define our relationship?" he suddenly asked, stopping me in my tracks. I turned toward him, my eyebrows raised in slight confusion.

"We're friends, aren't we?" I replied, looking at him curiously, unsure where this was heading.

"Exactly what I thought too. According to you, one of my female friends should give me a massage, right?" he asked with a teasing smirk. And just like that, I realized I had walked into a trap. I should've seen that one coming.

"Well, what I meant is that—your unmated female friend. I see what you're trying to do," I said, giving him a knowing look, and we both laughed again. The ease of our connection was refreshing. It felt good to laugh, to joke, to have someone I could simply breathe around without tension strangling every moment.

I slowly drifted away from him, turning toward another lane. "We'll meet tomorrow then," I said, waving him goodbye as I dashed off. The evening breeze was beginning to cool the air, and I let it brush gently across my skin as I walked alone in peaceful silence.

After a while, I arrived in front of the mansion. The familiar building stood tall and quiet under the moonlight, like a resting beast. I strolled into my room, locked the door behind me, and threw myself on the bed with a long, tired sigh. But no sooner had I done that than my entire joints screamed in protest. The aching was unbearable—I couldn't even find a good position to lay in.

Knowing rest would never come in this state, I decided to take a hot shower. I pulled myself off the bed, dragging my body to the bathroom like a soldier returning from war. I ran a warm bath, letting the steam fill the room slowly. When the tub was ready, I stepped into it, immersing my body into the soothing water. A comforting warmth enveloped me, and I closed my eyes as the tension began to melt away from my skin, muscle by muscle. The pain dulled slightly, giving me some precious relief.

"Do you mind if I lend a help?" A voice startled me. I snapped my eyes open immediately, my heart skipping a beat. Jasper's hands were running down my thighs. I shoved his hand off immediately and sat up.

"You can't just walk into my room like that like I share the room with you. You should learn to respect boundaries. Next time, try to knock. And if you have run out of manners, at least seat back in the room when you walk in..." He sealed my lips into a kiss and I bit him hard on his lower lip immediately. Blood began to ooze out of his lips.

"I—I am sorry," I apologized. He let the blood drip down his lip into the bathtub.

"This house is mine, and you are mine," he said while fiddling with my boobs. I couldn't move because our eyes were locked—his spell seemed to hold me down. I felt an adrenaline rush all over my body.

"Jasper, get out of my room." It sounded more like a whisper.

"Are you sure of that?" He bent over and sucked on my left nipple. I bit my lower lip, trying to stop myself from making any sound.

"You want me to leave, you can just say it." He whispered into my ear, one of his hands fondling my breast and the other drawing circles on my thigh while he kept kissing my earlobe.

"This is unfair," I mumbled, completely losing it. His touches always drove me crazy.

"Ahhhh... Jasper—you, ahhhh..." I couldn't think, my eyes closed, my entire body demanding what it had never tasted.

I snapped my eyes open the moment I felt his finger on my clitoris. "What!" I shouted as I pushed him off me.

I didn't even know when he had entered the bathtub with me. "Get out of my room." I stood up. I could see the confusion clearly on his face.

"You have never been touched down there?" he asked, but I walked toward the towel rack, picked up a white towel, and walked out of the bathroom.
